British outfit for british weather. Tweed jacket from DAKS, knitted sweater from Drake's, shirt from Paul Smith and bag from Fusion Army. The beanie is knitted by my ex a long time ago. The tired expression on my face is my very own.

This was a nice discovery. It sounds almost like Virginia Astleys "From Garden Where We Feel Secure", if it had been recorded in a Portland suburb instead of rural England.

In my humble opinion, I'm Kingfisher is one of the greatest swedish singer-songwriters of our time. He never takes the easy way out, his songs and melodies twists and turns in surprising ways, and the sound is full of little details that keep me coming back for more.

What a great little record I stumbled across this week. Olle Vikström - Kranen. Upbeat sunny saturday lunch time jazz music is a describtion I just came up with, which I think explains what it's all about. Vikströms music can be heard and bought on Bandcamp.

This piece made time stand still when I heard it the first time. It still has the same effect on me. Thank you, creators of "The Crown", for putting this on the soundtrack.

My first record purchase of 2020: Nacka Forum - Så Stopper Festen. Brilliant swedish free jazz. Not available for streaming, but can be bought from Moserobie Records.
