While it is great to think often about the things you want in life, it is even more powerful to think about the things you don’t want. I’ve felt that at times pain and loss has motivated me even more than desire.
A person smoking cigarettes always “wants” to quit. It’s only when that person is told they won’t see age 40 if they continue, that this “want” changes to something else. It’s now no options for this person and as we all know, people can do amazing things when their back is against the wall. So I guess a good way to approach decisions is to think about what you don’t want to happen. Also if you want to change something, think about the potential pain it could cause in your life if you don’t change.

I’ve stopped posting for some time now.. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep pushing & stay strong. Don’t let anyone make you not see the value in yourself. Keep creating & sharing who you are as a person and keep learning from everything. I’m telling myself these things daily. I don’t know and think this will be my last post ever but regardless, thank you and happy new year.
