The green-haired boy pumped his fist in the air, grinning broad. “I'm gonna be like All Might! Save people! Plus Ultra!” He exclaims, looking up to the fresh blue sky.
Todoroki smiles softly again, and speaks. “That's your promise?” Izuku nods again.
“What's yours?” he asks.
Todoroki seems to stare for a second, then kneels down, picking the rock back up and holding it tight, before turning pink and holding the rock out like Midoriya had done before. “I promise to date you.”

Izuku and Shouto know each other as little kids, because their mothers are friends. One day they make a silly little promise, until it's revealed Izuku is quirkless and that Shouto has to move away.
Years later, they meet back at U.A.
Are they going to acknowledge their promise?
Rekindle their friendship?
Perhaps that and more.

The guard is quick to grab her back again, telling her that they need to go, but she huffs out an empty laugh, Guard re-restraining her with a tight hold. "Y-you can't--you can't do that--You wh--!" As she gets dragged away, her hand points accusingly to Deku, gaze scornful. "Why aren't you sending a real person?!"
