Well, I happened to get a message from her about it, but I didn't know the context of what you and her were talking about until I checked her profile (unless maybe you are her? These polls kinda gave a hint on who's asking me this question here).

Now this is one heck of a rabbit hole I just went down...Unsure why I'm getting involved in this in the first place and what's happening here, but man...I can just imagine a drinking game going on with how many times the word "misuse" is stated. Let alone repeating the same phrases over, and over again...

Whatever's going on here, I'm hoping things get fixed and that this Emeraldia gets more psychological help, or even getting off the internet for awhile 'cause this is all concerning...Talk about extreme obsessive behaviour regarding being banned from various websites...Especially when attempting to use ChatGPT to resolve issues.

But to answer the question...Well, it is regarded for the world to see. But only time will tell on whether the admins will see these messages. It's all up to them on what happens from here-on out.

Hey there, how's it going? Happy Easter Fools weekend! I guarantee that these latest news updates I've provided aren't false/jokes:

Capcom held a survey for remakes and expanding titles anyone could vote for.

2. Here are a couple videos from former mod members, exposing behind the scenes on what's been happening with the Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat game. One's 2 hours with lots of info, including ones I've shared here before, the other is more brief. b) And even more messes coming from the dev team. c) Speaking of Peak of Combat, Dante's voice Reuben Langdon addresses the situation about why he didn't voice in that game. Including what's happening with him in future Capcom titles.

3. Twitter/X user Pressslee is making another Devil May Cry fan game.

4. Someone is requesting for all Devil May Cry soundtracks to be uploaded on the KHInsider site.

5. A Capcom vs Sega is being teased.

6. A new Devil May Cry 1 shirt coming out.

My Thoughts On These Updates:

Of course I had to vote for Devil May Cry for a couple of their questions in that survey, heheheh. As a bonus, fans received a smartphone wallpaper with Capcom themes depending on what job title in 'Capcom Town' they chose. Of course, I had to go with the Stylish Cleaner.

2. Again, it's really too bad the direction that Peak of Combat's gone down...Glad Reuben was able to address the situations on his end of what's been going on, and that he didn't 100% get cancelled. Wasn't surprised he got scammed by the Peak of Combat dev team, either.

3. It's awesome that Pressslee is making another fan game, but I feel that they really should finish the 1st one before jumping ahead to their next one. I know that there's nothing wrong with sharing project ideas, but working on multiple things at once can be draining, or cause one project to be completely unfinished.

4. Interesting how a majority of great game soundtracks are on that site, but not Devil May Cry.

5. So fans will probably finally get the Dante vs Bayonetta battles they were dreaming of.

6. That shirt's looking SSStylish.

*Bonus: So it was Devil May Cry V's 5th anniversary this year. I was hoping to make a celebratory piece, but I got really busy and I didn't think of what I really wanted to make for it until a couple days before the date...Oh, well. There's always another year, I guess.

I didn't think tumblr was ever going to be 'safe' from Auto-Generation encroaching on our lives and digital spaces, and I don't think the settings toggle will make much of a meaningful difference anyway. They're putting consumer data up for auction because they want money, end of. They're harvesting content made by a decade old userbase. Everyone is. Everything we ever make will be this.

Obviously, still opt out. It's not just tumblr. This is everywhere and there's no avoiding it now. But the progression of this creative leeching is just draining us, I think. And not even just creatively, because we're going to have generated photographs of things that never happened, fake history, and, from now on, a constant inability to tell if something had a human mind behind it, or if it was churned out of the depths of a computer trying to guess what our brains will accept.

It's distressing. It's breaking down my morale every time someone champions an Auto-Generated 'painting', 'novel' or 'movie', because nobody thinks they're good, but the people with all the money see vast scope for future corners to be cut.

I can't even blame the technology itself. It could be used to automate so much, to make art easier. It already is doing this. The only people I blame are the venture braggarts who don't, and will never, care where they scrape data, so they can own the means of producing some sort of vague digital sludge for money.

It's not any one outlet or website, it just feels like this is the purpose of being online now. Sharing things with people worldwide is shuffled aside to make way for data harvesting. I guess. Sure. Nothing's allowed to get better, ever.

After looking at the clothes for your lycan form, I may have found a way to alleviate the discomfort. Might I suggest replacing the corset with something more loose such as a crop top over a mesh shirt?

Is this the image you're referring to? As stated in the description, some fashion connoisseur chose this outfit for me, so you'll have to share your critique with them about what's more appropriate for me to wear, heheheh. It does sound better and I would go with your choice, but the one who dressed me up is the one that calls the shots on what's "better" suited for me. A forewarning though that this person is very stubborn, opinionated, and...something else when things don't go their way, so it's best to comply, lol. But who knows? Maybe they'll agree with your suggestion? Maybe not.

These have been sitting in one of my folders for ages. Figured I'd redo them and finish them. Even add a motion blur effect for a couple of them 'cause why not.

These were originally gonna be used in a random comic sequence idea (in other words, just-for-fun) I had in mind where it'd be like a video game scenario involving my villain self. The first part of the sequence would involve a FPS view of the main character, Kenner, facing me as a boss where I'm only partially transformed (just teeth, claws, talons, eyes, and slightly toned muscles).

Then the next part of the sequence would involve me rounding a corner, slightly transformed more (muscles slightly bigger, gnarled toes and fingers, and puffy upper lip), and about to have a 2nd fight round with Kenner, only for me to finish my transformation, and Kenner running away as I do so.

The last part would involve Kenner attempting to solve a puzzle to escape, only to be caught by me in the end, resulting in a hidden QTE failure (hidden as in there's no queue for one, so the 'player' would have to repetitively press the shooting button on the part when I grab Kenner....I know, weird concept but seemed like an interesting idea) and a 'game over'.

I have no plans to finish the sequence at all, but I figured I'd share my idea and a few (finished) images.

Done on Sai with an Intuos Medium Pro tablet and mouse. Motion blur effect done on Photofiltre. Like my stuff? Here's my Ko-Fi.

Commissioned by EpicCity1 on Fur Affinity (aka TJDEV4STAT0R on Twitter/X) of his and a friend's RP character where she tests some kind of werebeast hybrid formula in her system, and locks herself in a room as one of her partners watches her transformation in horror. Had fun with this one despite the wings being the hardest parts of this sequence. About time I did something different than just werewolves again. Like my stuff? Here's my Ko-Fi. The Red Devil's Chronicles' Devil May Cry January 2024 News Updates: Peak of Combat, Dense Capcom, etc.

Hey there, how's it going? Here are January 2024's Devil May Cry news updates that I've come across:

1. Pressslee on Twitter/X is continuing development of a Devil May Cry fan game about Dante's and Vergil's childhood.

2. Capcom is holding another creator collab contest (for USA and Canada only).

3. DMC1 Dante gets featured on Capcom's new promo art of their Trip Tokai.

4. Capcom is getting more strict with their no mods policy.

b) Only to reconsider after fans give their feedback.

c) And pull DMC3 and the original DMC4 off of Steam.

5. More exposing of the company Nebula Joy behind the Peak of Combat game.

b) And what happened with its development.

c) And more.

d) And how the developers are trying to make themselves look good by removing negative criticism and other backlash (also false advertising).

e) And how the developers will ban anyone who asks for a refund of the game (scroll up for more context).

MY THOUGHTS ON THESE UPDATES:

1. Pressslee's game is looking great! Looking forward to what else they have in store for it.

2. It's great that Capcom's holding another creator collab. But I feel bad for those outside of Canada and USA who can't participate, and for those that definitely deserve a spot that don't get accepted. I would love to enter these contests myself, considering how much of a Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, and Ace Attorney fan I am.

But what sets me back are how busy and distracted I am where I can't keep a consistent schedule to make content relating to those games often. And the fact that I'm more of an observer than one who participates in discussions, and such.

3. Awesome how Capcom continues to feature Dante in their official promo arts. I find it hilarious (and hot, NGL) that the straps on Dante's chest look like they're ready to snap off 🤭

4. It's really disappointing what route Capcom's going through...Nice that they sort of reconsidered, but to pull DMC3 and DMC4 off of Steam? Eesh...And it's coincidentally on the time of DMC4's anniversary, and close to DMC3's....At least DMC4 Special Edition's still available, and you can still play DMC3 in the HD Collection.

Another thing that baffles me is Capcom's approach with the Peak of Combat game. I understand there may be contracts and such, but it's still shocking how they've been pretty quiet about the backlash from the fans of it, how they haven't done anything about Nebula Joy's scamming ways, and Itsuno's been reposting the ads about it on his Twitter/X profile...

5. Speaking of Peak of Combat, it's amazing how far down the rabbit hole goes about the ridiculousness of this game's developers, Nebula Joy...Yes, Capcom is taking part of the development of this game by supervising, but Nebula Joy's the one pulling the strings on what happens with it.

I've got a story as well. So yesterday I went to get gas for my car. The clerk notices my Devil May Cry buttons I have on the strap of my purse. He tells me he got the Peak of Combat game. It costed him $100, he only unlocked 2 characters, and he was one of the top players in the 1st week of its launch. His thoughts on the game though? He dislikes it, and regrets paying $100 for it.

One of my friends/followers on Twitter/X RealNerored/Neroredgrave is gonna make a video exposing things he and other fans' experienced with the game and its developers.

** So Devil May Cry V's anniversary is coming up as well. I would love to make a celebratory piece of it, but I can't really think of anything to make. I've got a few unfinished pieces of DMCV fan art in my folders, but I don't think they're worthy enough to be shared as a way of celebrating its anniversary. We'll see, though. **

Have ya tried Peak of Combat yet? Opinions? :O

Heya! So I have stated a few times in some older news update posts of mine that I'm not a cellphone game player, and never planned on getting the game. I was just gonna watch the story mode cutscenes and boss battles on Youtube. But from what I've been hearing about the game from a majority that played it, it ain't doing so good where they're claiming that it's just as bad, if not, worse than Devil May Cry 2. Then again, it's basically a gacha game. There have also been claims that they've had difficulties launching the game, even on they day of its release. If anything, I've only seen a fraction of players enjoying it due to the costumes, selection of characters to play as, and the character interactions in story mode. And from what a majority of beta players stated, they preferred the gameplay mechanics of the 1.0 version of it, one of its earliest versions when Yunchang games was still developing it, and when its story was gonna be canon with the other games before Nebula Joy took over and changed everything. Speaking of Nebula Joy, they're another reason I don't ever plan on getting this game. I was hoping to get it if there ever was gonna be a Steam release, but now I'm not so sure. With the state of it that it's in, I don't know if there will ever be a Steam release now. So about Nebula Joy...I have no plans to ever support them because there have been claims from fans and mod developers that ever since they took over, things went completely downhill from there where they'd do nothing but spam a bunch of ads out there, let alone ads using A.I voices and showing off cutscenes that don't even feature in the game at all.

And Nebula Joy has a reputation of being a schemey company that would scam not only the players, but influencers and mod developers as well.

In my last news update post, I shared a statement from one of the mod developers about their experience of working with them.

Even shared with them what a friend's friend went through when working with them.

And with these fans stating their concerns about them and the game, I'm just shocked that Capcom didn't bother dropping them. But on a good note, Capcom hasn't even been promoting them and that game onto their pages and channels. That at least says something right there. Now aside from the negative parts about it, I'm just glad that we've got some kind of new Devil May Cry game with features that any Devil May Cry fan would want in one (except for the gacha part of it, of course). And it's nice that Capcom got to be a part of its development, and how Casey Edwards got to make a song for it, but it's just too bad what it's become. I was hoping for it to be better...
