Independent Talents Backstage at NXT Tonight
New Jersey independent wrestlers Karissa Rivera & Tasha Steelz will be on hand backstage tonight at NXT.
Karissa and Tasha both currently train under Damien Adams.
They both had a WWE tryout in December of 2018. Karissa has appeared on NXT TV wrestling current RAW superstar Lacey Evans alongside accompanying Velveteen Dream for a promo. She has also appeared on SmackDown wrestling against The IIconics in a tag team match.
Tasha Steelz is a three-year veteran who has studied wrestling at the IWF Wrestling Training School and Team Adams Academy, both based in New Jersey. She is the current Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion and a former BattleClub Pro Icons Champion
Both recently have tried out of the upcoming WWE Superstar Search which is being produced by Bunim-Murray Productions – the company behind Total Bellas, Total Divas and “Keeping up With The Kardashians”. They both were backstage at RAW and SmackDown Live when they ran Madison Square Garden this month.
