Ugh, the house is moved but my garage is stacked front to back full of boxes. And somewhere in all that pile is my workout equipment just waiting to be set up and used again. Hopefully soon my plates and bars, soon.

New shoulder and leg workout today. Felt pretty good too. Having some back doms from yesterday's new back workout too, guess that means they are working new muscles, sweet.

Friday morning workout. Wrist is feeling better, was able to curl by starting in hammer curl position and twist to bicep curl on the way up.

Thursday morning workout. Wrist still wasn't ready for close grip bench press, but getting better.

Saturday is leg and shoulder day. Wrist is still not ready for Arnold press and overhead press, so shoulders were cut in half. Split squats got cut by one cause me knees said they were done with them today. Listen to your body folks.

On top of my normal core, which I didn't post since it's always the same, here is today's workout. The bicep curls became hammer curls, and was able to find a grip position with the ez curl bar for barbell curls. Hoping the sprain gets healed soon.

Forgot to post yesterday's leg day workout, but here is the one from today. Chest and Triceps from a guy pushing the 50 year old mark. Turned 48 yesterday and feeling great.
