So....I hadn’t been to the gym in a week. Had a stressful week at work and I chose sleep over my workout.

🤷🏾‍♀️

Got back at it this morning and beat my last calorie record. That’s my cherry on top lol. Making plans for the week that will be more heavy on strength than cardio. And going back to my green smoothies 😊. I’ve been slacking on my meal prep and I’m paying for it. I need to work on going back to the veggies. My old man has been dangling meat in front of me like a carrot and I’ve been eating 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣. Back to basics!

Its fucking 3:08 am and I'm awake. You ever get startled awake by a loud noise? Then lay there listening to see if you hear that noise again...and you don't? Then eventually get out of bed to make sure everything is okay? Then begin to wonder was the noise was in your head...in dream you can't remember.

I've been awake for at least 1 hour and now im hungry. Fuuucckk! I'd be real irritated if I had to get up at 6 am, but it's the mf weekend! So it's TV, leftovers and double-shots of JD time! I absolutely luuuvvv the weekends!
