Hi Vy-chan! I’m glad for you about the positive change in your life! It’s always good to hear that friends are doing well. For the ask thingy... hmm, this is a tough one! I really like how you write emotions, relationships, and the bonds between people, but I guess if I had to pick... In terms of top favorite, it’s obviously gotta be “Civilian Pianist” for my best girl Hoshino Tomoko!
My second favorite is harder to pick though... mmm, I gotta say, I’m torn between “Seaside Sibling Train” (*still crying at that ending*) and “Chocolate Seashell”; on one hand, adorbs sibling relationships all around- on the other, Tomoko/Shinsou is still super cute~ 💕
Though!! I finally have the time next week to go over all the FGO storyline I skipped for Saint Quartz, so who knows? Once I’ve caught up on plot and really dig into your other stuff, maybe “Passing Days” will overtake them lol. I have been waiting for the chance to really dive into Mastersona Vy for a while, and Spring Break is gonna be my chance to finally catch up hehe~ ✌🏼

Lot of content to take in, and I know I still have to pace myself sometimes when it comes to reading it myself for Fate writing as a whole. But if you're able to enjoy her story just as you do for Tomo's, then I think I can rest a little easier.

The clock on the common room wall is showing a little past seven when Katsuki drags himself through the front door to the dorm building. There’s no one in sight, which suits him just fine, because he is so not up for dealing with people at seven in the morning on a Saturday. Especially when he hasn’t slept in well over twenty-four hours by now. His classmates are probably all sleeping, and those who aren’t are visiting their parents for the weekend (and most of them are probably sleeping as well).
Katsuki was supposed to be one of the people visiting home for the weekend, and he did leave yesterday with that particular purpose in mind, but here he is, running back to the fucking dorms the next morning, because his mother is a bitch, and he’s “unstable” (her words, not his), and he really, really can’t be under the same roof with her right now, not after spending literally the entire night engaged in a shouting match with her. His father is of no help, as usual; his solution to everything is to calm down and take a breath and think before you speak and he does not understand that Katsuki is not.
Capable.
Of that.
He’s never been. And his dad has never understood.
Because it’s early, and he’s really, really fucking tired, he barely thinks twice before deciding that he doesn’t have the energy to drag himself up the goddamn stairs, or even past the furniture to the elevator, when there’s a perfectly good couch right there. He’s fallen asleep on it before, (the first time he fell asleep on it he technically fell asleep on Eijirou, but it doesn’t matter). It’s the comfortable-as-fuck kind that has the rich-bitch seal of approval from both Yaoyorozu and Todoroki, but honestly, right now he would gladly pass out on any moderately soft horizontal-ish surface, because over twenty-four hours without sleep has him feeling like absolute shit.
Just a quick nap, he thinks. He’ll wake up before anyone decides to come down. An hour, tops; nobody gets up before eight on a Saturday if they don't have classes.
Katsuki drops his backpack next to the couch and faceplants into a pillow.

This was a gift from a prompt by SpiritusRex (secret identity or mistaken identity) and I just went immediately for DFO, but with a twist. I'm just a sucker for big brother Shigaraki lol. I don't know why this one of all my oneshots is the most kudosed?? I guess it just hit a lot of the right targets, mistaken identity and crack being a fun thing people like. Personally I think it's alright, I wrote it half-tired (as most of my crack is written half-tired lol) but ppl seem to like that???
Most Popular Multi-chap (by kudos): 'you can't help the things your heart longs for'
This is my longest fic, still ongoing. A kind of weird DFO set up where Izuku is dragged unwillingly into a parallel universe where he's in the place of Shigaraki, but also sort of not that because the whole universe is made from the combination of DFO and Izuku's desires, and the fic goes through Izuku finding his place in this world and the complications that come from this being made of their desires. I swear this fic is going to be the death of me, I love it so but why did I have to make it soo complicated for myself, *stares at outline* also Dabi and Hawks kinda shoved their way in there and I have to keep batting off the Dabihawks with a stick *it's staying gen goddamnit i made a promise I wouldn't put romance in this*. I think it's the most popular because it has a premise that is kind of different, and has DFO, while also not being too angsty.
Favourite Story I've Written: 'Dekunubou'
I just love Ella Enchanted AU's so I was wanting to write one a whileeeeee. I just love the horror type aspect of this type of the quirk being taken to the extreme, the complete stripping of agency and objectification of Izuku. Also figuring out how to beat it was fun, with the moment when Katsuki figures out how to use the quirk for his own benefit by (technically) joining the LOV being one of the first things I thought of for this.
Fic You Were Nervous to Post: 'A Whisper of a Dream'
Uhhh the tags itself may be self-explanatory... "Torture" "Mouth Sewn Shut" "Needles", Idk I'm just drawn to writing heavy angst and this was the first one of those so I was scared ppl might think it too much? After posting this one, I've gotten less nervous about what I write as I saw ppl didn't rlly care, and some actually liked it. So freedom in going wild, I guess lol.
How do you choose your titles: Either song lyrics or I get a friend to help me come up with it. I'm awful at titles. Every one is a quote from somewhere.
Do you outline? I do for my longfics, I don't for oneshots. I find them sooo useful for longfics as I struggle so hard without them (which is why YCH hasn't been updated in so long, I'm in the bit that was outlined less strongly). I sincerely recommend them to anyone trying to write longfics!
Complete: Only like 12% of my fics are incomplete, so I'm pretty proud of that. None of them have been dropped except for the two non-bnha ones because I cannot concentrate on anything past my current hyper-focus rofl.
In Progress: You Can't Help, Twisted Soul are the two major longfics I'm working on rn, I'm trying to finish Twisted before I start writing a lot for YCH, so YCH may take a while to get regular updates again. Sorry for anyone that's more interested in that fic lol.
Coming soon: Ahh I have too many one shots that i start, write 500 words for and just leave... but my current WIPS take priority. Oo but one that should be posted soon is one where Shouto is sent to a different universe to see a Villain version of himself to see what he could have become without the support of ppl like Midoriya.
Not started: Oof. Too many ideas. Some day i will write a proper Dbhwks long fic. Oo also one where Shinsou reluctantly becomes a villain. Another one which is like Into the Spiderverse but with Villain au's for class 1-a. I will get to them someday. Just not today. Rn is DFO brainrot rofl.
Upcoming Work You're Most Excited About: Wip wise, I'm really excited for what I've got coming up for Twisted Soul. It's probably my angstiest fic because i am just too mean to Midoriya. Really, someone should take him away from me. Far far away.

Author Interview
I saw @ta1k-less post this the other day and thought it looked really fun!
Fandoms: My Hero Academia, and also technically Avatar: the Last Airbender. I feel kinda bad about the latter because my ATLA works have gotten a lot of love, but I really don’t intend to write for ATLA again beyond maybe finishing one of my WIPs.
Where I post: On AO3 as Princeliest, though I usually crosspost a link here on Tumblr, too! I used to have an FFN account that I don’t use anymore, but I really love AO3.
Most popular one shot: Dishabille for BNHA, and the Ancient Art of Jerkbending for ATLA! ATLA is a really active fandom and I wrote Jerkbending for the ATLA Big Bang, so I’m not really surprised by that, but I really didn’t expect Dishabille to get traffic! It’s a pretty niche story!
Most popular multichapter fic: While Dish Duty technically has more hits, I think the Sword of Damocles is Swinging is more popular in the sense that I am apparently actually known for writing it. That’s really heartening - I poured a lot of heart into that story, and it was also my debut for getting into fic writing!
Favorite story written so far: This is a mean question. :( I love the Sword of Damocles is Swinging unabashedly, but I’m also in the middle of writing :X and it has ended up very close to my heart as well.
Fic I was nervous to post: I’m gonna cheat and mention a fic I will be posting in the future. It doesn’t have a title yet, but there’s a smarmy Jetko oneshot that’ll eventually see the light of day. I’m nervous about it because I don’t usually write shipping - the trash fire qualities of Jetko just won me over. Plus, they kiss in it. I just feel really weird writing romance! Especially with how many ‘I don’t usually-’ comments I’ve gotten on the past!Jetko allusions in my other two ATLA fics.
Do you outline?: Hell, yeah. Pages and pages. Thing of the essay outlines you had to do in high school. Now multiply by three.
Complete: 20! :D For various fandoms, but mostly My Hero Academia. I never thought I’d get this far, actually, and I’m still going strong! (Technically 22 complete, but shhh, that’s zine stuff that’ll be published eventually.)
In progress: :X is still a WIP (though almost done) and I have tragically abandoned and discontinued an old Percy Jackson fic from before the final book to Heroes of Olympus was even out. I’m honestly kind of tempted to workshop the hell out of it and see if I can ever finish it. Aside from that, I have 8 WIPs that I haven’t finished yet but will definitely be posted at some point.
Coming soon: The final chapter and epilogue of :X, the next installement of Shinsou’s Bad Days series (titled Cute), holiday gift fics, and some cool Hawks stuff depending on when I can post zine works! Plus some oneshots I’m either gonna post randomly or save for events.
Do I accept prompts?: Hell yeah! Absolutely zero commitment from me that I’ll write them, but I’ll at least chatter excitedly, and I’ve definitely written things in the past that gave me brainworms.
