It means so much to me that Kate (Hawkeye) is one of the first people that gets "recruted".

what i absolutely adore about mobius is that he never stops being kind. EVER. he has gone through so much and no matter what happens he always chooses kindness over anything else. we've seen him comfort strangers countless times without hesitation because he's just THAT good and he would never turn away from anyone in distress. even when he's clearly upset he's still kind enough to explain to victor what he's drinking and not even be annoyed at his constant interrupting but just say "hold on a second" in a gentle tone then focus on him again DESPITE EVERYTHING GOING ON to get him hot chocolate bc why wouldn't he do so? he doesn't question these actions because they come naturally to him, kindness is in his nature. why shouldn't he try to lighten the mood and be kind while they wait for their end? why shouldn't he reassure and comfort everyone around him while he's actively falling apart? these aren't questions for him bc he's at his core the kindest person in the show and he will always ALWAYS have time and space to be kind. god.

someone put this idea into my brain and now i can't stop thinking about it:

Thor meeting Mobius.

Not only that, but Thor meeting TVA-reformed Loki.

Like the thought of one day Loki finally deciding to see a version of Thor, or maybe just... move back to a timeline for good! And Mobius goes with him, and Thor is told all of the shit that has happened and is thinking that Loki's completely bullshitting him, but eventually realizes that Loki is just... different. Inherently. Loki has CHANGED from this dissatisfied, bitter person into a genuinely soft guy. And Thor realizes that Mobius is the reason?

Thor is fucking floored.

I think a really underestimated part of Loki and Sylvie’s bond is the fact that Loki helps Sylvie come to terms with being a Loki herself. Much is made of how loving Sylvie helps Loki accept and love himself, but this is true for Sylvie, too. The way that when we meet her, she’s violently denying the identity of “a Loki”, and in doing so, actually tying herself tighter to it. In going out of our way to disprove the ideas people force on us, we can give them power, and that’s exactly what Sylvie is doing. But in meeting Loki and spending time with him, coming to love him, she comes to recognise that maybe a Loki is not such a bad thing to be. And in accepting it, accepting her status as a Loki (“do you think what makes a Loki a Loki is the fact we’re destined to lose?”), she actually helps herself let go of it. Once she has accepted it in herself, she no longer has to work so hard to disprove it, and she can lay it to rest. She can start to figure out who she actually wants to be. She opens herself to Loki, and she lets go of the jagged shards the TVA have forced to be part of her identity. She can let herself stop being defined by the TVA’s rigid and controlled idea of what a Loki is. In meeting and loving a Loki, and in seeing and appreciating and accepting him and all he is, she can begin to heal herself, too

episode 6 hits just as hard two years later.

i still haven't moved beyond sylvie's desperate why aren't we seeing this the same way? the realizing between them, so sudden and visceral, that this wasn't going to work out; that the mission came first for sylvie- after seeing the man who ruined her life, in her eyes, loki's hesitancy was treason, but that sorrow in the line, why? why can't we agree? the low below-the-belt punches in her "do it, kill me and take your throne"; she's spitting venom, she doesn't believe it in the slightest, she just wants him to stop, to agree with her, to tell her that it was worth it, all of her suffering she survived to get here, to set the rest of the universe free, but he won't. loki won't say what she needs to hear. the way they both cry when he begs her to think, to stop, take a minute. the way her blade catches the crook of his neck and he tosses his to the side to get her to listen, at the risk of his life, just to get her to listen, please. the way he pleads. the way she leans in to kiss him as if surrendering and how the moment holds in the air but she can't give up after so long. how she gently shoves him away with her fingertips despite his begging, the most sincere moment in his life and he is rejected. and then how she tosses hwr's desk away the minutes loki's gone, how she stabs he who remains, she snarls and asks him aren't you going to beg for your life. she locks eyes with him as she plunges the sword in and watches him bleed out. and before he's even dead she falls to the floor, the weight of what she did setting in, the lack of relief she'd always imagined she'd feel horrific. the terrifying loneliness hitting right at the moment, too heavy to even keep her legs supported. the terrifying loneliness loki feels from the other side of the universe, maybe the only thing coming close to matching.
