I was chatting with my beloved husband @servallystellan, nerding out over The Mummy (as one does), and I used the phrase “dumb disaster couple” for Rick and Evie and he noted that all my OC couples have That Dynamic and it’s like no fuckin wonder I fell in love with the GO book and became obsessed with the TV show, this couple trope was basically an integral part of my childhood

there are a lot of Extremely Married moments in good omens, but I maintain that the Most Married moment is when crowley says out of nowhere, “ducks! they’re what water slides off.” and aziraphale heaves a deeply put-upon sigh and says, “….just drive the car.”
