Giving this a test today. Steamed the wings for 5 mins in the IP then left them out to dry before adding the seasonings. I used @flavorgod Lemon and Garlic, Tangy Fiesta, Honey BBQ and Italian Zest. Saute茅d garlic, onions, 3 chopped thai chillies and ginger, added mushrooms and tomato paste. Let the flavors mingle for a bit then add the strained stock. Bring to a boil, add the veggies, the cooked beef(the ribs were fall off the bones and the chuck I used was fork tender from cooking the stock in the IP). Add half a box of fusilli, then add cherry tomatoes towards the end of cooking. I flavored with pink salt, black pepper and smoked paprika and finished with juice from a whole lemon.to freshen things up. Bon app茅tit!
