What I found is that their faces are very youthful with round to almond eyes. For those who are terrified of the 18th Degree. I have my saturn ruled ASC in 18th degree (which means my moon ruled DSC is also at the 18th degree). Well the 6th house stellium - or "The Servant" so-called house is mainly about routine, the mind that organizes, manages (or tries to manage), daily routines.

I just want to mention that the 6th house is all about finding a routine to stick to, and sometimes pressure comes along and the stereotype of the 6th house/Virgo that they are the perfectionists, healthy ones is abolished, because that fix necessary for them to finish their routine, or stick to one, or find one, the pressure of it all can cause and result in dug abuse (or other things). That becomes a routine of its own and they stick to it religiously. But not to wander off the topic, I'll try to make it as generalized as I can.

The 6th house - is an earth house, so these people are very present, very practical but there is also a recklessness I recognize with the mutable mode, which it is present with the 6th house, that recklessness might be a "planned" one or just a spur of the moment, they might see something better, feel something stronger, think something smarter and change routes quickly.

Also the 6th house is all about body, body-image, so creating and striving for a good routine with self-care is something to aim for with having this stellium. But struggling with your body and body-image is also something else, you might feel that you are doing the most but not achieving anything (perfectionistic mind-set). Which is why cultivating and taking care of your mind, your sanity through journaling, therapy etc. is also a very important thing. Maintaining that balance the best way you can is the key to achieving it all.

Great at advise, great with details and memory. Also they are the "Servant House" which the people with this stellium can be prone to becoming huge people-pleasers which can also be aligned with their constant feeling of "not wanting to be useless", "always wanting to help", "they know best so why not lend that knowledge". Setting boundaries and having a healthy relationship with oneself is also very important for this stellium, the lines can get blurred very quickly and they can be stuck doing too much for everyone, and doing too much with themselves as well.

So a major thing is self-work, continually. Because these people will have difficulties finding what they can stick to, or just because they need that structure, security, routine they might get stuck in a job they don't actually love.

They are amazing with details, caring, nurturing, intelligent, they are also creatives, they like expressing themselves through art because sometimes they cannot do it through words. They are also very generous and helpful, the friend with the best, rational advise EVER.

The relationship with health is also very connected to the 6th house. I believe there a bit darker themes and struggles with this house but I do not want to get into that (it might get its own post anyway). Mental struggles, body-image struggles, "hypochondriac" tendencies, because they can be anxious and paranoid (also obsessive).

Choosing the right job, career and co-workers is also a major influence here.

Saturn in 10th and their dislike (for the lack of a better word) of ANY pda is beyond me. But they are extremely private people, even in front of their closest ones. I feel like they maintain their image, their stature and composition very well. It is respectable as well as funny to a person like me, who is a bit more on the touchy-feely side.

If we get even deeper, it is a more complex relationship. Any contact with Saturn is quite complex, even though the 10th house is the home of Saturn, Saturn does not stop with the trials and tribulations, doubts and wonders. He never creates comfort which is absolutely necessary for growth and learning how to deal with our own loudest demons and voices.
