Happy New Year’s Eve from me and my wine self!!!!!

2018 was one hell of a year!!!! I learned so much and made so many mistakes but also made some great decisions that have led to a lot of happiness

it’s winter! we should all be snoozing in our burrows

Winter sore throat “tea”- In a jar combine lemon slices, organic honey and sliced ginger. Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a “jelly”. To serve- spoon jelly into mug and pour boiling water over it. Store in fridge 2-3 months.

Ran in the first time in.....2 weeks LOLOLOL and it was a wee bit hard in the snow, but very fun nonetheless :————)

Does anyone have any tips as to how to keep running in the winter without falling and dying???

me, in september when the leaves started changing and the weather was a little cooler: seasonal depression WHOM??????? i am healthy and HAPPY and i LOVE fall! pumpkin spice lattes yas! what was i THINKING? i’m remembering it as worse than it was in years past!!

me, 8 days into november when its freezing and getting dark at 5pm: ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. oh oh oh OH. oh ya………

Woke up early to go VOTE, toured a kitchen for my mom’s new company, and then ran 3 miles :——-)

The rest of the day is filled with friends and butternut squash gnocchi
