So today I was thinking about Billy's parents and I always read in fanfictions that they died from a plane crash. So I decided to look it up and...
HIS PARENTS WERE MURDERED BY THEIR ASSISTANT AND HE BECAME THE MORTAL AVATAR FOR BLACK ADAM!!!! HE ALSO KIDNAPPED MARY, WHAT DID HE DO TO HER ALL THAT TIME??? WHY AM I JUST FINDING OUT ABOUT THIS???
I read some fanfictions with Black Adam who murdered their parents but the majority are in a plane crash so I thought it was just a way of adding angst! And I never heard anything about Mary being kidnapped, especially by Black Adam! I can't believe I called myself a Captain Marvel fan ( ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ ) I'm a fake!!!

I must go to bed with the knowledge that Francis Crozier signs his letters to James Clark Ross with "believe me ever yours," and I just have to go about normal society with this in my mind.

i'm genuinely terrified because this felt like a relapse. an addiction spiral. he got a taste and couldn't stop. he made that phone call to florida and it went very badly, and it set him off. he was done, he was pulling back, and something broke. (the double meaning of the breaking bad title, where not only do we get those glimpses of walt and jesse, but gene is embodying the title quite literally, to the point where he reminded me of desperation level heisenberg - impulsive, controlling, unkind - in a way he never has before.) this is someone who refuses to process his trauma, but who is endlessly raking himself back over the coals of the terrible circumstances he helped to instigate. someone falling back into their worst habits, their darkest self...and in many bad relapses like this, it's often the final time. there are usually only two ways to end it. it's fatal. or you get clean.

Out of nowhere I just remembered that Bumblebee and Breakdown never got to actually race but even when they did get to drive around together Breakdown was always in front of Bee, faster than him. Bumblebee wouldn't have won that race anyways

oh my god, that was like a horror movie...my heart is pounding
i knew...weeks back i told my mom that if ANYTHING brought howard into lalo's path, lalo wouldn't even flinch about murdering him, but i couldn't figure out HOW it would happen...
and howard didn't even know. he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time
he stood there and called them soulless and sociopaths, but he had no idea what that really looked like. he'd never seen real darkness before. the last thing he saw was the true face of that.
the sheer terror of that moment, the flame of the candle blowing, the depths of fear on jimmy and kim's faces, and there was nothing they could do. howard was never going to walk out of that apartment alive
bad choice road. actions have consequences. they never wanted their plan to be fatal. that was never the intent. but everything they've done - each one of them. jimmy. kim. howard. lalo. even chuck, his presence heavy in the room, in the imagery of that flame, in "burn me to the ground" - every choice they've made inexorably led here. it's masterful storytelling and it's absolutely tragic and horrific and wrong.
they didn't want this, but they created this. they sacrificed their consciences to do this, and thought it was a flippant scheme, and have held onto the depth of love they have for each other through every moment, but this shadow will hang over them. whatever comes next, jimmy and kim will never recover from this.
