Day one of trying to make a character design of George’s Minecraft skin. I had a blast with this!

This is set in a dystopian futuristic version of the 19th century.

George took over his fathers Machine shop at age 18 when his father passed away.

He’s always invented things (the wings he’s wearing are one of his creations).

He’s a notorious protector of the city that the people have appointed the name “The Aviator” given that flying is his mode of transport.

No one actually knows who the real person behind “The Aviator” is.

Here is some Mythology for the au:

It is widely believed that once you slay an Ender dragon you’re able to reap its power and strength by having any parts of it’s remains on your person, however this comes at a cost as the human body isn’t built to accommodate this power. Over time, as you use this power it starts to corrupt your body and mind and physically changes you so that the Ender Dragon’s power is able to be contained in the body it is harbouring. Everyone who has ever possessed a piece of the Ender dragon is said to be more Ender Dragon than human.

Dream was the first person to slay the Ender Dragon.

He did this for his own gain, he was desperate to see if the rumours were true and claim the Ender Dragon power for himself (which he now regrets).

Once slayed, he took the Ender Dragon’s skull and foolishly left the rest of the Dragons remains in the End (where other people try to travel to in attempts to get a piece of the fabled Dragon’s power for themself).

You can only wield the Dragon’s powers when you have a piece of her remains on you (so in Dreams case, when he takes off the Dragon’s skull he can no longer use her power). The bigger the piece, the stronger the power.

Immortality is a side effect of the power, it stops you from aging completely when you’re touching any part of the Ender Dragon remains, this is why Dream is seemingly in his 20s when infact it’s been roughly 40 years since he slew the Ender Dragon. However as stated in the mythology, the longer you wield the Dragon’s power, the more you become like her.

The changes that Dream has undergone (ears, horns, teeth, pupils, claws, even his blood has altered to the bright purple blood that was inside the Dragon) are actually small in comparison to those who searched for and found a piece of the Ender Dragon after news spread of her death. Dream makes sure to wear the Dragon’s skull as little as possible, he no longer thinks the risk is worth the reward.

People who weild the Ender Dragon’s power are called ‘Ender Permutes’. They’re usually said to be hostile, greedy and power hungry. They often commit crime and thievery because of the Dragons power amplifying their deepest wishes and nastiest traits. Dream is technically an Ender Permute in the literal sense of the word but he doesn’t want to become like them. He instead uses the Dragon’s power that he weilds to stop other Ender Permutes from causing harm and chaos.
