BORN

Light danced off each corner and reverted back to me

Inside deeper depths even myself could not see

Yet speaking easy dwindled with each twinge

And the need for sleeping proceeded to leave me

Breathless with focus and dream state begins.

Swaying and showing, zoning with each new moaning since morning

When this day wasn’t yet dawning but feeling her crowning and I not drowning but swimming

To resurface for first air to be breathed in

And a new era begins.

a literal theory of everything

what does it mean?

to saw a word within yourself

in search of the mind of God

(especially, almost)

in the shallow senseless waves

of fucking got out of

the lenten times that they felt around in

for there must be a sufficient metaphor

one that’s metastable, one coinciding with,

a literal theory of everything …

for continuity’s sake

(lips,

leaves,

bruises,

eventually besotted

arms out in the mist

bruised by lips

kissed, forgotten)

So empty without you,

These corners seem to echo with reverberations of all you were

The softsest of souls, the gentlest spirit

The sweetest girl I’d ever met.

For a glimpse of time, you were mine, my sweet baby.

Farewells too soon, too sudden and too harsh

But I would’ve never been ready to say goodbye to you

My best friend.

Followed you to the fountain, in youth and never in dispose

Of words laced in loving gesture, fertile nature

Nowadays seems merged into those faded outlines where your shadow would lay

Landed on my feet when I fell down to this physical plane

New information to take aboard

Abroad with this new sensation

That creation is finally yours

Couldn’t believe it was the carpet ride over and under

These hills, lilac blossom covered

Gliding through, drag and drag

Gladly placid in these waters, thickened

Sustain distaste for anything other than

You

King of the mountain and sideways slid down with dusted waves fill behind

Disperse into the air, the atmosphere

The one we share breath and brightly lit lights that shine each night

At one point we see the same sky

Try and try to define lesser known infractions in this cracked skyline

Constellation since past lives began

Begin again, this is the first chapter of a longer story

Endless

You are the blood in my veins

No longer feel the same

As before, where door upon door

Closed in the face of this wonderless willow

Weeping wisdom, leaking lethargy to weigh down

What could be great

Now awakened, open doorway

Walk on through to the otherside

Directly beside, the one dedicated to love

Loving me, us, we and still see all past puddles of pity

Of once pure innocence and childless wonder

Now placid pine in the way of pain, pane and open all of the way
