She had been living in Cleveland when Giles offered using the Council's influence (remember Travers' threat to deport Giles in "Checkpoint"?) to allow her to leave the country, which she does after concluding a secret mission.

At least I'm enjoying the novel The Bewitching Hour: A Tara Prequel, more than Bloody Fool for Love: A Spike Prequel and Big Bads. I think The Bewitching Hour keeps the plot simpler and has more room to explore the characters, which is excellent considering it's about Tara. After it, I'll continue with The Next Generation trilogy; I only read the first one, and I'm delaying finishing it because the new characters are not really interesting to me and I dislike everything about the story's premise. It's too bad there are also no upcoming books announced at the moment, but then I intend to read some older novels I missed.

Is there more buffy the vampire slayer comic coming out?

This December we had the last issue of Buffy the Last Vampire Slayer published, and we haven't had any comic announced since October. But it's not uncommon for a couple of months of hiatus between comic titles, like when Season 9 ended in September 2013 and Season 10 began in March 2014.

We don't know where Boom! Studios will go with Buffy or when they'll announce it, but I'm sure there will be more coming out. After nonstop publishing of average comics, it might be a good sign Boom is taking time to plan something worth making. I'll let you know if anything comes up.

Would be awesome if they make a comic series of cordelia the vampire slayer

A prequel to Slayers with Cordelia's story could be so good. Giles guiding Cordelia. Anya and Tara learning magic together. Cordelia taking care of her sister. Cordelia crushing on Jesse. Snippets of Xander and Willow in the background. I mean, just a one-shot teasing all the events that led to Slayers has so much potential.

No Buffy comics for January 2024

Boom! Studios has released its catalog for January 2024, but no Buffyverse comic was included. The only Buffyverse title currently published in the second volume of Buffy the Last Vampire Slayer, which is planned to end in December 2023.

The last time there was a month with no new Buffyverse comics was in April 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. However, Buffy also underwent month breaks whenever there was a change in title at Dark Horse Comics. Let's wait and see!
