2024 fashion predictions °●○♡

ive had a very strong belief that much like y2k, the early 2010s styles are going to come back!

with taylor swift being such a big name this year, i recalled some of her previous styles. looking back, she's very feminine, and almost "twee" or "quirky fashion"

we'll see lots of cozy clothes, cardigans. i think statement necklaces might come back too. much like the mary jane, the oxford style shoe will come back too.

but what does this mean for j-fashion, or lolita?

i think mori kei might have an uptick. much like how gyaru returned recently, mori will as well (first pic not mori, but how i imagine mori x twee could be?)

the shoes in the last images are like those birkenstocks that have been popular recently! and the bags in the swift image and 2nd pic are very similar!

in lolita, we may see a shift away from the larme color palette, of dusty pink and black, and see more earth tones and floral.
