A Lesson from the Canada Goose: Having humility to ask for and seek help.  • We see them flying in formation, but when a goose wanders away, it suddenly feels the friction of flying alone. Quickly it adjusts and moves back into formation thus taking advantage of the lifting power of the bird immediately in front of it. • Especially with Mental Illness, we need to be humble.
