Sore throat is actually uvulitis. Have you ever had an infected uvula?! No?! Be fuckin glad and PRAY it never fuckin happens. I am MISERABLE.

The only things I've eaten for four days are tomato soup, custard, and cooled hot chocolate. I am dying for a cheese savoury sandwich and a cherry bakewell. I can't eat anything textured cos it's too abrasive and feels like a dagger to my mouth, so I'm limited to slop.

The antibiotic "oral solution" I've been given is VILE. IT'S VILE!!!! They gave me the sugar free version and NOOOO!!!! I WANT THE SUGARY ORANGE FLAVOURED ONE!!!!!!! IT'S DISGUSTING!!!!!! I gave the bottle cap to Mum and told her to have a taste. She dipped her finger in the dregs and licked it and her face was like 😖 "Ooh that's sharp." Yeah. And on a throat that feels like fire, FOUR DAMN TIMES a day, it's awful!

FOUR DAMN TIMES A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "TO BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH"!!!!!!!! "ONE HOUR BEFORE FOOD OR TWO HOURS AFTER FOOD"!!!!!!!!!! Bitch when the fuck am I meant to eat?! I have IBS. I gotta eat little and often otherwise my stomach acids flare up and/or I don't poop for a week!

My doctor even said "Well there's not much we can do. Just have to take the antibiotics, wait for the swelling to go down and the infection to clear up. As for food, it's whatever will go down. Soup, jelly, custard, melted ice cream...." I JUST WANNA FUCKIN SANDWICH WITHOUT MY THROAT EXPLODING!!!!!! 😩😭😭😭😭 I got this soup, lovely lovey butternut squash and sweet potato lovely soup, from a local deli and it's about the best soup I've ever had (sorry Mum) but my throat is like AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH GET IT AWAY FROM MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have to shove three big spoonfuls in my mouth at a time, swallow that, and chase it with 'hot' chocolate. 😭😭 I just want my lovely lovely sooooup! 😔

Maybe I should switch to first eaters baby food! Like the stuff that has nooooo texture. It's just smooooooth. I'd get more variety! 😂 Apple pie, spag bol..... All in lovely little smooooooooth mush! 😋

Ugh. I'm hungry. 😔 Gonna heat up some tomato and mascarpone pasta sauce and eat it like soup. I also have carbonara but the little bacon bits will probs kill my throat.

I miss food.
