My favorite thing about getting a post massively reblogged is seeing how many people have negative tagging systems. I don't mean "negative" in the sense of "bad", I just mean that instead of tagging something as X, they tag it as not-Y.

Like you'll make a post about how spoons were invented in the 1720s in an ill-fated attempt to settle an argument between four of the five popes, and it gets reblogged and someone tags it "#not naruto".

And it's like, you're not wrong. That post has nothing to do with Naruto! But you can't help but feel proud your post got selected as one of the few non-naruto posts worthy of being included on their clearly heavily Naruto-themed blog.

Kiiiind of regretting this, seeing as Uru does not seem to have considered the implications of sexual violence in their story. It’s not that it doesn’t exist and not like it’s a forbidden topic but it’s just too dark and serious to just mention SA and then carry on as if this doesn’t change the entire worldbuilding.

Props to Uru-Chan for that tho, must be at least a bit scary to nerf a character that so many readers simp for. Also, this is a good moment to remind some that it’s Uru’s story and they can do whatever they want with it. I still remember how so many readers were rude to them for focusing “too much” on Remi’s arc and criticized it to the point where Uru didn’t want to update out of fear of facing backlash.

#also the entire thing with Terrence makes me feel sick #on a meta level #Uru preferred to kill him than letting him have a redemption arc #Which HE deserved more than John #ok John was badly bullied but Terrence? #He has every reason to feel indignation #And he never held a privileged position #He was always below others #AND YOURE TELLING ME HE HAD TO DIE??? #I’m so mad
