New routes. New Pokemon.
I really like how the individual habitats are set up and how much attention to detail is put into the areas. My favorite so far is definitely the desert regions. And of course: Alola Raichu! THE BEST!

I’m big fan of the ice type variants, so cool 😎
Thought I draw something winter inspired, it is pretty cold in England rn 🇬🇧

Pokémon #0027 - Sandshrew
"Sandshrew spends much of its time hidden underground in deep burrows. It is also known to bathe in sand, which helps remove dirt and moisture from its body. In the Alola region, Sandshrew migrated to snowy mountains due to the volcanic activity near the desert areas, and its steel-like covering grants it extra defense from predators."

#027 - Sandshrew
If it fell from a great height, this Pokémon could save itself by rolling into a ball and bouncing. After fleeing a volcanic eruption, its Alolan relatives ended up moving to an area of snowy mountains. Its ice shell is as hard as steel.
