For the Chisaki thing, there's also the fact that the volume extras revealed that Dabi's flames didn't even burn the place down, so Chisaki couldn't have escaped then anyways
Yeah, that's another thing I wanted to mention, but could fit into the post. Thank you for bringing that up.

Do you think that you could combine Explosion and Larceny?
New Quirk Name: Expulsion
This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to create a violent implosion within their hands, shown by a violent swirl around their hands, causing it to suck into objects within a short range around them. The user may then release this item in a violent explosion, making it fire out in a strong burst. This effect is rather strong, able to tear wood apart from either effect, and capable of moving handheld objects with their blasts. The user can affect the nature of this attack by adjusting their hands and fingers, like making a more focused blast. With the right control, the user can use this effect to move themselves around that same range. This gives the user a good tool for combat, the process of imploding and exploding making for a powerful combination. They can pull and push themselves around to dodge attacks, tear apart the terrain around them, remove and then bombard people with their own equipment, come up with various attacks for their blasts, or just violently clear a room. Though this only works on the user's hands, making them easy targets and using them much will hurt the user's hands. The process of imploding and exploding is relatively weak, working better on smaller or less durable targets.

I loved your idea of a Quirk based on chimera ants ('Incubate'), If possible, could you expand? I can't stop thinking about a user who can advance their Quirk to the point of being able to create a "Chimera" intelligent enough to communicate, and can even fool other people into thinking that the Chimera is actually a person. It would be funny and incredibly scary >:D
So technically, with Incubate, someone could make some version of Pokemon, Digimon, Bakugan, etc? Was also wondering if it would be possible to get evolutions, gear, or aliases for Incubate, unless those are banned right now, in which case please just ignore this until your ask box is at a more manageable level.
So to make things two very clear: the user cannot make anything with true intelligence or independence. It's the user giving them mental orders. What you are suggesting would never happen. The most speech they would have is parrot-like at best. Second, while the user could attempt to make reproductions of those creatures, they wouldn't have any real power. The user is pretty limited to real world plants and animals, no metals or electronics. Like Venusaur isn't too crazy, but Magnemite is.
For "Incubate", equipment is hard to come up with. Not only because it's a minion Quirk, but because the minions the user makes are so diverse and what the user needs can't be carried around. So any kind of support items the user would have would depend a lot more on the minion and what they would give them. Otherwise, most of the equipment would be stationary, like a fulling stocked kitchen and a hatchery to help them develop the eggs. Maybe they could have pouches like Tamaki, constantly keeping themselves fed with certain foods if they're growing an egg. As for looks, you could go for the caring animal handler look, but let's be real. If you have this Quirk, you are going for the mad scientist or the evil overlord look with the abominations you make.
Training would involve a lot of experimentation on the user's part. Eating different foods and working to modify whatever egg they try to make. And while they wait for the egg to grow and hatch, they can read up on various foods, plants, and animals to try and theory craft what would come out. Once they are made and hatched, the user could start practicing training their monsters, learning to properly command and utilize whatever abilities they'd happen to have. This is one of those cases where starting small is for the best. Wasting time on a bigger minion would only prevent them from training their power for longer periods of time. Plus, focusing on smaller ones could help them try and decrease the amount of time it takes to grow an egg.
Evolutions would could see the user increasing the speed at which minions grow and hatch by very small increments. Maybe they can even try to flash create something, but this is pretty terrible idea for many reasons, as flash cloning always is. They could try and increase the amount of traits a creation could have and remain stable. This could let them stack affects in new ways or expand what each individual one is capable of, offering greater variety and power with each one. They can gain better control over the minions once they have been made, like being able to give more complex or long term orders to it. Otherwise, the evolutions would come from the user simply accumulating more and more of their minions for their command.

Any ideas for hero aliases or just different aliases for the MLA? I think Pinnacle would work for Geten, as it's both a type of iceberg and a word meaning greatness. Bombshell could for for Curious, given its definitions tied to beauty, surprising information, and literal weaponry. I'm just struggling with Rikiya, Trumpet, and Skeptic.
It's funny because I've actually suggested those same names before for those two characters and some alternatives. So for the sake of this, I'll come up with new ones, maybe more fitting hero names.
Trumpet-Landside: While I was going to go for Hype, as it references to political ads and his power, Landside works for the horde tactics he implements, it fits with the political theme and his popularity among the people
Skeptic-Operator: Was tempted to pick Binary, with him as the one and the dummies as zero for a theme, I think Operator works better given his programming skill and his ability to control his various minions from afar.
Curious-Underground: I really wanted to do the name News Blaster, I think Undeground works better. Not only does it fit with her "Landmine" ability, but relates to her newswork, bringing light to stories people wouldn't want to hear.
Iceman-Fonn: So this one has two meanings. One is Norwegian, in which it relates to the deepest and coldest layer of snow. Second is Irish, in which it means a strong desire. It's a good double meaning for his the power and drive.
Re-Destro-Crown: Not only could this reference the role of leadership within a particular group and the immense power he wields, but the amount of stress he takes on with all that power. Heavy is the head that wears the crown, after all.

My headcanon about Overhaul and the orphanage is that he must escaped when Dabi burned the place down when the latter woke up. It would explain Overhaul's disheveled appearance in his flashback with the Yakuza Boss.
And I did consider that at well, but that falls apart under basic scrutiny. Dabi was sixteen when he escaped the orphanage. Since Kai is three years older then Dabi, he'd have to be nineteen at that time. Only in Overhaul's flashback, who was disheveled because he got into a fight with some people over the yakuza's honor, we see him with the boss from a young age. He's at most eight or nine. There's no way these events could be happening together, but it's the only reasonable time where he could escape. Otherwise, it raises a bunch of questions of how Kai got from the orphanage to the yakuza boss. Unless Kai was just a regular orphan without any special plans in mind, but why put him in what is confirmed as the vessel orphanage? Maybe he escaped on his own, but there isn't any mention of that or how he got away for so long. This whole plot point adds such a weird beat to Kai's own story. It feels so awkwardly tacked on and alien to his history.

So the key drawback to permeation is that the select parts he uses his quirk on isn’t selective with what it tunes out so his senses become muted and can’t breath, so then how exactly does he talk while part of him is within an object? Even if you took a best case scenarios and say he only uses it on a thin wall and both his face and body are exposed how would the air and sound travel through the solid surface?
While this could easily be chalked up to early introduction inconsistencies, as this was Mirio's first showing, I think the more likely explanation is that Mirio is only partially phasing through it. Mirio can partially phase in and out of objects, though only with separate body parts and through a very convoluted process. So his head was physical, the rest of him was not, letting him speak like normal. And while he may not have been able to breath, he could still hold and use the air in his lungs like a swimmer breaking water.

Quad Arms and Springlike Limbs together?
New Quirk Name: Spring Arms
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to sprout out an additional set of arms from their upper back. These limbs are coiled up like springs. The user can launch these arms outward over several meters. These new arms are notably stronger, able to knock people down with a single punch and pull the user around. The user still has some control over the arms after they are extended. This gives the user a decent mix of offense and mobility, able to strike out with their coiled arms. They can grapple foes from afar, pull themselves around the battlefield, beat down enemies with heavy hits, grab objects from afar, or just enjoy having extra hands to help them out. Though this only works on the extra arms, leaving the rest of the user open. The coils can take a bit to charge their spring and can get tired if the user applies them too much. The extended arms can still be grabbed.

Would something like Cheese manipulation work as a quirk? If so how would it go?
I'm not sure about cheese specifically, even for a joke Quirk that seems limited, but I can do something with dairy in general.
I see it working as an Emitter type Quirk that allows the user to control dairy products within a several-meter range around them, making them fly through the air. While the user only has average strength and speed in their manipulation, the user has fine control over this. The user may transfer the dairy to other dairy products under their control, like turning milk into ice cream and then into yogurt. The user is mentally aware of any dairy products within the range of control. The user cannot control any of the additives to dairy, like cookie dough in ice cream. This gives the user a unique utility option, helping them cook and garnish their foods. They can splash people with milk, make the battlefield a mess with butter, jam objects with yogurt, bombard enemies with heavy cheese wheels, or just enjoy having ice cream on demand. Though this only works on average dairy based products, limiting the overall usefulness of the power and requires the user to have some dairy around to control. The user cannot control the dairy inside of people, and using the Quirk too much can upset the user's stomach. A possible name for the Quirk could be "Lactose".

Is there something that could work for Junkrat? Combining his abilities, I'm thinking spiked wheels that roll a certain distance away, maybe up to 30 feet, plant themselves above ground, and attach to whoever steps within 6 inches of them, then explode after 5 seconds. The user can make up to 3 of these at once.
I think there is something in the idea, but not like this. While you can combine options into a power it works better, this is a really good example of trying to fit in too much into a single Quirk. Besides all the potential balance issues, having all these together is hard to buy. Quirks work around a core idea and single effect. This just seems like three ideas in a trench coat. It makes the Quirk bloated and unfocused. I think it'd be better to just try and stick to a single ability Junkrat has for the Quirk. If you want to combine them, it'd be better to try and combine traits that already have overlap or expand on other parts. For example, you can have the user fire out grenades and have an affect where the grenades fall out when the user hits something. This covers both Junkrat's grenade launcher and the bombs he drops whenever he's kill in the game. Alternatively, you could have the tire idea with a bunch of spikes around it. The spikes in relative are teeth that launch out from the tire, working to either grab someone or for the tire to swing around on. Better yet, just have a bear trap option that doesn't do a lot damage to the target, but be be blown up to deal some real damage unless they escape.

Can this quirk work? Depresso: This emitter type quirk allows uses to generate cup of espresso coffee. If drunk by user this coffee grants them a great boost of vitality/energy which allows user to go up to 264 hours without sleeping. Anyone other than user coffee grants heavy and permanent depression.
I mean, I think the concept is workable. I'm really confused by the affect of it. Like why is the user making coffee if the only benefit comes from when they eat it? Why not just cut out the middle and have it so they get energy boosts from stimulants like coffee? Like if the user could give the boost to others, that would make sense. And why even have the affect of draining others? These seem like two different affects, boosting the user's energy and controlling the emotions of other people, that aren't playing into one another. Like with "Vitality Stealing", stealing stamina goes right into the physical augmentations. Then there's the issues that come with give someone a permanent effect like that. That's not even mentioning the uncomfortable fact that the user is giving someone depression. I would just have it so the user is boost others with coffee they make or getting power from the coffee they drink, instead of all of this.

Hey! I love your quirk marriages and I'm a quirk marriage guy too but I don't post much. Can you top my quirk marriage of Aizawa and Emi(Jammed : This emitter type quirk jammes a person quirk if the user keeps a solid one side talk with whoever is in ear shot making usage of their quirks impossible from their quirk going haywire and out of their control. This quirk is versatile from taking away control of someone's quirk and watch and their quirk becomes their down fall. (drawback can't write)
Normally I wouldn't cover fan submitted ideas, but since this idea barley seems like an actual combination, I can still try to cover it.
Yeah, hard no on that one. Even if you couldn't include the drawback of the power, I cannot see any way to make this balanced. All the user has to do is speak to someone and they take anyway their ability to properly use their Quirk. That power and that range is way too powerful of an affect to even make an attempt to balance. The only way to attempt balance it is if the user had zero control, which is not a good answer because that is such a massive overcorrect to make the Quirk next to useless. I would suggest going with another idea.

QM between Scales and Dark Shadow?
New Quirk Name: Shed Self
This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to make a dark green, lizard-like entity from their body. The entity has decent physical abilities without much else of note. This entity is covered in harsh, jagged scales that can be fired out over medium ranges. This lets the user spawn parts of the entity outward, expanding their range and influence over it. For example, firing out a scale on a wall could make the entity's head to bite someone. Scales close to each other can bind and grow together, like a bunch of chest pieces becoming a wall of scales to protect something. The user can apply this to the entity itself, causing the scales to grow around to alter it's size and shape, like growing a bunch of scales around the arm to make it bigger. This gives the user a versatile ability, able to spread their entity wherever it is needed. They can bind foes in a series of arms, form cover around people or objects to protect them, turn the battlefield into a mess of parts, set them down as traps to attack someone, or simply shoot the scales at people. Though spreading out the entity too much can make it harder to control, making it prone to lash at whatever may be around it. The individual scales can be destroyed, and spreading out the entity too much can leave the main body weaker. Harming the main body can force it back into the user to recover.

So like… what are your thoughts on Chapter 419? AFO modifying Overhaul into Decay kinda makes him come across as a dumbass. Because why not just mold Overhaul into your successor unless AFO was just that petty which considering that he killed the light baby for being the “first” Quirk user, that’s fair. But then he had all these convenient pushes like making Kotoro more abusive or inspiring Tenko, or convincing Kotoro to have another kid.
In the latest chapter is all for one implying that Tomura’s decay was a mutated copy of overhaul?
How do you feel about 419 when it comes to Overhaul now?
I will get to All For One's influence on Tomura's backstory soon, but for now, I'll just stick to "Decay", Overhaul", and everything surrounding that.
For Tomura being given a Quirk by All For One, I don't mind that part too much. There has always been something sketchy about Tomura's backstory, especially him awakening "Decay" in the first place. It all just seem too convenient for me given the circumstances and a figure similar to All For One appearing in Tomura's backstory. So the set up was there for this. My only possible reservation is now that "Decay" isn't Tomura's Quirk anymore. One of my favorite parts about Quirks is how much thematically they tie into the user. Tomura especially since so much of his theming and growth is tied into his Quirk. I do think that some of that is lost if Tomura's Quirk is not "Decay". However, I think that there could be some interesting thematic reasoning for it as well and new ways you can read into it. Because now, I think it reaffirms that Tenko wasn't just born evil, for lack of better wording. That he didn't have this terrible need to destroy everything and how that was forced upon him by outside forces.
My problem comes in tying it to "Overhaul". While I vastly prefer this to it being Deku's Quirk, I do not see the point in connecting the Quirks like this. If you want Tomura to be given "Decay", why not just say Garaki made it? We know that he can with Quirks like "Warp Gate". Tying these together raises a whole lot of questions as well. If Overhaul was at one of the orphanages, how did he get with the Boss? Was he adopted like a normal kid? If so, why on Earth would All For One or Garaki ever let him go? Why waste someone as promising as Kai? Even if you want to argue that he couldn't work as a vessel for whatever reason. Like the ability to heal and fix things somehow made him unsuitable, Tenko far more malleable as a target, or that All For One is just such a petty chump. Why not keep him around as a minion? And this all raises a bigger question: why didn't All For One take "Overhaul"? "Overhaul" is one of, if not the most powerful Quirks in the setting and All For One had it within arm's reach. Why not take it? Is it because it was too complicated to use? Well, that there isn't anything about how the Quirk is used that implies it's that hard. It just raises so many questions.

Hey, QW!! Could you make a expansion for Firm Grasp? I loved it:)
"Firm Grasp" doesn't need much equipment. The most the user could add is a bunch of stuff they can use with their hands and would benefit from the extend range, like a knife they can control too attack someone. Capture Tape would be interesting as well since they can effectively use it without all the practice that would normally go into it. Training would involve the user just practicing with the various uses of the Quirk, getting a better sense of of the more overt and subtle uses of it, like fighting someone and pushing and pulling their body parts out of the way when they are about to take or to move them out of danger. They could also have a task where they have to find some thing in a dark room through touch alone to improve the physical sense of it. Arm and hand eye coordination training would help as well. Otherwise, I think a lot of the growth would come from the user getting smarter with it then increasing their numbers, like having more subtle and refined control. Though evolutions could see the user slowly improve the relative strength of their grip, such as picking up a heavier objects like a motorcycle. They could improve the physical feedback as well, able to wave their hands around their room to get a feel for it to detect hidden objects or survey an area.

What would a relationship between Momo, Izuku and Uraraka be like?
I'm assuming you mean as friends?
Honestly? I can't really see a dynamic in them as a trio. I could see Momo filling a role very similar to Iida without adding much else. However, I think they'd do better as their own duos. Uraraka and Momo are two very different people, one being the poor but passionate go-getter and the other being the reserved rich heiress. Their dynamic could have a lot of comedic potential or some drama about just how different the two are, like Momo not comprehending just how bad Uraraka has it. Meanwhile, I think Momo and Izuku would do better on a more serious level. They are similar in that they are both intelligent, well-meaning people who often find themselves in leadership positions. And in spite of their qualifications, they often find themselves doubting their abilities. I could easily see a scene of them both being nerds about something or a scene where they talk about their respective insecurities about themselves with the amount of expectations people have about them.

I read a fanfic and there was a part when they revealed the origins of quirks that it was actually a government experiment and the rats was a coverup story, they also revealed that AFO was one of the first people experimented on and he doesn't even know his name. What do u think?
Look, I've never liked explaining where Quirks come from. Besides how little evidence there has been of anything, I'd rather them be some random chance event. Better that then having some grand design behind them, especially tying it to a preexisting character. However, this would be one of the ones I would be more okay with. I think it fits with one of the themes of the series: that the actions of those in power can harm those without power and doing so will have consequences. So Quirks coming from a government experiment on marginalized people fits with the series.

Beast and Gyrate? Cuz I have no clue how it would mix.
New Quirk Name: Drill Dozer
This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to take on a monstrous, mechanical-like, armored form twice their size. This form is uniquely suited to digging, able to drill into surfaces with spinning points on their body, especially their arms, and thick armor that can withstand the tough terrain. The drills can easily smash through brick while the armor can withstand small blasts with a scratch. These physical traits make the user a powerhouse, smashing into foes with their powerful drills. The user can see perfectly in the dark as well. This gives the user a good mix of options, their powerful form granting them options for combat and utility. They can dig through debris, smash through enemy defenses, tunnel to get around, block attacks with their armor, or just help them see at night. Though this form can take some time to dig through stuff, especially heavier materials like steel and concrete. The user's eyes aren't well adjusted to light, making it hard to see in the light.
