Hmmm... just realized I have never actually posted just Atem and Yugi together and by themselves actually. But hey, at least I can change that. :D one thing I love about these two is the wonderful breakable close friendship they have. I can see where Takahashi was going with this and to show how platonic relationship like this can go. Atem and Yugi are like brothers, or father and son and they will be forever for me. I also hope to have Dan Green sign this someday because he will always be the voices for these two. ❤️❤️❤️

Despite it being over a week since he passed, a lot of people are still in disbelief about it. I'm honestly still shocked that he is gone myself. As I have mentioned before, YGO was my first ever fandom and my childhood. I remember watching the 4kids dub episodes and enjoying them so much. I even remember asking my parents to get me a few of the manga books to which they did give me the third of the first season series. It was honestly the start of me drawing and even my first ever characters to be created. Even though I would tend to fall out of love with it a couple of times, I ended up coming back to it. Especially when I lost my father a couple of years ago. It helped me slowly heal over such a devastating loss because I loved my dad so much. And now, the man who created something that helped me heal is also gone. Is this what they call cruel irony?

...which is why I decided to draw this. A tribute of my own of Mr. Takahashi himself with my top favorite character of his and his top favorite. Pharaoh Atem is still considered my favorite of the whole YGO cast and I love him because of what a strong and kind character he can be. Mr. Takahashi has mentioned a few times that Joey aka Jonouchi Katsuya is the best character he ever created and his favorite. And I can see why. I love the arc Joey goes through of how he starts off as a bully but becomes a good loyal friend and a strong duelist. Which is why I felt it was appropriate to draw him with Mr. Takahashi himself.

I know I will continue to draw his characters in his honor since they really did help me and he did as well. Thank you so much for everything, Kazuki Takahashi. May the good Lord bless you and watch over you while you rest in peace. It's time to duel!

XD yes, I ship Atem/Bakura aka Casteshipping. It's my guilty pleasure ship lol I certainly love this ship more so than the other popular ships. You all know which ones I am referring to. And I know they're enemies. But I think if Bakura was given another chance, he and Atem could be good friends. Even though Bakura's sarcastic egotistical self may drive Atem up the wall. XD I love it. And of course, even when they're having a moment, Bakura has to ruin it lol ah Bakura, how you amuse me. XD I will try to draw more of these two in the future. C;

For international women's day, I have decided to at least draw all the main girls of YGO, including my girls and my friend's character too. I will say, this is the first time I actually drew Serenity and Ishizu. XD nice to know they came out just fine lol anyway, that's all I have. I hope you all enjoy. I'm sure you all know what this scene is. There are going to be some major differences for this season that I have plan for sure when I get to it. It's pretty obvious by now that Bast is going to be there instead of Tea. But it would make more sense because Catzi's soul has been taken along with Yugi's. Also, this will focus more on these two relationship. I will say this as a bit of a spoiler...Atem does end up putting his relationship with Bast in jeporady. What do I mean? He ends up yelling at her and blaming her that Yugi and Catzi's souls were taken, even though it was his fault. I know. It sounds harsh but hey, it's honestly to also show that these two are still human even if they are spirits. And the fact their relationship is not perfect in anyway. Not to mention, Atem is hurting big time. I can see him being the type to lash out if he is feeling stressed or having a close friend being taken away due to his mistakes. Eventually, he and Bast will make up. Aah I feel so bad for these two. T-T

I know I said I would stop posting, but I decided to try something. I recently drew this up and I figured I show you all how my pictures are going to look from now on. It's time I step up my game of keeping my art safer. I know this isn't going to stop the art thieves but it will make it a lot harder for them use it. On a side note, yes I thought I draw up Atem with his hair in a ponytail. Let me just say that I really love the look of it. He certainly looks hot I must say. :3 I know a certain wife of his will like him with this new look. Hehehehehehehe...

I really should draw these two more in their ancient Egyptian selves. The issue is, having to draw ALL that gold and jewelry, and they can be a pain to color as well. XD But alas, I do like of how this came out. Sometimes, it takes time and patience to be able to make pictures like this. Also, yes, I think I am going to have Atem with red eyes from now on. While I do love his violet eyes, I feel like red suits him more. It honestly makes him a little more unique. Same thing with Bast having more of a blue aqua hair color. So yeah, that is all I have to share on this. ^-^

Soooo... don't mind me but I thought I post Marik and Malik aka Yami Marik today. Hahahahahaha 🤣 this is really just to a side AU if Malik had been redeemed. Which is why he looks so annoyed 😂 but seriously though, he would be the opposite of Marik. While Marik is a sweet kind boy, Malik would be rude and blunt. Though deep down he does care about those close to him even if he won't really show it. He and Marik still share the same body. and Malik enjoys getting on Marik's nerves.

So...this is different. The thing is, I brought the latest Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town and I am really enjoying it. If anyone is familiar with these games, you would know that you have a set of people you can end up marrying. The only other Story of Seasons aka Harvest Moon games I have played is Trio of Towns. Reason why is...I'm pretty picky of the guys I wanna end up with. ^^; Yeah I know, I'm weird. In the latest one, Iori has become my favorite. Upon first seeing him, I thought he was by far the cutest out of all the bachelors. And diving into his backstory and his events, it's made me love him a whole lot more. Like seriously, he is by far the most interesting out of all of them. And he's certainly become the fan favorite and it makes sense on why. That's why I decided to go ahead and draw him up in my style. I do admit, the one thing I don't like about the latest SoS game and miss big time is the portraits. I am really hoping they will add them in an update. Maybe the fans will convince the developers to at least consider it. And if they can't do portraits, at least put in a CG pic. Like when you marry any of the characters, you unlock a CG of them. So there you have it. So glad I drew Iori up. :3

I have been loving this story that focuses on these guys back in ancient Egypt. The thought of Atem having to go into hiding and training to be an assassin is great. :3 So, I thought up I draw something like this that focuses on each of the main characters within the story.

Prince Atem aka The Black Robed Assassin - The former prince of Egypt, Atem was only 10 when he and his father were out walking by the Nile. They seemingly got attacked by a group of vicious bandits that killed the Pharaoh and had Atem go on the run. He could have died too after being shot by an arrow and falling into the mighty river. Luckily, he was found by 12 year old Bakura. Fearing he may still be hunted, Atem had to go into hiding and stick with Bakura. The two became close friends and even joined a creed to train themselves into being assassins. To keep his identity secret due to his unusual hair and red eyes, he has to wear a hood and turban. The creed hard training has toughen up Atem and he vows to find the killers of his father. However, he maintains his kind and determined heart. Fate soon delivers him to reunite with the one girl he had loved even when he was a child; the beautiful priest Bast. Despite his efforts, he ends up falling in love with her all over again and now he must make a choice to save Bast from a marriage to a horrible man and take back the throne or disappear into the desert forever...

Lady Bast - The daughter of two high priests, whom are loyal to the late Pharaoh, Bast is known to be one of the most beautiful girls in all of Egypt and the King's Royal Treasure. Because of this, she is forced into a loveless marriage with Zandilar, a man who only loves her purely for her looks. Despite this, Bast hopes that one day Prince Atem, her childhood friend will someday return. He had always been there for her, especially when she was born a very weak baby, which is what made her love and admire him so much. She vowed to be as strong as him someday. And while she may being scared to marry Zandilar, she hoped to keep her mother and the other priests safe and to help out the people in the city. Bast is more than just a beautiful young woman. Her love of her home, her family and friends, as well as trying to stay hopeful and strong is what has Atem falling for her again. And while she doesn't know who the Black Robed Assassin is, despite his red eyes seem so familiar, she finds herself falling for him even with her heart still aching for Prince Atem.

Thief King Bakura - An orphan and the sole survivor of a horrible slaughter of his village to make the 8 Millennium items, Bakura barely managed to maintain himself since then. He still dreams about that awful night as well as recalling how one kind man was able to save him, though that cost the man's life. Bakura ended up hating the Pharaoh as he thought he was the reason he lost his family and village. When he was 12, he ended up rescuing a boy with strange hair and red eyes. He had no idea this was the prince, the son of the Pharaoh he had loathed. And Atem never told him who he really was until many years later. But up until then, Atem became Bakura's closest friend, pretty much like a brother and he swore to help Atem find his father's killers. Even after finding out who his best friend truly was, though he was angry, he cared about Atem too much to hate him. Bakura is best known to be a sarcastic slightly egotistical prick who jokes all the time, even during a serious situation. He even has odd habits that would make people glance at him like him wanting to torture people he doesn't like. However, underneath that is a kind young man who cares deeply to those he deems a friend. And he is protective of Atem, wanting him to be happy and seeing how Bast does that, he sometimes tells Atem to tell her already and even bang her, much to the former prince's embarrassment.

King Zandilar (aka Fuck Boy) - The new Pharaoh who has taken over the throne he and his father had stolen. Due to his quick temper and being such a spoiled man child, Zandilar is very impatient and considered a horrible ruler. He and his father came from a village in hopes of trying to rule over Egypt and eventually the world. They pretended to be just visitors and the former Pharaoh had welcomed them into his kingdom. He didn't know they were merely planning on killing him so they can take over the throne. Zandilar also saw a young Bast and fell for her due to how pretty she was. After the killing of the Pharaoh and Prince Atem, Zandilar planned on having Bast as his wife when he gets older. By the time he was 17 and ruling over, he demanded Nubit, Bast's mother, for Bast's hand in marriage. When Nubit refused, he threatened to kill her and Bast quickly agreed to be his bride on the condition he doesn't harm her mother or the priests. Zandilar views Bast as just an object he owns and tries to bang her whenever he can, but Bast manages to thwart him every time. Karma will soon come to this horrible king...

So, there you have it. And let me just say...I am loving Atem with red eyes so much. I want to keep drawing him with them. I am also thinking that he would have red eyes in the original anime series I am rewriting lol but we shall see...anyway. Considering I will be taking a break once I am done with season 1 of my rewrite, I will start posting this story just to have a change of pace. So, be sure to keep an eye out!

So a friend of mine thought of this idea of Atem raising Yugi, and I liked the idea lol so in this Atem and Bast took in baby Yugi and Catzi. The story behind this...Zorc is back and he tries to wipe out the ones who will help take him down. In other words, he targets Yugi, Catzi as well as Ryou when they were babies. It's why they still look pale. He tries to get Thief King Bakura to kill them, but he draws the line on killing children. Thus he ends up sending baby Yugi and Catzi to the palace while he is stuck taking care of baby Ryou. Atem and Bast are recently married and find the two babies by the Nile. A little off putting that the two infants almost look like them, they decide to take them in. And throughout the time, they grow attach to the sweet children to the point they are willing to raise them as their own. So there you have it. This is such a cute pic. CX I really like how I draw baby Yugi and Catzi. hehehehehehehe :3

She hurried to the room he must be occupied. But luckily for her, just as she rounded a corner, she can see the said Egyptian teen walking down the hallway.

Catzi bit her bottom lip while observing him. He was holding the Millennium Rod in his hand and he could easily be dangerous to her. However, she had her Wand in case he did try something. Deep down in her gut, she believed he would never hurt her. Making up her mind, she hurried after him.

“Marik…” Catzi whispered once she was near and this almost made him jump.

Whenever it was out of fear or surprise, it was hard to tell. He looked down and saw it was only her. Relief swept over him though he also was confused,

“Catzi? What are you doing here?” Marik questioned, turning to face her.

“I came to look for you.” She replied, a deep frown on her face,

“Why? Shouldn’t you be with your friends?” He questioned, and started chuckling, “After all, if they find out you are talking to me, it could mean trouble.”

“I don’t care. Look, Marik…” Catzi sighed, taking a deep breath and looked back up with her pleading brown eyes which made him frown, “I came to you because I want you to stop what you’re doing.”

A pause and Marik glared at her, “You’re wasting your time on that.” He said, his tone slightly cold.

“I am not.” She retorted and he shook his head,

“You are. You have no idea what I went through. I have to get back at the Pharaoh for everything he has done to me and my family.” Marik swore, looking off to the side,

“But he’s my friend! I can’t let you do that, Marik!” Catzi began and she watched him laugh harshly,

“You can’t stop me, Catzi. Neither you nor my sister. We’ve been through this before.”

“I know we have but...I don’t want to stop believing. Those letters you sent me…” she began and Marik gave her a look,

“Why are you bringing those up?”

“Because you sent me those! They were honestly the only letters that...well actually made me flustered and I never had that happen to me.” Catzi confessed and this made him look at her in surprise,

“They did?”

“Yes! I can tell you were being genuine in them…” Catzi stepped forward and gently grabbed his hand that didn’t hold Rod.

Taken aback at her sudden touch, he turned and found himself looking back into her large eyes,

"Marik please...I know you're not evil. Don't do this..." She said once more.

For a moment, it seemed like he might consider it. After all, his feelings for Catzi were getting stronger, especially with her trying so hard to make him change his ways. However, the years of being stuck underground and the painful memories of when he received the tomb keepers initiation flashed through his mind once more.

No.

He had been planning this for years. His father was killed after all and he can’t just let that go in vain.

Closing his eyes, he turned away and painfully pulled his hand from her, "I have no choice..." He said, trying to hide the depressing tone in his voice,

"But you do! You can change your mind!" Catzi argued, since she saw the look in his eyes.

"No I don't. I must beat the Pharaoh and his Queen so I can obtain the power I need." Marik spat back seeing how stubborn she was.

Catzi glared as well, trying her best not to be angry with him. Deep down she couldn’t exactly blame him but she also didn’t know the whole story on why he wanted to kill Yami and take his power. She let out a sigh in an attempt to cool her anger.

"Besides...why haven't you told any of your friends who I really am? Especially how I erased one of your friends' minds to keep my identity a secret." Marik questioned with a glare,

"Because...I am hoping you will reconsider. I know you're not evil, Marik. Please...I'm begging you for one last time. Think about what you’re doing." Catzi pleaded once more, and this time tears began to form in her eyes and she gently put her hands on his arm, “Killing someone is not to be taken lightly. I may not know the whole story on why you went on a revenge path but...I really want you to stop this…”

Marik felt his heart ache seeing how she was on the brink of crying. He hated seeing her upset. It hurt even more knowing this girl, despite not even knowing him fully, was still trying to make him rethink his actions. He was very tempted to hug her and reassure her.

However, his anger was too strong. To forget or more like ease his aching heart, he turned away from her and painfully pulled his arm free from her hands,

“… I have to… To free my family…” He finally said softly.

There was a long pause. Catzi could tell that Marik was not going to stop. She had really hoped he would at least reconsider. But it seems like he won’t. Not even for her. And it hurt her deeply.

Finally, she spoke again, "I guess I can't stop you…” she looked up as he still kept his head turned away from her, “And if you’re worried about me telling my friends about you...I won’t. I believe you’re still good, Marik. I only hope it won't be too late..."

Catzi lowered her head before she turned around and rushed down the hallway. She quietly sobbed, her heart aching.

Marik finally looked and watched her disappear down the hallway. A part of him wanted to run after her, but he remained where he was. He slowly turned and lifted the Millenium Rod to his chest. He held it there in thought.

She doesn’t understand what I went through… I know what’s right for my tribe and family… Because I… I need to do this…

This little tidbit is a quick look into what is going to come. I know. It's been awhile since I drew something with Loneshipping. Believe me, I haven't stopped shipping them. Sometimes I tend to avert my attention to my other OTPs. :D But it's great to come back to these two. I really do love them so much. T-T The idea of Catzi trying to get Marik to not keep going on a revenge path would certainly make him conflicted. And it's to also show how kind hearted and true Catzi is. Despite her being such a hot head, she really is forgiving. I really don't have anything else to say other than I really did like how this pic came out. CX Ah I get feels from these two...

They want to know more about their past, but it's still just a blur... Right now, Atem and Bast are in Bast's soul room. Hers is very large to reflect her being an Egyptian Queen, but it's not complicated and twisted like Atem's. pffffff she would also have images everywhere that reflect her memories. The heart you see symbolizes her having been married to Atem years ago. Half of the heart has her real name and the other is of her husband’s. It’s darken out because she has no idea what his name is. If you're wondering how Atem is able to be there, my friend Shiroi and I have a theory. We believe the Puzzle can let Atem see what he desires. For this, he would wish to see Bast, and the Puzzle would allow him to visit her. And this really comes in handy if Yugi and Catzi are asleep. They would have no issue allowing the Pharaoh and his Queen to see each other. But for this, it's different. They can talk with no one bothering them. Which is why you see the above. Let me say this...I have been wanting to write up a one shot of these two for a long time. I mean, I feel so bad that I never was able to. Reason? I just...couldn't think of any ideas for them. I honestly can't get over how utterly adorable Yugi is during season 0. It's hard to believe he's supposed to be 14/15. XD So, that's why I decided to draw up some season 0 Guardianshipping. I can only imagine that if little Yugi saw Carrie, he would be such a blushing mess. :3 He's so cute. I also made Carrie's hair a little bit different. I made the brown darker while the blue lighter. Season 0 was a bit odd on their color scheme but still kinda cool to look at. I also wish the original anime didn't focus on Duel Monsters so much and kinda did like what season 0 had done. But even the formula in that can get a bit old. Like some guy tries to wrong one of the main characters and Yami comes out to save the day. I think it's a good idea to balance it out. Anyway...yeah, enjoy this adorable couple that I love so much. CX

Drawing poses be like waaaaaat? Anyhoo, another Atem/Bast pic. Yeah again, I can't get enough of these two. I also figured it would be perfect for Atem's birthday on July 27th. And yes, I do believe it's July 27th. I have seen people claim it's June 2nd and I never thought that was right. Luckily someone did do some research and have figured that July 27 is the correct date for him. Plus I always feel the only reason people were trying to claim it's June 2nd is because they wanted him to be in the same month as Yugi. Nah fam, I always believed it was July 27th. He's a Leo for sure. XD Anyway, I have been drawing a lot of these two lovebirds lately. I should really also focus on my other OTPs since I love them just as much. Ya know, there are times I can't stop drawing these two. I love them so freaking much. To me, I will always believe that these two are a real thing and no one can convince me otherwise. T-T I saw a poster of Atem in that pose that I had to draw it too and have his queen right beside him. Also one thing to note...I can never imagine Atem being super muscular. I have seen some fanart having him super buff and it just...it doesn't feel right. To me, I think he's more lean muscular. And I feel that makes him way more hot than having him look like some over stuffed couch. Aaaaah these two are so gorgeous... Also happy early 4th of July lmao

I have loved Miitopia. It was one of my favorite 3DS games and I always loved replaying it. So when it was announced that it would be coming to the Switch, you bet on your ass that I pre-ordered it and even downloaded the demo to get started. I love the new additions they added especially with the wigs and make up. I thought I show you all my Miitopia crew. At least with it being Yu-Gi-Oh characters lol I tried picking the best classes for each. Still think making Yugi and Atem were hard due to their hair lmao but oh well. So yeah, there you have it. Hopefully in future updates they will add more wigs lol
