It’s the beginning of 2020. I decided to do something I haven’t done in a long time. I played my bassoon which I didn’t play like two months. I really missed it. How could I just stop playing that beautiful instrument? I feel much better after practicing. Yeah, I was pretty bad, I don’t feel my lips, my technique sucks, but who cares! I will try to practice every day so I can play harder songs. And I feel like some missing part of mine is finally found. You should try to do something you haven’t done in a long time, maybe go running, make a healthy meal, spend time with family, buy someone chocolate, apologize to someone? Choice is yours. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! If you feel depressed or anxious DO SOMETHING!! Don’t always just sit and do nothing, you will sink even deeper. If you need rest, take a rest, but don’t let your rest change into eternity. Try new things, take care about yourself and love yourself and everybody will love you. I know I mixed lots of things in once, but I’m messy in life and messy in writing, art, etc... I wish you a good night, I’m tired af.
