The Villain Deku AU I made

....or, its timeline anyway.

        Starts where series does up to All Might meeting

It happens earlier than in the series time of day wise

All might still tells Deku that he can’t become a hero

Because the meeting is happening earlier, Bakugo isn’t the one caught by the Slime Monster

It’s his mom.

He doesn’t go to the Slime Monster fight, doesn’t inspire all might to help, and since the heroes are waiting for someone with a better quirk, his mom dies

In the same day, Deku gets kidnapped and his brainwashing starts

UA timeline goes as normal, minus Deku

Deku appearing on the villain side since the USJ incident

He recovered from the brainwashing to watch it happen and inform his new “family” on what he observed

By the time Class 1-A is in second year, Deku starts his experiments

Experimenting on people and their quirks

Using petty criminals

Late year two, Uraraka and Tenya start dating

  -They grew close after the Stain incident

Year 3, Uraraka And Tenya Are on a class assignment, and get spilt up while chasing a thief and Uraraka gets knocked out and taken to Deku’s Lab

She is questioned about Bakugo and Todoroki

--Answers what she can when her family is threatened

She gets experimented on, and two weeks after her capture, appears in front of UA in a raggedy version of her Hero suit

  *Not in a sexual way, in more that it points out all the flaws her costume had

  *Her pinkies are cut off

She also has a note sewn on her chest addressed to Bakugo and Todoroki

“To whom it may concern,

     I apologize for keeping your pupil for so long, I appear to have caused quite the stir.... Keep an eye on Kacchan and Todoroki-kun, Aizawa-sensei, I have a personal interest.

Deku.“

He gonna go after one of them next

A few months after, Todoroki is walking around campus

Security is still pretty high

Uraraka no longer goes to the Hero course

He runs into Deku, who sneaked onto campus with Uraraka’s ID

They fight for a moment, Todoroki only using ice.

Deku offers a deal, but the teachers come by before Todoroki answers. So Deku flees

A while after, when the school let students go out on hero assignments again, Todoroki goes and meets up with Deku

Todoroki agrees to his deal.

During Finals for UA, Todoroki and Deku kill Endeavor

Todoroki lands the final blow

Ice spike to the chest

Deku takes the fall and Todoroki flees.

Deku goes to Jail for two weeks in order to treat his scar from Endeavor

literally only for that reason

Todoroki gathers a group to break him out

When Deku is broken out of jail, he plays up an idea that Todoroki and Deku and in a romantic relationship

Fast forward a few years to when Tenya is a full hero

He is currently repeating the Stain Incident with Deku

He gets caught and experimented on

Gets one engine ripped out

Because of Deku realizing he is dating Uraraka, he lets him live, and cuts off his pinkies so he matches Uraraka.

Fast forward another few years

Tenya and Uraraka now work at UA

Bakugo adopted a Kid

Deku kidnaps Bakugo’s kid

Kid doesn’t realize anything bad is happening

Thinks it's all a game

Deku threatens to hurt them with fake nitroglycerin

Bakugo is captured and the Kid is set free

it’s a trade

The Bakugou Squad, Mostly Kirashima takes care of the kid

I actually created something a little like this but more actively villainous and I never posted it anywhere, this kind of makes me rethink that decision. The cosplay I have for villain deku is actually based on it.

AU for Villian Deku

Okay so obviously not an original but hear me out.(It might actually be better to say Antihero Deku instead of villain.)

Warning: I haven’t dived into this topic yet; mainly because TikTok introduced the idea to me. There’s not a lot of anything other than saying it’s deku if he were a villian on a good portion of those videos.

Also, if someone else already wrote something extremely similar to what I write; link them to me—— I’d love to read what they wrote

Okay so my idea stems from just the basis of Izuku turning to the villains side.

We already have the Abuse from Katsuki’s daily interactions from canon to help tip the scale. But I’m canon he doesn’t— he has the die hard obsession of wanting to be a hero— of hero’s being amazing because of All Might. And his biggest supporter? His mom, Inko.

Now what if the turning point we need is some kinda traumatic experience that happens to both his mom and him— and his mom dies. This could be a home invasion, or robbery gone wrong, or anything really— but his mom still dies. Izuku is traumatised. No one came to help his mom or him. He couldn’t protect her or even save himself. The hero’s didn’t care enough— all might didn’t care. By the time the police find him— he’s on the verge of collapse, has injuries that will require him to be in the hospital until the police can try to get him to talk to them.

Now for a younger kid— Especially one as defenseless as Izuku being ‘quirkless’ and all, pile these new traumas onto the abuse that Katsuki did with his band of so called friends, and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.

You’ve got a boy who’s gone through unspeakable things, and a hero never tried to help. With that, his obsession is now not one of idealism but of disgust and hatred. If heroes actually cared— if All Might cared, he’d have never had any of this happen. His mom wouldn’t be dead.

Now, while he might not agree with methods and innocents getting hurt— he certainly doesn’t agree with hero’s. So maybe this wouldn’t necessarily be Vilian Deku as much as it is Antihero Deku.

Anyway— so his mom is dead. He doesn’t have any other relatives and the only people he’d be on “friendly” terms with would be the Bakugo’s. Or at least Katsuki’s parents. And I could see Misuki and her husband claiming custody.

At first Katsuki treats Izuku like he had any other time since getting his quirk— before getting scolded and told to be nice by Misuki— although he hardly gets a reaction from Izuku anymore by doing that. So then it turns into pretending Izuku doesn’t exist until one night he’s up late studying and he hears Izuku crying and pretty much can’t ignore him anymore so he comforts him and they actually start becoming friends. Katsuki would have another reason for becoming a hero: Izuku needs someone who can protect him so nobody hurts him like his again.

Yes, I know not really evil there. But here’s the thing. Because of this— Izuku would only actually care to save one person(or three if you include them all.) which is Katsuki. Izuku’s obsession never changed— just the way he thought about it. He hates heroes, but he still studies them and how they use their quirks. Of course, he does his research on Villians— and shares that information with Katsuki because he really likes how adaptable people make their quirks.

This leaves him still around and concerned for the slime guy attacks and to still get chosen by All Might as a successor. He’d manage to make it into UA— a pipe dream with nothing but wanting to make sure Katsuki would be okay— because of All Might’s power.

He’d go to U.A. To harness his newly borrowed power and make it his own— to reshape the world so what happened to him doesn’t happen to anyone else but not so much to take down villians but to reshape them too.
