Something snapped inside of him. He could feel it - like an elastic snapping. What happened next was completely out of his control. It just happened and he had no part in it - no control over it. He didn't want control either. For just this once, he was happy to let go. At this moment all injustices he had suffered along the way flashed in front of his eyes. Every time someone had done him harm, every time someone had taken advantage of him, every time he had woken up in pain, naked, and alone not knowing what had happened to him, every time he had been on the brink of suicide with just Ben’s ghostly pleas holding him back, every time he had been nothing but the family fuck-up.

my favorite thing about klaus is how inadvertently useful he is. he’s not even trying to help out or be a team player, yet he ends up being the 2nd most productive sibling in getting shit done. luther and diego run around acting like headless chickens constantly, and klaus just walks on screen looking like he just came back from hell (which isn’t far off from the truth) like “hey, here’s an extremely vital piece of information you guys have spent the past 3 episodes looking for—i’m gonna get wasted now.”
