Sorry I have not been as active on here, however, I’m hugely thankful for all who continue to share my posts and message me such kind messages!
I have been working on writing all my daily experiences in a little “memoire”, I guess I can call it that !
I’m thinking should I post some parts of it on here or a joining page? As I find when I got through difference life experiences writing about it whilst I go through it and when reflecting on it, i.e. my emotions, my thoughts, what I found helped, what would I change if I could etc.

I know it is my job to be a mental health nurse, but there is something so much fulfilling knowing I am able to help in any way possible when out of the office.
