🌞last minute addition🌞
melted frosting over the brownies because my stepdad likes frosting 🐣
Tumblr media
🌞brownies fresh from the oven!🐣
Just your basic box brownies with a few twists:
- Instead of oil, use melted butter
- Add a tsp of vanilla extract
- Beat the eggs before adding them to the mix
- A tsp of Cacao powder
- and just the teenciest pinch of coffee, no more than maybe a tsp!
The kitchen smells really really good now! 🐥🐥🐥
Tip: when cutting brownies, use a plastic knife for clean cuts!

Maiden Tea
Serves 3
1 tsp green tea (any, but whole leaf is best)
½ tsp spearmint
1 tsp hibiscus flower
½ tsp chamomile flowers
2 wheels lemon
1 tsp coconut oil
3 cups hot, not boiling water
Lemon juice
Sugar or honey
Combine first 5 ingredients in teapot and cover with hot, not boiling water. (Boil water in kettle, then let sit for a few seconds to cool slightly.) Add coconut oil and serve hot with lemon juice and sugar or honey to taste. Stevia is also a good alternative for this drink.
Good for glowing skin and a boost for hair health. Chamomile also provides a light calming effect.
**As always be sure to do your research before trying a new herb.**

Everyone has their own way to cope, but personally i've found baking for my friends and family really therapeutic. something about how happy it makes them and how carefree they are, just enjoying a baked good, it helps. it's using food for good. like, food is not the enemy for once, y'know? it's not something to be scared of. anyway, if that helps anyone else then i'm glad <3

L👀K AT THIS BABY !! ISNT SHE CUTE ?! SHES FUDGY AF TOO !!!
45 CAL MUG CAKE
This one’s chocolate & cinnamon flavour y’all.
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe bc it was shit soo, here goes:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour (28cal)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (0cal)
1 teaspoon cacao powder (approx. 15cal, I used that raw Mayan superfood stuff but I’m sure any unsweetened cocoa powder would work)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (0cal, this wasn’t in the OG recipe but cinnamon has a laxative effect on me so bonus points for gettin muh bowels moooovin)
2 tablespoons zero cal sweetener (0cal)
1 tablespoon water (0cal, this was milk in the original recipe but milk is a ~fear food~ of mine so idfw milk)
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, & sweetenerrr) and get rid of the floor/baking powder lumps cos they taste gross if they’re left in. It makes sort of a brown powder lookin thing.
Add the water and mix well until it’s smooooooooth af bby.
Microwave for 50 seconds.
Let it cool (it’s really fuckin hot) and enjoy! This is the most important step bitches.
This shit’s b o m b when you’re craving cake cos it’s just about the same texture and has a similar taste. You can of course add some vanilla extract if you wanna be ~fancy~, but I didn’t have any and I’m too lazy to go to the store lmao.

‘But my eating disorder is Different’
I know that people with that BMI look underweight, but I don’t. Eating the amount that I am is dangerous for other people’s bodies, but not for mine. People with anorexia think they’re bigger than they are, but I am as big as I think. Eating disorder sufferers deserve treatment and support, but I don’t. Behaviours are damaging and can be life-threatening, but mine aren’t. Some people with anorexia are in denial, but I know the truth about my body. Irrational thinking is common in eating disorders, but my thoughts are rational. People who are underweight need to gain weight, but I don’t. Recovering anorexics shouldn’t exercise, but I can. Having an eating disorder can be fatal, but not for me.
If you have an eating disorder, its likely you have thought or said some form of these ‘I do not follow the rule’ statements. They are pure eating disorder nonsense. If you know something would or should apply to someone with your diagnosis/BMI/health/stage of recovery but not you then I can almost assure you it applies to you too. Don’t be fooled by your illness trying to convince you that you are the exception to the rule.
