I am still tired in places sleep can't reach, Still just watching my overdue activities piling up, Still looking at the mirror and seeing the same tired eyes, Still missing the warmth of optimism that seemed to have gone fro, Still can't talk to people without feeling that pit of anxiousness in your stomach- Terrified of what your lousy mouth might blurt out that would turn them away. Still watching my life crumble at my feet, Still numbing my way through this mortal life, Impatiently waiting for its end.

All lives matter, but you stare down the black man while he's just taking a walk .

All lives matter, but you blame Asian Americans for bringing coronavirus to the country.

All lives matter , but the " Gays can burn " because it's against your religion.

All lives matter, but "Go back to where you came from ".

All lives matter , but the refugees got what they had coming .

All lives matter , but the thousands of kids separated from their families at the border should have brought here legally.

"All lives matter " doesn't mean you get to pick when they matter . All lives matter ALL of the time. If you're going to say it , then stick behind it ALL the time. 👏
