What role does Instagram play in someone’s anxiety recovery?
As a Mental Health and Clinical Psychology Masters student, I am carrying out a research consisting of an online interview exploring how Instagram is perceived to influence a person’s recovery from anxiety. If you are aged 18 to 35 and you are an Instagram user who has recovered from any anxiety issues, then this study is for you. Mental health is so important. Prioritize your personal wellness. Take time to nurture yourself. Don't do things that you're not happy with. Don’t rush your healing. Relax. Don’t judge where you’re at or where you think you should be. Just be kind and patient with yourself.
