A couple drawings I am doing and are more time sensitive ended up bigger than I thought. So just a little delay on the next episode. Not a big one though. ^-^
Just a little delay. Busy time of year with a lot planned. Hence the lack of smaller drawings too. And why I started back half-way through November. XD

Hey Arty, do you have any news about the start of gen 2 or Faziah's story?
I’ll start with Faziah’s story cause that will be coming out first when it’s ready. It has been planned and I have planned the panels for it but I have not started digital stuff yet, animatic took a bit out of me so just doing some creative resting before jumping back into another project otherwise I may get a little burnt out.
With gen 2 I have planned out all the mini chapters that will be coming out on webtoon however I have not started planning gen 2 part 1 chapters yet. The synopsis’ for each chapter has been planned but no drawing yet. I want to finish writing the synopsis’ for gen 2 part 2 before I start work drawing those out and that is taking sometime. There have been… a few bumps in the creative process but I think it’s heading down the path I want
Hopefully gen 2 will be ready for late august early sept but it all depends if I have made a big enough buffer at that point if not not it maybe an autumn release instead.
Anyway when it’s nearer to stuff coming out I’ll make a couple more posts but glad you asked!

DC announces an incredible team of creators' return to Superman in the upcoming Action Comics #1067 -- kicking off a three-part story this summer.
SUMMARY
▪️Gail Simone returns to write Superman in a three-part arc, with artist Eddy Barrows.
▪️ New story "Superman and the Challenge from the Stars" follows two recent story arcs.
▪️ Expect epic battles and a massive alien threat in Simone and Barrows' upcoming tale of Superman
DC has announced that legendary comic writer Gail Simone will return to write Superman this summer as part of a new three-part Action Comics arc. Simone will be joined by artist Eddy Barrows for a story taking place at the beginning of the Man of Steel's superhero adventures.
The action will unfold in Action Comics #1067 in a story called "Superman and the Challenge from the Stars", following Jason Aaron and John Timms' "I, Bizarro" arc and Joshua Williamson and Rafa Sandoval's "House of Brainiac" arc. DC shared covers for the first part of the story, with the main cover by Eddy Barrows, Danny Miki and Tomeu Morey along with variant covers by Wes Craig, Pablo Villalobos and Ben Oliver. The main cover will also receive a foil variant release. The three-part story will be released monthly, starting with Action Comics #1067 arriving July 10.
ACTION COMICS #1067
Written by GAIL SIMONE
Art by EDDY BARROWS, DANNY MIKI, REX LOKUS, DAVE SHARPE
Cover Art by EDDY BARROWS, DANNY MIKI, TOMEU MOREY
Variant Cover Art by WES CRAIG, PABLO VILLALOBOS, BEN OLIVER
On Sale July 10
DC also offered a teaser of what fans can expect when Simone and Barrows' three-issue story begins and a "massively powerful alien race makes Earth their arena." Action Comics #1067 begins the epic tale of Superman's strength and resourcefulness early in his public career as he stands up against the alien threat and protects the lives of his loved ones.
Simone Teases High Stakes in Upcoming Action Comics Run
Speaking in DC's press release for her upcoming run, Gail Simone promises that the three-part story will deliver a threat only Superman is capable of tackling. "I love the classic Superman cast, and this story is deliberately meant to echo my all-time favorite Superman time period," she said. “We didn’t want to tell a quiet story of Superman in a diner; we wanted to have a massive threat, a war taking place all over the world, and only Superman could possibly protect his adopted planet. It is unapologetically huge in scope and fun as hell, with one of the best art teams I’ve ever worked with...Eddy Barrows, Danny Miki, and Rex Lokus on colors!”
Artist Eddy Barrows also spoke about his personal connection to Superman's comics. "I remember when I was 7 years old, I was playing on the sidewalk, and suddenly I was run over by a truck [...] During that whole year that followed I remained in bed, doing lots of physiotherapy, lots of meds and exams. [I]t was during that time that Superman came to my life, reading Action Comics. Kal-El became a good friend of mine, making my days better. His adventures and his behavior were things that stuck with me! Back then I wouldn’t have imagined that one day I would be helping to build his legacy: illustrating his stories. The stories of my all-time favorite superhero… SUPERMAN!"
Action Comics #1067 goes on sale July 10 from DC Comics.

I’ve decided I’m not gonna post anymore group posts for wrecking crew until after the comic is done.
Too much to worry about when I worry plenty enough outside of tumblr. Wish I thought this before posting it but ehh.
However
If you guys don’t like that, you can always look at it on my instagram. It’s gonna look the same both ways. (Which I have a link to it also on the title page)

Exciting news! I'm almost finished The First Meetings Arc! I think it'll roughly be around 10 more parts till I'm done? (I'm guessing though so this is not the exact amount at all.)
I'll be taking a small break after finishing the first arc to plan out the rest of the series and also to make an important announcement on the comic.
Stay tuned~! °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

MONICA RAMBEAU: PHOTON #1 (OF 5)
EVE L. EWING (w) MICHAEL STA. MARIA (a) LUCAS WERNECK (cover)
This December, universal powerhouse Monica Rambeau will star in first-ever solo comic series! A five-issue limited series, MONICA RAMBEAU: PHOTON, will be written by award-winning author and scholar Eve L. Ewing and drawn by new Marvel talent, artist Michael Sta. Maria. The iconic Marvel super hero with four decades' worth of amazing stories will at long last headline her own saga.
From the New Orleans Harbor Patrol to the Avengers to the Ultimates, Monica Rambeau has been a leader and team player her entire life, but now she’ll face a reality-shattering crisis that she’ll have no choice but to take on single-handedly. In order to do so, Photon will need to reach new heights of her incredible abilities—and then surpass them!
In a revelatory journey spanning time and space, fan will behold Photon’s true potential. The adventure begins when Photon is charged with making a very special, very cosmic delivery. What should be light work (get it?) for Monica becomes increasingly complex and dangerous due to a threat from beyond and family drama.
“It's such an honor to be taking on the story of a legacy character like Monica Rambeau,” Ewing said. “Monica's character has a long history in the Marvel Universe, but she's way overdue for getting her own story told. I'm picking the pen up from the legend himself, Dwayne McDuffie, who put out the last Monica Rambeau solo adventure almost three decades ago. It's a privilege and I'm excited to tell the story in a way that both highlights her incredible cosmic abilities as well as her everyday, relatable struggles. I hope this will be a title that has something equal to offer to veteran readers and folks who may be brand new to comics.”

The X-Men comic book announcements are hot today!
Not only are we entering a “Fall of X” but we’re getting a prelude to the Fall called “Before the Fall”
Four new series will launch -- Mutants’ First Strike, Heralds of Apocalypse, The Sinister Four, and  Sons of X.
The next X-Men Vote also begins tomorrow.
(Source)
But! Steve Orlando is writing Mutants’ First Strike! Could this be a continuation or offshoot of Marauders?
I mean, I’ve heard strong rumors X-Men Red is definitely NOT cancelled (writer themselves confirmed), even though they haven’t been in the solicits for the past few months. (I assume because it directly leads into Sins of Sinister, it might be on a bit of a break. Same with Immortal X-Men and such).
Hard to say, maybe Marauders is taking the same route?
Anyway, if you’re a fan of Legion of X -- check out Sons of X
Apocalypse/ -- A -- and Genesis (plus the original Four Horsemen) -- check out Heralds of X
You wanna see more Mr. Sinister (and the whole thing going on with card suits) -- The Sinister Four
And for Bishop, Cyclops, Jean Grey (and hopefully Marauder tie-ins) -- Mutants’ First Strike!

DC Announces Batman: Wayne Family Adventures Vol. 1, Vixen: NYC Vol. 1, and Zatanna & the Ripper Vol. 1 to Be Available in Print Fall 2023
DC today revealed the expansion of its creative partnership with WEBTOON, the world’s largest digital comics platform, into the global book market beginning in fall 2023. Batman: Wayne Family Adventures Vol. 1 and Vixen: NYC Vol. 1 will go to print and be available wherever books are sold in August, and Zatanna & The Ripper Vol. 1 will hit shelves in October, introducing a new audience of comics fans to the DC Universe and DC’s iconic characters.

“Fans can’t get enough of our DC and WEBTOON content,” said Anne DePies, DC’s senior vice president and general manager, “and expanding DC’s creative partnership with WEBTOON into print with books like Batman: Wayne Family Adventures reflects this demand. Each page of these new volumes is meticulously reproduced to be read seamlessly in book narrative format. DC’s continuing partnership with WEBTOON combines legendary franchises with new technologies and global fandoms, and we can’t wait to get these new print editions into your hands.”
“We’re immensely proud of the stories we’ve been able to tell with DC and thrilled to bring these narratives to bookshelves,” said David Lee, VP of content at WEBTOON. “The creative teams behind these series have given fans fresh takes on legendary DC characters, and we’re excited to give WEBTOON and DC fans a new way to enjoy these titles.”
The smash-hit collaboration between DC and WEBTOON began with Batman: Wayne Family Adventures in September 2021. The Eisner Award-nominated webcomic series, exploring Batman’s adventures as a father to a dynamic group of adopted, fostered, and biological superhero children, is currently in its second season, with new digital episodes rolling out weekly. Vixen: NYC launched in May 2022 to tell the story of college freshman Mari Jiwe discovering she can channel the power of the animal kingdom, and a time-displaced Zatanna story launched soon afterward in Zatanna & the Ripper, a magical serial-killer murder mystery set in London in the 1800s.
Batman: Wayne Family Adventures Vol. 1 (9781779523273, $14.99 US) publishes on August 1 and collects episodes 1 through 25; Vixen: NYC Vol. 1 (9781779523280, $14.99 US) publishes on August 15 and collects episodes 1 through 9; and Zatanna & the Ripper Vol. 1 (9781779523389, $14.99 US) publishes on October 3 and collects episodes 1 through 11.
