I really dislike watermarks and I'd rather relinquish ownership and be data-scraped than force people to see some standardized name graphic on everything I do, but it does look like Tumblr has added an opt-out option for whatever AI partnerships they have going. It's under "Blog Settings" so you need to do it for each tumblr, not for your overall user account. I'm not sure how much of a guarantee this is, and everything on the web has probably been absorbed into various models many times over by now, but it's there now, anyway.

cant tell you how bad it feels to constantly tell other artists to come to tumblr, because its the last good website that isn't fucked up by spoonfeeding algorithms and AI bullshit and isn't based around meaningless likes

just to watch that all fall apart in the last year or so and especially the last two weeks

there's nowhere good to go anymore for artists.
