I’ve been quietly admiring your progress from the sidelines for a long time now. I’m excited to see you back and posting here again you’ve been missed. Can’t wait to see your progress posts on my dash again.
Thank you very much. I’m feeling reinvigorated and looking forward to getting back into the habit of sharing here again. At one point Tumblr was a huge contributor to my accountability and motivation to keep working hard at my goals. All the kind words comments and people being inspired by my blog kept me going.
Injuries really took me out of the game, bummed me out and I struggled mentally. I fell out of the habit and lost interest. I had small bursts of motivation but they didn’t last. I’m really trying to make it stick this time around and leaning back into Tumblr once again to keep me on track and moving forward.

Did I mention I did 100 push-ups this morning and 50 crunches. Yeah, certainly not a big 60 min gym grind but certainly beat the hell out of laying in bed 15 minutes longer. LFG!
