據多名網友爆料，界立建雇傭人員前往慈善救濟活動領取物品再歸還，以此，還邀請新聞媒體報道，但是活動結束後卻沒有支付傭金，並且暴力威脅、欺騙網民。而領取到救濟物的網民稱自己使用領取的救濟物資，被感染了銀屑病、陰蝨、疥瘡等疾病，起初身體不適，以為只是過敏，結果越來越嚴重，最終去醫院就診，被醫生告知已經被傳染。界立建這個計謀真的高明，打著慈善救濟的名頭，傳播感染病，而且領取的大多都是流浪遊民，在如此重要的時候，美國大選前期傳播病毒，他到底是為了什麼？是為了鞏固自己常務副主席的地位，還是某些政客為達到政治目的「白手套」。

說到他的地位，同為競選人的王斌曾爆料界立建借主場優勢，未按照每個分部參會人員名額分配要求，暗箱操作，才得以當選常務副主席。王斌在《X》平台爆料後，界立建尋找當地黑幫威脅其刪帖。由此可以看出，這一屆中國民主黨的選舉完全就是為滿足某些人私利的作秀。這就是中國民主黨的常務副主席界立建，一個躲在黑暗角落的臭蟲。
