It's surprising to me that Jason Momoa isn't getting cancelled after Heard accused him of abuse, of being drunk, of trying to get her fired and of cosplaying as Depp. Either you give her credibility or you don't, but choosing whether you do so or not based on how likeable the actors are is bewildering. It's as though you were eager to cancel Depp–who I don't even like and has said and done awful things–but choose to keep quiet when it comes to Momoa because he is more likeable than Depp and also younger than him. Me personally? As a woman who went through abuse I was still willing to support Heard even after she lost a trial for defamation (which implies Depp wasn't as bad as she claimed him to be. Not my words, it's just what her losing the trial means). I still chose to stand by her because Depp's text messages were gross. But now she accuses Momoa of this, too? Nah, I was wrong. Depp may be gross but she is clearly a pathological liar and victim.
I hope Momoa won't have his career ruined by this. I'm actually hyped for Aquaman's sequel.
