Wait wait wait wait, how did you do it???? I mean, I’ll finish med school until 23 and you’re ending phd and have (almost) 2 kids? Omg, my hero
Thank you, anon! It’s definitely been a wild ride and not easy. Definitely easier having two kids during my PhD portion than it would’ve been during my med school portion, but I wasn’t counting on a pandemic taking away my childcare, either, much less screwing up my CV advancement opportunities and delaying my research. Good luck with med school!
My kid took a loooong nap so I managed to read a long paper I'd been avoiding for a while. My literature review is beginning to feel more and more complete.
It's been a while since I posted, mostly since life has kept me incredibly busy between being a mother and a PhD student. I'm making good progress with my research and I'm on track to finish next fall! My baby is a year old now and amazing. Life is great.
