I love the Titans HQ from the 1999 Titans run. It is an underground compound but above it is a 3D hologram of a T-shaped tower. This is hilarious because the reasoning is that the T gets destroyed way too often, which is true.

They also have this flat platform that goes from shore to the island:

They are always having dramatic convos on top of it and Garth is always popping out of the water. It's also one of the more domestic titans hangouts. Throughout the series they have a whole lot of children running around including Lian who is the cutest.
