the worst thing that could possibly happen to ao3 is it being put on the app store so please stop asking for it because you don't understand what would happen if that went through. ao3's whole deal is it archives EVERYTHING, while the apple app store's whole deal is keeping everything clean and safe. so if ao3 were to have an app all of the 'bad' stuff, including nsfw in general, would have to be censored at best or would be purged at worse. the google play store is more lax but who fucking knows what GOOGLE would police if they got their hands on the archive. do not ask for an app. do not use third party apps. it's on mobile browser functioning perfectly, just fucking use that before you ruin everything for everyone please.

A PeterStiles Ship Manifesto

Apparently I’ve had enough of people asking why people ship this because I’ve just gone and written roughly 1,300 words about it.

Before I say anything else, I should note that there have been ships formed on even less on-screen interaction (and sometimes none at all - take Peter/Chris Argent as an example for Teen Wolf, or Mycroft/Lestrade from Sherlock) and I don’t constantly see people questioning them. I’ve shipped plenty of obscure ships in other fandoms and hell, even created one that had little time together in canon.

If you are questioning Steter based solely on the amount of time spent together, I question whether you were paying attention to those scenes, because Peter and Stiles had possibly the most sexually charged scene together in the entire series, hands down.

icarian task: when you have a task you know you’re going to fail at anyways, so why not have some fun with it before it all comes crashing down

cassandrean task: when you have to deal with people you KNOW won’t listen to you, despite having accurate information, and having to watch them fumble about when you told them the solution from the start (most often witnessed in customer service)
