⭐️ easy recipe for comfy little food: pastina!! ⭐️
ingredients:
- chicken or veggie broth
- pastina (or orzo)
- egg and/or parmesan
optional:
- lemon
- minced garlic
- butter
directions
1. if using the garlic, put some butter in a small pot, wait for it to melt, and throw the garlic in until you can smell it cooking!
2. put in the pastina to toast it (this is optional, just adds another layer of flavor! it’ll only add an extra minute or two)
3. pour in enough broth to cover the pasta and then a little more
4. let it cook down until it’s just a little soupy
5. if you’re using the parmesan to make it creamy, grate it and toss it in now! if you’re vegetarian or don’t have parm, stir in the egg! it gets nice and creamy without any dairy!
6. top with lemon juice and more parm if you want!
this recipe takes about 15 minutes overall and you just throw everything in one pot, and it’s nice and warm and comforting :)

Prosperity Bread
note: bread in general is good as an offering and for grounding. However, you can add toppings such as sigils and herbs depending on your intent.

you'll need:
3 cups warm water
2 1/4 (1 pkg) dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
6 cups flour
3 tsp salt
for topping:
melted butter
rosemary; blessings, positivity
basil; happiness, money
garlic; protection
shredded cheese (opt)
in a large bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. let sit until bubbly (5 min)
add flour and salt. mix until combined into a slightly sticky dough. cover loosely with plastic wrap and a towel. let rise for 3 hours.
preheat oven to 450 degrees. melt butter and combine with other toppings (leave cheese out if using)
divide dough into 2 loaves. cover with butter mixture (sprinkle on cheese if desired) and cut X into centers of the loaves.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
use as an offering, share with friends, or enjoy as a snack :)

Easy Energy Balls
2 cups Old Fashioned rolled oats
½ cup creamy peanut butter (no sugar added, or any nut butter or sunflower butter for nut free)
⅓ cup honey (or agave syrup for vegan) OR 2 spoonfuls of Truvia Monk Fruit Spoonable Jar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional; we use this one)*
3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Freeze the bowl for 5 minutes. 
Roll the dough into 20 small balls, pressing the dough together with your hands. We used a 1 1/2-inch cookie scoop (#40) to make uniform balls. You can also make smaller balls if desired. (If the texture of your nut butter makes the dough very dry, add a little more honey or a few tablespoons milk of choice until you can press it together into a ball shape.) Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

Hello, it's Ushio. Today, I'd like to introduce one of my classic chicken dishes. We're taking crispy chicken and giving it a sushi sandwich twist. This is the perfect one-handed food, ideal for busy people and students preparing for exams. It's incredibly satisfying and delicious. Give it a try!
👨‍🍳 Recipe:
In a frying pan with some oil, add rice, salt, pepper, garlic, and consomme. Sauté over high heat, then mix in 2 tablespoons of ketchup to create Ketchup Rice.
Next, coat chicken, marinated in grated garlic and soy sauce, with potato starch, and fry until it's wonderfully crispy. Also, prepare sliced cucumbers, boiled eggs, and salad vegetables.
Once your preparations are complete, lay a sheet of seaweed in a mold and evenly spread the Ketchup Rice on top.
Add vegetables, chicken, a generous helping of chili sauce, boiled eggs, cheese, and cucumbers on top.
Finally, cover it with another layer of rice, remove the mold, and wrap it with seaweed. After wrapping, use a knife to cut it neatly. Wrapping it in plastic wrap and letting it rest for about 10 minutes before cutting will make it easier to slice.
Finally, drizzle with a special sauce made by mixing chili sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

I want to have chicken nuggets but I only have tofu in my fridge…so I made tofu nuggets!! They are crispy on the outside and fluffy and juicy on the inside! Super tasty and I can eat so many of them!!😋
