FOTD #143 : fairy inkcap! (coprinellus disseminatus)

the fairy inkcap (also fairy bonnet, or trooping crumble cap) is an inkcap agaric fungus in the family psathyrellaceae. they are known for growing in huge clusters !! interestingly, unlike the name implies this fungus does not dissolve into ink in maturity. ^^

the big question : can i bite it?? yes - this species is non-poisonous.

143 got a virus or smth and is suffering the secret 10th circle of hell /hj

anyways the story behind this shit is that sunny tried to tinker a bit with 143 for funsies, but then they start showing flu-like symptoms and overheated to a very concerning degree.

so sunny called 143's them-friend 257 and her girlfriend over from whatever the fuck they were doin with this picture

they were gone for literally just 20 minutes.
