What's interesting about Rich Mom Energy is that most of the people we think about who have Rich Mom Energy - Angelina Jolie, Katie Holmes, Gisele - are all divorced single mothers.

If Meghan is pivoting to Rich Mom Energy branding, then that could be a sign that divorce might be closer on the horizon. Especially since it seems we've gone back to 2015/2016 manifestations with crystals, Markus, and papwalks.

That's why she's doing "rich mom energy." To build that divorce storyline.

It's the same logic behind the "Everyone Loves Classy" makeover. They made her look like a royal princess so people would accept her in the role. Now she's trying to build that "successful single mom" image.

But she's handicapped by the lack of kid pics. You can't exhude "rich mom energy" if no one sees your kids. Ditto for "authenticity," which she also seems to be aiming for.

She doesn't seem to realize that the Hollywood narratives are just as inflexible as the royal narratives. In order to build the princess makeover she had to dress like Kate, use her brands, meet the family, go to the aristo weddings, go on the aristo vacations (or at least pretend to), show up a polo, go to Africa, etc... The reason her princess makeover was so successful is that she sucked it up and did all of those things (or at least pretended to).

Well, for "rich Hollywood mom power player" she has to do the same things--farmers market with the kids, Disneyland, school run, galas, pumpkin patch, premieres, Cabo San Lucas...you know, all of the stuff Angelina, Gwyneth, JLO, and Jennifer Garner do.

Ditto for the "Hollywood power couple" image they were trying to project after Megxit. They should have done galas and premieres and the Oscars and they did none of it.

It's weird because she probably had the most successful pr drive of all time in 2016-2017 and apparently she learned nothing from it.

This is gonna be just the most basic rundown of all of them cause there's many and if I went in detail about them we'd be here forever

Alkali Ashford

Alkali was my first x men OC. Her ability is turning into dinosaurs. In her regular form, she has stripes and a tail, so she needs one of the camouflage watch things. She's besties with Kurt, but her arc is sort of opposite to his in the sense that while he wants to fit in and hide who he is, she wants to stand out and let the world know who she is. She's very fun I love her. Also fun fact this is the character that got me in trouble in that one rp server I mentioned a few nights ago, where they yelled at me because they decided shapeshifters aren't allowed only after I submitted her. They hate her because she's too swag for them to handle

Milo

This guy and the next character are basically recycled versions of ooold old OCs of mine. Milo has two water serpent things that he can control. He starts out kinda scared of them because, unlucky for him he has a fear of water due to almost drowning as a child. But overtime he learns to appreciate them

Marigold

Other aforementioned old recycled OC. Her mutation is physical in the sense that she has cat ears and angel wings, so she also needs a camouflage watch. However unlike Kurt and Alkali, she never really faced a lot of discrimination growing up because her mutation is considered beautiful by most (There's lots of angel devil comparisons with Marigold and Kurt it's so fun it's so fun). She's known Milo since they were kids because she is the one who saved him from drowning. They're dating now. Ew romance

Peter Maximoff

"Peg that's not an OC" yeah so I made an Evo version of Peter because I was STUPIDLY obsessed with this man in like 2021 idk what was wrong with me. Anyway he's the twins' half brother and I have yet to figure out what happened between Erik and his mom. He has a really dumb rivalry with Pietro its so funny

Ezekiel

Or Zeke for short. His thing is seeing and talking to ghosts. Lance recruits him to the Brotherhood for all of two seconds before Zeke befriends Kurt and jumps over to the X Men instead. He also dates Kurt later so i can live in my RogueKitty delusions but shhh

Indigo

These next few are part of the new mutant squad. Indigo's power is bringing drawings to life and she has a fun sibling relationship with Peter. They're also a little bit Too wiling to commit murder

Niko

Also a recycled old OC. He has a snake that sticks out of his back. Not much more to him yet, he just has a snake

Ozzy

Cool guy who turns into a fish person when in the water. May or may not have been inspired by Luca. Also for anyone who knows my habit of making Harry Osborn inspired OCs and naming them Ozzi. This guy is not one of the Harry clones, he came way before the raimi fixation attacked me and dragged me to hell

Markus Lang

Member of the X Men and one of the mentors alongside Ororo and Logan. He can turn into a dragon. He might end up dating Logan idk I think they'd be silly together

Gwen Ashford

Alkali's adopted younger sister who has rock powers. She's part of The Brotherhood and she is an absolute menace to society

Wyatt Elsher

This guy is able to turn into like a goop furry thing and I'm being so honest to god I based him off the fucking Transfur Outbreak game on roblox. Embarrassing. Anyway he was childhood friends with Marigold and lived in her old neighborhood, and I imagine initially his mutation was just becoming some sort of werewolf thing. Then he got sent to this lab place that claimed they'd 'cure' him but ended up fucking him up. So now he's goop. He also joins the Brotherhood and has a rivalry with Marigold

Harper

Regular ass human girl who Alkali meets at a party and falls head over heels in love with her. She also sort of adopts Kurt into her friend group after the mutants get exposed, seeing he's alone now and wanting to help him. She does guess he's also a mutant, but she's fine with it

thank you for sending this in!! <3 both very good choices.

for kara, i think of her path where she makes it to canada with alice and luther without sacrificing anyone because markus got the public opinion up high enough for the border guard to let her through without any trouble.

now, i’d set this fic somewhere before that. where, exactly? not sure. i could place it anywhere from her and alice’s first night on the streets to before jericho (could even do it during jericho).

for the sake of answering this ask, and keeping it reader-insert friendly, i’ll choose the moment where she has just escaped todd’s with alice, and she’s looking for a place to stay. i’ve always had a little fic idea where the reader is similar to rose and just takes in androids to help. however, there is more to the character—they were alice’s old babysitter, more specifically the one who’d watch alice every time kara wasn’t there, whether that was due to her fetting repairs or even before she was in the picture.

alice would bring you up to kara, who would be hesitant at first because she really does not want todd to find her. after exhausting her options by trying other spots, though, she chooses to follow through with finding you because she just wants alice to sleep in a nice, warm bed.

upon finding your place, kara is relieved when she sees androids through the window. she is happy seeing that it’s a safe space. you let them in, of course, and you’ll talk a bit about everything. you try your best to accommodate them both and have them feel welcome in your home, providing them with dry clothes and whatever else they need.

later that night, when kara is tucking alice in bed, she’d assure alice, “you know i’m gonna find a way,” referring to getting them to safety because she knows that they can’t stay at your place forever. alice nods, trusting kara, and then wishes you both good night.

kara exits the room, and you both get to talking. because i’m all about friends-to-lovers, this would be the start of pining between the two of you. this certainly won’t be the last night that you’ll see kara. you’ll be with her on every step of the journey, physically and spiritually. i’d find a way to place you at the scene throughout her story. a speedy romance, david cage style (like carla/lucas and madison/ethan). 🫶

next, luther!! i typically wouldn’t write for him, but, if anything, i’d do so in a platonic way. for his, i’d probably do the post-revolution trope where the three of them (him, kara, and alice) are in canada together. after crossing the border, kara is frozen, unable to believe she’s actually made it. so many thoughts circulate in her head as she looks around.

luther snaps her out of it, offering his hand to her. he promises her and alice that he won’t stop protecting them; he is there until the very end. for the sake of the fic, luther would know just where to go and lead the girls. he may have some prior connections in canada from androids he’s met with in the past, so he opts to take kara and alice with him.

they’d find temporary shelter for the night before consulting with luther’s friends. eventually, they’d get set up with more permanent housing and jobs to provide for themselves. they’d live a regular life together, platonically or romantically, and just enjoy their days in canada. alice would (maybe) attend school like a normal kid, kara would probably have a job at some bakery (i can’t explain this), and luther would probably work in something to do with business/accounting/technology (i also cannot explain this).

oh! and if i combined the two to be in the same timeline, maybe the reader has crossed the border before them, and kara is reunited with them after she does so, too. i’d just let kara and reader explore their romantic relationship as they live their lives without worry. i’d give my babies a happily ever after because that’s what they deserve. 😤
