UNTIL I FOUND YOU
Tumblr media
PART 2, PART 3
Coriolanus Snow x fem!Reader
Synopsis: When the 18 year old Coriolanus Snow recieves the news that he has to mentor a tribute in order to claim the Plinth Prize, he expected everything but not a shy girl from district 12 to claim his heart.
Word count: 2,4K
Warnings: Lucy Gray does not exsist in this (I´m sorry), some things might not fully add up to the movie plot ´cause I only saw it once and that was two days ago, use of Y/N, it´s implied that the reader is shorter than Coryo, small swearing, simple inhumane Hunger Games topics
Reblogs and requests are always welcomed <3 (just like pointing out grammatical mistakes :))

Coriolanus Snow did not mean for this to happen.
He did not intend to have this weird tingly feeling in his chest every time he caught a glimpse of her.
He did not mean to fall for his tribute from District 12.
As he patiently sat in his seat with his heart hammering in his chest due to not knowing if he´d receive the scholarship, adrenaline and excitement ran through his veins.
Yet, that was taken from him the moment Sejanus Plinth whispered to him that that certain day he looked forward to would not turn out as he hoped.
The Plinth Prize was won by the best mentor.
Each of them has to mentor a tribute and create the best version of them, create strategies and work on their behavior in the arena.
As all the tributes are presented, their names called alongside their mentors, Coriolanus´ hands start to sweat the longer he is not told who he has to work with.
The faces of his fellow students show different emotions, some cheer in happiness at their tributes state, others are laced with worry if their tribute even manages to walk straight.
"And last but not least, the girl from District 12, Coriolanus Snow."
His eyes shoot back to the small screen, his gaze falls to the name written underneath the short clip, Y/N L/N.
"I volunteer as tribute."
The screen shows a screaming girl, around the age of 11 as she trashes in the hold of someone else´s arms, desperately trying to escape their grasp to reach the other girl.
The other girl's face is slightly blurred due to the wide angle of the camera that is following her figure, but as the picture clears up, Coriolanus can´t help but suck in a breath.
A weird feeling boils in his chest that causes his heartbeat to pick up behind his ribcage, just as he thought it couldn´t get worse a few butterflies form in his stomach causing his white tunic to suddenly feel tighter. His hands go to the collar pulling a little on the fabric to calm his heartbeat.
The tribute from 12, stepped in for the younger girl and took her fate as her own. The girl, now known as Y/N doesn´t look back at the screaming girl, she takes small steps to the stage and steps on it the moment she reaches it.
Although her hands tremble beside her body, her eyes are stern and show no emotion, successfully keeping herself from spilling the dread that formed in her chest the moment her little sister's name was called.
"What a twist! Our first ever volunteer of 12, what an honor." the 12´s mayor speaks, yet no reaction falls from the crowd at his attempt to lighten the mood.
"I suppose that was your sister? Sweet little thing just turned 12, but luckily she has you as her big sister." Mayor Lipp tries to create small talk, but Y/N doesn´t seem to take interest in that, her eyes boring into the camera that is fixated on her face.
Everyone that surrounds Coriolanus watches intensely and waits for her next words.
Y/N´s jaw clenches a little as her gaze wanders over her district's citizens, some laugh at her situation, while others, alongside her family have tears in their eyes and hold a hand in front of their mouths to contain a sob from spilling past their lips.
Instead of words leaving her mouth, she does a mocking and overly dramatic bend forward with her arms stretched out on each side of her body.
Just as two Peacekeepers grab a hold of her arms and pull her off the stage she yells out,
"YOU CAN ALL SUCK I-" but her words muffle due to her being pulled away.
Meanwhile, everyone around Coriolanus starts to whisper.
Some voice behind him, "Who does she think she is?"
"Imagine having to work with that, guess who won´t win the Plinth Prize.." followed by laughing.
And more to his left, "The audacity, I´m telling you she´s the first to bleed out." followed by more remarks and chuckles.
Though Coriolanus can’t feel bothered by their remarks, as he watches her being dragged away from the stage with a stern look on her face.
The blonde watches with bewilderment yet with respect for her volunteering for someone else, a small smirk forming on his face as the side of his mouth pull up a little.
* ˚ ✦
Coriolanus´ gaze is fixated on the white rose in his palms, his eyes trail over each and every flaw he can spot.
Is it pretty enough?
Or is this gesture not normal in the relationship between a mentor and their tribute?
He wonders how you might react to this act of politeness, yet before he can keep up with his thoughts he´s pulled out of it when he hears the train near the train station.
There it is, it glides against the train racks before it comes to a harsh stop with a small screech, the blonde´s eyes trail over the different train carts, wondering where the certain girl from 12 is being kept.
At least a dozen armed Peacekeepers emerge from around the station, and the first cart´s handle is grabbed forcefully and shoved open, a small girl hesitantly jumps down to the ground, before she erupts into a few coughs as if she has to catch her breath from taking a run.
She´s followed by a tall boy who wears a expression he can´t read, although his brows are furrowed and a small line forms between them. The tall male´s eyes immediately find Coriolanus due to his bloody red outfit.
The male doesn´t seem to be the only one, almost everyone that already emerged from their part of the train has their eyes on him.
He fidgets with the rose again, a shiver running down his spine and all the way to his feet and then his toes.
As some tributes are escorted to the transporter outside, Coriolanus finally spots the male tribute from District 12, he remembers his name, Jessup. With a sigh of relief, he takes a few steps to him, and finally, his eyes spot the girl he so desperately tried to find the entire time.
Jessup´s hands are securely wrapped around her waist as he picks her up and helps her out of the train so she can steady herself. She smiles up at Jessup whispers a small ´thanks´ and pats him on his upper arm before she starts to take in all her surroundings.
Although their conversation is muffled, "Are you sure your neck is fine? The bite looks painful..."
Coriolanus´ breathing stops for a second, just now he notices that no camera ever will be able to take in all her beauty, his lips part a little and he can feel his mouth running dry.
Now that Y/N dusted her clothes off and had taken a look around the train station, her eyes move to her right and are met with piercing blue orbs. Although she acknowledged him, he couldn´t help but keep staring at her, the white rose in his left hand long forgotten as it rested next to his body. Confusion dawned on her face as she looked over to Jessup who offered the same expression.
The two of them share a look with a shrug before she turns her back to Coriolanus and starts to take a few steps away from him.
The blonde seems to snap out of it and with a small shake of his head and with two steps he keeps up with her smaller ones.
"Uhm- Welcome to the Capitol." he offers her a smile and holds the rose up for her to see.
Her mouth set in a hard line while her cheeks glowed a tad bit redder than before, "You don´t look like you should be here…?" she asked unsure, her eyes still trained up at his face before they fell on the flower in his hand - which slightly started to tremble -
"Uhm, I shouldn´t, my name is Coriolanus Snow, and I´m your mentor," he adds, the smile still coating his lips as he offers her the rose again.
"Mentor?" she laughs out in disbelief after she finally takes the flower out of his trembling hand and looks at it. Jessup is standing behind her, and his face still shows the same confusion it did earlier.
"Yeah, it´s my job to help you survive the arena," Coriolanus replies, the moment she took the rose out of his grasp his hand went limp and fell back to his side.
"And how exactly-" Y/N doesn´t get the opportunity to reply to his words before someone roughly pulls on her arm and drags her forcefully to the exit of the train station.
Peacekeepers decided to cut their conversation short, they pulled her with them like she weighed nothing, "I can walk by myself perfectly fine." she said loudly before she slapped the hand that was wrapped around her biceps off.
"Wait! I´m her Mentor!" Coriolanus speaks up, yet the distance between mentor and tribute is growing with each second, and the blonde picks up his steps in order to keep up with them.
A few shouts and orders are ringing through the air, the atmosphere filled with dread and an uncomfortable tension. Outside awaits a transporter for the tributes, and like pigs they are thrown and shoved into it, ready to be taken to the slaughterhouse.
The district 12 girl's eyes are trailing behind her trying to catch a glimpse of the red that coats her so-called ´mentor´, she can´t seem to see him but his shouts still reach her ringing ears.
A small hand wraps around her right hand startling the 17-year-old girl, but she quickly relaxes when she sees the small girl from District 8, Wovey. She seems scared by the loud noises, and Y/N offers her a small smile and squeeze of the hand in order to calm her down. Y/N spots a small seat at the back right corner and leads her over to it, there´s not enough space for the both of them, so she lets Wovey take it and stands beside her.
Coriolanus´ opportunity seems to flash in front of him for a split second as a tribute tries to make a run for it, the Peacekeepers running close behind, and with three steps the blonde leaps into the back of the transporter.
He runs all the way to the back of it, before he takes a few breaths trying to tame the adrenaline that shoots through his veins, his breathing calming down from the small thrill he felt.
He straightens down his clothes, and immediately spots Y/N, hand-in-hand with the little girl, her eyes holding awe, yet mostly confusion at why he just ran after her. "What are you doing here?" she whisper-yells, in order not to attract the Peacekeeper's attention.
He can´t help but draw his lower lip between his teeth, letting his actions sink in "Yeah who the hell are you?"
"Uhm-" he starts to speak up, as the other tributes´ eyes hold anger and confusion, most of them standing up and taking a few steps closer to him, cornering him a little. The red that radiates from his red clothes alerts the others.
"I suppose he´s my mentor." Y/N quickly speaks up, her voice cutting through the tension that started to build itself.
"What the hell is a mentor? And why did you get one but we didn´t?"
"Did she get one just because she was the first to volunteer?"
Y/N opens her mouth again to reply but Coriolanus beats her to it, "No, you all get a mentor, I promise the same chances are laid out for everyone." he says with a slightly raised voice so everyone hears his words.
A few unamused chuckles emerge from the ´crowd´ that formed around him, nevertheless a tall guy grabs him by the collar and slams Coriolanus back against the wall behind him pulling a gasp from his lips.
"Don´t shit talk us, what are you doing here?! Are you here to spy on us? What sick games did you plan?!" he yells in his face, although Coriolanus is taller than him, he raises his hands in surrender in order to calm the angry tribute.
Y/N sighs and softly drops Wolvey´s hand onto the girl's lap, she takes a step forward rests her hand on the tribute´s shoulder gently yet harshly, and pushes against him.
"You get your own mentor, now drop it," she says loudly, the tributes around them purse their lips and keep looking at Coriolanus like he´s some meal they can devour.
"A Capitol´s sweetheart could be helpful, why not kill him to send a fucking message." everyone around them agrees except for Y/N and a few in the back, them equally as terrified as Coriolanus.
Coriolanus laughs at their ´plan´ and breathes out a few pained breathes due to him being pressed against the wall, however, before anyone else gets the chance to speak up, the container they are kept in starts to shake a little and then does a jump that causes everyone to lose their balance. The tribute that held the blonde up against the wall let go of him, the everyone including Coriolanus hold onto the nearest thing they could find to steady themselves.
Y/N yelps at the sudden movement that throws her forward and grabs onto Coriolanus´ right arm, the boy in question sneaks his right arm around her waist to steady her and takes hold of a handle that sticks out of the metal wall.
With a rumble and another much harsher shake of the container, the doors suddenly swing open and the place they were kept in for the past 10 minutes moves upwards, changing the position from vertical to horizontal.
A few screams erupt from the group of tributes, and everyone starts to slide out like bags of flour. Y/N yelps again and tries to hold onto Coriolanus, he manages to hold both of their weights, but Y/N´s grip on him loosens when she wiggles in his grasp.
"Wait- Y/N hold on!" he hisses out, but Y/N moves in his grasp trying to get a hold of Wovey´s hand who´s close to sliding down as well.
"Grab my hand!" she yells, but Wovey slips away, and Y/N watches the little girl and Jessup move out of her view into the unknown.
Y/N removes herself from his grasp, just as Coriolanus can´t hold them up anymore due to the shaking wagon, and they all slide into whatever the Capitol planned for them.

i. the radio's revival
Tumblr media
The worst possible scenario just unfolded before Alastor's eyes—his beloved antique radio broke.
He stood in stunned silence, his usual jovial expression replaced by one of utter disbelief as the once-majestic device now lay in pieces, its intricate components scattered across the floor. With a heavy heart, he knelt beside the shattered remnants, his gloved fingers tracing the familiar contours with a sense of mourning.
It was a futile gesture, he knew, but he couldn’t help but feel a sense of loss for the part of himself that had been taken away with it. For Alastor, the radio was more than just a mere object; it was a piece of his identity. Each scratch, each dent held a story, a memory of a bygone era that now lay at ruins at his feet.
In that moment, he felt more vulnerable than ever before, stripped of the facade of invincibility he had carefully cultivated over decades. However, as he surveyed the damage, the vulnerability was quickly replaced by a flood of other emotions–anger, frustration, disappointment. How could something so precious, so irreplaceable, be lost in an instant?
The faint sound of shuffling feet then drew his attention. As he gazed up, one of the egg boys—those bumbling, loyal lackeys of Sir Pentious—timidly stepped forward with a sheepish expression.
“Uh, sorry about that, mister Radio Demon, sir. It was an accident,” the egg boy mumbled, his voice tinged with guilt.
Alastor's eye twitched in annoyance at the feeble excuse. Accidents were one thing, but this? This was inexcusable. His patience, already stretched thin, threatened to snap as he struggled to contain his frustration.
“Sorry?” Alastor repeated through gritted teeth. “Sorry won’t fix what’s been broken, now will it?”
The egg boys exchanged nervous glances, their carefree demeanor faltering under Alastor's withering gaze. “We didn't mean to, Mr. Alastor,” another one of them stammered.
Yet it was far too late for apologies. Alastor's frustration bubbled over like a pot ready to boil, and with a growl of irritation, his form began to shift. With each passing second, his horns extended, his body swelled in size, and his once elegant silhouette towered over the trembling egg boys like a vengeful deity.
The egg boys recoiled in terror, their eyes wide with horror as they watched Alastor's transformation unfold before them. In their panicked mind, they could only imagine the worst—that Alastor, in his fury, would devour them whole.
Just as their fear reached its peak, Sir Pentious burst onto the scene. Positioning himself between the egg boys and the Radio Demon, his voice rang out in a chorus of apologies.
“Mr. Alastor, sir, I must beg for your forgiveness on behalf of my hapless egg boys,” he pleaded desperately. “They meant no harm, I assure you. It was a mere accident, a foolish mistake!”
Alastor's gaze narrowed as he observed Sir Pentious. As the snake demon continued to shower him with apologies, Alastor suddenly remembered the reason they were all gathered here in the first place—a party, of all things. With a wry smile, he glanced around at the other residents of the hotel, noting the fear etched onto their faces. The sight of their unease might've amused him under different circumstances, but the loss of something so precious to him soured his mood.
With a shake of his head, he allowed his form to shrink back to its normal size. As his horns receded and his imposing presence diminished, he felt the tension ebb from his body, the anger gradually fading away.
But that didn’t mean that all was forgiven.
“What, pray tell, am I supposed to do with my broken radio now?” Alastor's voice dripped with barely contained frustration as he shot a piercing gaze at Sir Pentious.
Sir Pentious, visibly sweating under the weight of Alastor's glare, scrambled to offer a solution. “Ah, well, fear not,” he stuttered, his words coming out in a nervous rush. “I happen to know a mechanic—a fixer, if you will. Someone who can repair anything, no matter how... delicate.”
Alastor's eyebrow arched in skepticism, though a faint flicker of interest danced in his eyes. "Is that so?" he mused, a smirk tugging at the corners of his lips. He had his doubts about Sir Pentious' ability to deliver on such a promise, but at this point, he was willing to entertain any possibility.
“And where can I find this mechanic of yours?”
Following the instructions scribbled hastily on the back of a crumpled receipt, Alastor eventually found himself in the slums of Pentagram City. The narrow alleyways led him to what appeared to be a workshop, its exterior bearing the signs of neglect and decay. The windows were grimy, patches of paint flaked off the weathered walls, and the sign above the entrance barely hung on by a single rusty nail.
It was a far cry from the elegance he was accustomed to, and he couldn't help but feel a familiar surge of anger rising within him. This was the place that was supposed to hold the solution to his problem? The Radio Demon scoffed inwardly, doubting that anyone within these walls possessed the skill or expertise to repair something as delicate as his beloved radio.
Still, he pressed on. Pushing open the creaking door, he was met with a gust of stale air, tinged with the scent of oil and metal. Inside, the workshop was a scene of disarray. Tools lay scattered across workbenches, and half-finished projects cluttered every available surface. The walls were lined with shelves overflowing with spare parts, some of which appeared to be salvaged from long-forgotten machinery.
Alastor's lips curled into a disdainful sneer as he absorbed the surroundings. Then, his gaze fell upon the lone figure, hunched over a nearby table—you.
As he drew closer, you finally looked up, and to Alastor's surprise, you greeted him with a wide smile.
“Hi there! What can I do for you?”
Alastor's sneer deepened at the sight of the chipper mechanic, a stark contrast to the grim atmosphere of the workshop. He had half-expected to find someone as worn down and weathered as the building itself, yet here stood this bright-eyed individual, seemingly unfazed by the chaos around them.
Suppressing a sigh, Alastor straightened up, the edges of his grin faltering ever so slightly. “Good evening,” he began. “My name is Alastor, and I'm here because I was told you might be able to fix something for me.”
Your smile widened at his words, and you nodded eagerly. “Of course! What seems to be the problem?”
Alastor hesitated for a moment, eyeing you warily. He couldn't shake the feeling that entrusting his precious radio to you was a mistake. Yet, he had little choice in the matter.
“My antique radio is in need of repair,” Alastor explained, his tone guarded. “It's a delicate piece of machinery, and I require someone with the utmost skill to handle it.”
You listened intently as Alastor detailed the intricacies of his radio, nodding along with each word. Despite his cautious demeanor, you could sense the underlying concern in his voice. It was clear that this radio held great significance to him.
As he finished speaking, you gave him another nod. “I understand, Mr. Alastor,” you reassured him. “You won't be disappointed, I promise. Now, let's take a look at what you've got there.”
With that, you gestured for Alastor to follow you to your workbench, where he finally presented the fragmented piece of machinery. As you laid eyes on the broken radio, it became immediately apparent to you just how extensively damaged it was. Fractured casings, tangled wires, missing components–it was a daunting sight, yet you refrained from revealing the true severity of the damage to Alastor, not wanting to add to his distress. Instead, you maintained a composed demeanor as you turned to look at him with a confident grin.
“We'll get this sorted out, Mr. Alastor,” you assured him once more. “Leave it to me.”
Alastor felt a flicker of hope stir in his blackened heart at the prospect of having his radio fixed. Though a hint of doubt still lingered at the back of his mind, he nodded begrudgingly.
“Very well," he muttered. "Just... be careful with it.”
As Alastor stepped back, allowing you the space to work your magic, his eyes remained fixed on you with keen interest. He observed the fluidity of your movements, the subtle shifts in your expression. Whenever you encountered a challenge, your brows furrowed in concentration, and with each successful repair, a hint of satisfaction graced your lips. Alastor found himself unconsciously mirroring your expressions as he watched your steady hands diligently work to bring his beloved radio back to life.
And as time passed, so too did his initial skepticism begin to wane, replaced by a growing sense of admiration for your skill and expertise. There was something captivating about the way you worked, a sense of determination and passion that shone through with every meticulous movement.
At last, after what felt like an eternity, you made the final adjustment. With bated breath, you flicked the switch and awaited the outcome. The room fell into a tense silence, thick with anticipation. Then, suddenly, a burst of static erupted, followed by the unmistakable sound of music emanating from the speakers.
Alastor's eyes widened in disbelief as the once-silent device surged back to life. Your face lit up with a triumphant smile as you savored his reaction, a sense of pride swelling within you.
“There you go, Mr. Alastor,” you declared, extending the repaired radio toward him. “Good as new!”
As Alastor reached out to accept the radio from you, his fingers inadvertently brushed against yours in a fleeting moment of contact. In that instant, a jolt of electricity seemed to course through him, sending a distinct shiver down his spine.
It was a curious sensation, one that he couldn't quite place, yet it stirred something deep within him.
Even after withdrawing his hand, the feeling lingered, leaving Alastor perplexed. His gaze shifted from the repaired radio to your face, searching for any indication that you too had felt the same inexplicable energy pulse between you. However, your smile remained unchanged, oblivious to the tumult of emotions swirling within him.
“Thank you,” he finally murmured, his voice softer than usual, betraying a hint of sincerity that caught even him off guard. “You did a remarkable job.”
You beamed in response, your eyes alight with satisfaction at Alastor's words. “You're welcome,” you replied gently. “I'm glad I could be of help. And remember, if you ever need anything else, you know where to find me.”
Alastor offered a subtle nod of gratitude, though inwardly, he found himself oddly reluctant to leave. Nevertheless, he tucked the repaired radio under his arm and turned on his heel, heading towards the door. Stepping out into the dimly-lit street, he walked with deliberate steps. His thoughts drifted back to the moment his fingers brushed against yours, and despite his attempts to push the memory aside, his free hand instinctively flexed, fingers curling into a tight fist before relaxing once more.
This was going to be a problem.

A Soldier I Will Be; Treech
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing - Treech x mentor!reader summary - your one goal was to get him out of the arena, you didnt care what the Capital thought of you words - 2.54k warning - fluff! note - I am actually in love w Treech, there isn't enough fanfics about him on the internet so I decided to write my own! part 2 part 3
Tumblr media
The day arrived for the reaping of the 10th annual Hunger Games, and you were far from excited. The games are cruel and unfair to district citizens, and your values set you apart from the heartless enthusiasm displayed by many in the Capitol.
Walking into the giant room filled with Academy students, you heard the whispers of those you passed. You learned to ignore everyone after years of being treated differently, but there were only two people you could tolerate: Sejanus Plinth and Coriolanus Snow.
“Ms. Graham, I'm glad you made it after all.” Sejanus Plinth, the only other person open about their hatred for the games.
“Oh, you know they would drag me into this either way, Sejanus.” He had previously warned you that the Plinth prize would not be awarded that day, and in its place, something that goes against everything the two of you stood for.
Although you voiced your opinions, you were still a capital sweetheart. As you come from one of the oldest and richest families in the capital, you were expected to act a certain way, despite your rebellious spirit.
Sitting between Coriolanus and Sejanus, you heard a throat being cleared, signaling the beginning of the reaping. Casca Highbottom, the one and only creator of Hunger Games, chugged down a vial of what looked to be morphling.
“The prize is a bit different this year. The top performing students will each receive a tribute, only one, and whichever tribute… performs the best, will receive the prize. Winning is set aside but will be taken into consideration…”
So this is what the capital had planned—put the capital kids in charge of the district kids? You couldn’t help but feel horrible for Sejanus, coming from the districts, he was bound to be given a tribute from his old home, District 2.
Dean Highbottom started announcing which student would mentor what district. When it came to Sejanus, you were right; they gave him the District 2 male tribute. Reaching over, you grabbed his hand in hopes of providing a sense of comfort. On multiple occasions, he has expressed to you how being from the districts has affected him.
“District 7 male,” you heard Highbottom pause before looking up to you, “belongs to Ms.Graham.”
Making your way to the big screen in front of you, you saw your tribute. He was staring straight into the camera, almost like he could sense you were watching him. ‘Treech’, you read below his figure. You couldn’t help but smile, but it was soon replaced with a frown once you saw the condition he was in.
You took in the image of the boy; he seemed your age—maybe 17 or 18? The hat he wore looked bent out of shape and covered his dark eyes. He looked as if he were about to scream or cry, and he was trying his hardest to act tough in front of his district. All you felt was pity and a sense of needing to help him survive.
After all the mentors were given their tribute and a speech from Dr. Gaul, the head gamemaker, the ceremony was brought to an end. Sejanus was called by his father, and he bid you goodbye. “I’m going to the tributes train arrival, and you’re coming with me." You jumped at the sudden voice and turned around to see Coriolanus staring at you.
“And why would I?” You crossed your arms, unsure why he wanted you, of all people, to accompany him. Sure, you were friends, but you didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye on things, often bickering while Sejanus was there to calm you both down.
“The peacekeepers will let me in if you are with me,” he explained, knowing that most peacekeepers know not to mess with you. “They won’t turn you down; you’re the capital’s top sweetheart.”
It’s true; every peacekeeper knew of your existence and obeyed you in fear of upsetting your father. You didn’t like to take advantage of your capital status, but it did come in handy when you got into trouble.
“Fine,” you agreed, “but only on one condition: you leave me and my tribute alone.” Coriolanus nodded his head and explained that you two would meet at the train station the next morning before school.
₊˚。⋆❆⋆。˚₊
Arriving at the station, you walked up to Coriolanus, who was already waiting there with a white rose in his hand. Groups of peacekeepers were stationed every few feet. Guns in hand, ready to shoot at any kind of violent nature.
A loud whistle was heard, causing your head to snap towards the track, where a large mechanical train began to slow. Once the train pulled into the station, you took notice of the carriages; there were 12, one for each district. The peacekeepers that once stood still were now making their way towards the train. Slowly, they began to open the carts, and tribute after tribute came out. As each tribute climbed off the train, you were on the lookout for ‘Treech’.
Passing by each cart and watching each pair climb down, you eventually found the pair from District 7. Lamina, whom you remembered as Pliny’s tribute, noticed you as you walked up to her. Her eyes were red from the tears that hadn’t stopped falling. You gave her a warm smile, which she returned, except there was a sad look in her eye.
“Who are you?” A voice called out from next to Lamina, and your face turned to see your tribute. He had placed a protective hand in front of his district partner, like you were going to hurt her. You felt sad at the fact that he thought you would hurt either of them.
Reaching your hand out, you told him your name, “But everyone calls me by my last name, Graham, so it’s up to you!” As he looked at your hand, hesitant to shake it, you realized you hadn’t explained why you were there. "Oh, right, I’m your mentor. Thought it was the right thing to come and introduce myself as you arrived in the capital."
“Well, I don’t need no mentor. I don’t want your help." He spat with a look of disgust in his eyes, causing you to lower your hand and stare awkwardly at the ground. You heard Lamina whispering to him something about how he should be nice to you. Looking up, you smiled at her again as a sign of thanks for being kind to you, even though she didn’t know you.
“I don’t have to be nice to her, Lamina, she’s from the capital." He looked at you up and down as if trying to prove his point with your outfit. You could understand why he was acting like that—if you were in his spot, you wouldn’t trust anyone from the capital.
“I am just here to help you; I don’t mean any harm." You saw his face start to soften but quickly change back to his sour expression once two peacekeepers appeared behind you and began to drag the pair towards a big van being filled with the other tributes. The two stared at you as you began to chase after them.
“Hey, where is that van taking them?" You called out to a peacekeeper, who just rolled his eyes and walked away from you. “Don’t ignore me.” Before you could walk back up to them, you felt someone grab your arm. You were ready to hit whoever it was, but you realized it was only Coriolanus.
“Just wait; once the peacekeepers aren’t looking, we will sneak into the van.” You nodded softly, praying that you were able to be by Treech’s side the entire time.
As you made your way into the van, you were pushed to the ground as it started to move. You saw many of the tributes staring at you and Coriolanus as the two of you stuck out like a sore thumb with your bright red uniforms. The tributes had threatened to attack the two of you, one of them even grabbing Coriolanus by his shirt. Fortunately, Lucy Gray stepped in for Coriolanus as Treech pulled you up off the floor once he saw you sitting there, afraid for your life. He stayed standing in front of you, with Lamina behind you, instead of going back to his spot, standing with his hand grabbing the bar above his head.
There was a sudden stop, causing everyone in the van to jerk forward before it began to tip over. Once the doors opened, everyone flew out, falling on the hard rocks. You groaned as you tumbled down, and you ended up landing next to Treech, who groaned as well. Noticing his hat was no longer on his head, you looked around before crawling to grab it for him. He muttered a quick thank you as he took it from your grasp.
“Where are we?” He questioned, seeming confused about where they were dumped. As you fully took in your surroundings, you gasped. The tall bars and the animal-like environment—they dumped everyone in the Capital Zoo.
“They are keeping you in the zoo? You guys are not animals. How could they do this?” You were beyond outraged. They force them to fight each other to death and don’t even give you a decent sleeping place.
Turning to Treech, you kept apologizing over and over, “I am so sorry about this; I had no idea they were going to keep you here.” He looked like he did when you saw him at the reaping, as if he were about to cry.
"Well, look over here; is that another Academy student I see?” The two of you turned your heads to see Lucky Flickerman and his camera crew on the opposite side of the bars. It looked as if he had just finished talking to Coriolanus and Lucy Gray. "Ahh, isn’t it, Ms. Graham? You're certainly a favorite here in the  capital." You couldn’t tell if he was being sarcastic or not; either way, you walked over to him, dragging Treech behind you, who was protesting the action.
"Hello, Lucky, it is nice to see you again. Have you met my tribute yet? Treech, here, is quite the gentleman." You continued to talk him up to the camera while he just stood there behind you.
“It was amazing to speak to you, and thank you for introducing Treech to us, but it seems as if you are about to be whisked out of the cage.” He warned you as you turned around to see a peacekeeper making his way to you as another made his way to Coriolanus. To try and avoid any more violence, you stepped away from Treech as a sign of your cooperation, but the peacekeeper still grabbed you with a great deal of force.
“Don’t touch her like that." Treech yelled as the peacekeeper tightened his grip on your arm, “You’re going to hurt her.”
“They won’t even dare to hurt me; don’t you worry about me." You called after him as he looked at you with fear in his eyes. Lamina had to hold his arm to warn him not to go after you. “Take care of yourself; I will be back later today." The last thing you saw before you were forced to exit the enclosure was Treech giving you a hesitant smile. It was barely noticeable, but, you know, it took a lot for him to do it.
₊˚。⋆❆⋆。˚₊
Unfortunately, you weren’t able to make it after school like many of your other classmates. By the time you arrived at the zoo, it was dark and everyone was already gone.
“Treech, where are you?” you whisper-yelled for him as you made your way to the bars. “I’m sorry I couldn’t make it earlier in the day; my father did not like the little stunt I pulled. I had to sneak out to be here.” As he made his way to where you were, you started to pull packages of food and water out of your bag.
“Did you bring anything for me?” He asked, sitting down, once he saw you cross your legs on the floor.
“I sure did. Tons of stuff." You began to list off everything you brought. “I even brought enough for Lamina, so be sure to share with her.” As you handed him everything, he turned around and tossed some of it into her lap.
“Did her mentor stop by?” You nodded your head towards Lamina. You were curious to see if Pliny would actually take on his role as a mentor or just sit back and let you do it, knowing you cared for them.
“He did for a few minutes, but she didn’t speak to him,” he sighed, remembering the event that occurred a few hours prior. “She only wanted to speak to you. She seems to trust you, but how do I know I can?” He asked, taking a bite of the cookie you brought him.
"Well, for starters, I made that cookie you are eating, and I don’t bake for just anyone,” you said as he bit into it again. “Secondly, I care about you. I don’t agree with how the capital treats the district.”
He looked at you like he didn’t expect you to feel that way. “You better not be lying to me, sweetie. Are you sure you aren’t in it for the money? We heard that man mention it to his camera earlier.”
“Oh, I don’t care for the prize; even if I win it, it just ties me down to the capital like I owe them something, and that is the last thing I want when I try and escape this hell.” One day, you were going to leave the capital; you truly were not meant for this place. You explained to him that you wanted to hide out in one of the districts and live out your life away from the capital.
“Whose side are you on? Are you a saint or a sinner, Ms. Graham?” He shot you a look before continuing. “I have a feeling the way you treat me isn’t going to be liked by the capital. I’ve grown quite fond of you, so I’d hate to see them turn against you in the comfort of your own home.”
“I don’t care if the capital hates me for protecting you. It doesn’t matter if they won’t take me back, Treech; all I care about is getting you out of this.” You grabbed his hand through the bar to provide comfort. At that moment, he knew you weren’t lying, but just for safe measure, you spoke up again.
“I’ll throw away my status, just to keep you safe.”
The relationship between you and Treech evolved from mentor and tribute to something deeper. Bonds formed in the face of distress were not easily broken, and you both found strength in each other.
As the 10th annual Hunger Games continued, the Capitol was about to witness a different kind of uprising—one fueled by empathy, compassion, and a shared desire for freedom. And at the center of it all was the unexpected alliance between a Capitol sweetheart and a district tribute determined to defy the odds.

One piece boys reacting to you cooking for them! (Luffy, Zoro, Sanji x Reader)
Tumblr media
Description: One piece boys reactions to your wonderful cooking skills/ the first time cooking for them.
Side Notes: Hello my loves! This is just a short mini post to keep up with you guys. Lowkey rushed and I wish I could of added more detail, I might later. (Probably spelling errors + my requests should be open) (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
ALSO ☞︎ Comment if you would like a part 2 with other various one piece men.
☞ Minor cursing
\Part 2 here! (Shanks, Law x Reader)/
Consider the following..?
Enjoy the read!
~~~
Luffy:
Automatically thought your cooking was better than Sanji’s. The first time you presented him a meal his eyes popped out of his head from the flavor. It was meat that you gave him, which you took a very long time to prepare. (What did you expect.. a salad?) Cooking was like your secret talent, however you left most of it to Sanji since that was his job in the first place. “Mmm. This is great y/n, thanks!” he smiled and proceeded to devour his plate, licking it clean and making sure to not leave a single crumb behind. In the end you couldn't stop smiling that you made your little ball of energy a meal he enjoyed.
~~~
Zoro:
Zoro wasn’t really a foodie like his captain but when it came to you he didn’t hesitate to try everything you made. Especially if it was just made for him. The very first time you tried cooking for him it ended with him asking for more. He originally thought you were feeding him some of Sanji’s leftovers in the fridge. (Hidden from Luffy) When you told him that you cooked it earlier in the day he stopped eating. Worried, you asked him if he liked it and he responded with “You made this..?” and you nodded slowly. “This is fucking delicious.” You immediately smiled and giggled, relieved there wasn’t anything wrong. “I’ll take some more if you got any left, baby..”
~~~
Sanji:
After being with him for a while you’d obviously pick up on a couple of things, he was the Straw Hats cook after all. Some things you took note of was how he’d chop the onions or dice the tomatoes. Usually he would have you tasting his food but soon enough, on one sunny day he found himself being the taste-tester. You nervously placed down the dish of Seafood Rice (or whatever food you want it to be) and set down a fork and knife for him, he gently smiled. He knew not to judge too harshly since this was one of your first times cooking in a while. Then he took a fork full of it, chewed and swallowed. “Darling, with all honesty, this is one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while.” He continued to eat and cleared the plate. “You should cook more often honey.” ~~~
Finish Line!
(Comment if you would like a part 2 with other various one piece men.) Consider following..? Thank you so much for reading!
Steven Grant + Marc Spector x Reader
Warnings >~< = Hair pulling, mild brat taming
Not proof read
Shutting your eyes, you attempted to breathe normally - anger radiating off you in waves as you sat criss cross on the sofa - gaming controller almost on the brink of breaking in your tight grip.
It's just a game, it's just a game, its-
Marc's scolding words repeating in you head as you (forcefully) dropped the controller on the floor, the satisfying sound of the plastic doing little to ease your frustration.
'Just a game.' You murmured, shutting your eyes momentarily so you didn't have to keep staring at the DEFEAT! on the tv screen.
However, as soon as you reopened them - the anger flew right back.
'Fucking assholes! Spamming the same controls doesn't make you a better player-.' You rambled, face flushing as you felt yourself getting worked up.
'And my stupid fucking team, like seriously-'
'Darlin’?'
You snapped your mouth shut at the sudden voice of Steven, turning your head to look at where he was stood by the front door. He was dressed in his usual oversized attire, brows pinched together.
'You okay there?' His voice was soft, head tilting in that adorable way when he was unsure.
You pursed your lips, one side of you knowing that you should just take your loss and move on. But, you couldn't shake it off, it was too fresh.
'I'm fine.' You grumbled, crossing your arms over your chest and leaning back against the sofa as you looked back to the tv.
DEFEAT! PRESS 'X' TO CONTINUE
You heard Steven's footsteps as he migrated through his apartment, the sound of something heavy dropping on the counter before the tapping of his shoes made their way to you.
You felt slightly stupid for staring at the unmoving tv screen but made no move to change the channel or start a new game.
You felt him loom over you from behind, hand coming up to rub the top of your head lovingly.
'Aw darling, you know its-'
'I know Steven.' You yourself almost winced at the bite in your tone.
He didn't respond, a pregnant pause hanging in the air before he gently removed his hand from your head.
'Okay, well let me know if you-'
'Uh huh.' You cut him off, the rush of being an utter brat going straight to your head.
While Steven was sweet, you also knew that he loved to ring you back and put you in your place - problem was that it took a long time before that switch would set off inside him.
Giving you the perfect open window to let your frustration spew with no consequences.
Uncrossing your arms, you leaned forward and away from Steven to reach for the remote - lips set in a pout.
You weren't expecting the tight grip your hair was succumbed to, fist unforgiving as you were yanked back to your original position, back flat against the sofa.
'That any way to talk to Steven pretty girl?'
You swallowed thickly at the sound of Marc's unmissable American accent, throat bobbing at the sudden nerves racking your body.
'Hm?' He probed, hand pulling your hair even more taught as he leaned down into your space, running his nose over you jaw and then down to your neck.
Your body immediately shut down, Marc's intimidation and dominance usually having that effect on you.
'And now you're ignoring me, just digging yourself a deeper hole.' He reprimanded, using his hold on your hair to give himself more access to your neck.
'I'm sorry.' Your voice was quiet and meek, complete opposite to your earlier coldness.
Shutting your eyes, you accepted your fate when you felt him chuckle into you - lips brushing your skin and making you feel like an exposed nerve.
'No you’re not.' He pulled away, cold air cooling your warming skin.
You gasped, eyes shooting open when the hand in you hair somehow tightened, pulling your head back until it was rested over the edge of the sofa, Marc's displeased upside down face coming into view.
'But you will be sweet girl.'
Alastor x F!Overlord!Reader
AN: this is the result of the first poll I posted, Alastor won so here we are!
I’ve kinda broken this into two bits in this one shot, there’s a warning farther down if you want to keep within the ideas of “headcannon” but farther below I have the start of a story, I got a bit carried away and am too far gone to delete it.
⚠️Warnings: mentions of blood, death, weapons, smoking, maybe 1 instance of cannibalism ( but its more in the sense of revenge rather than a canabalistic reader) (idk man it’s hell if your triggered don’t read 😭) this is really long already so I might just break it up or continue it to make a part 2. I have a LOOOOOOT of references in here to so many things, if you guys can pick up on them leave a comment and I’ll tag list you in my next fic if you want! Or don’t I honestly couldn’t care less it’s just for fun :p
Reader is referred to with afab terms.
Pt2-
================================
• In your life you tried to stay on “the right” path. Your parents raised you right, you tried your hardest to be nice, and where always on your best behavior, but after getting the short end of the stick for too long you kinda… loose it.
• You ended up in hell after a night out partying with some of your most valued clients, when you went to drive yourself home the heel of your stiletto got stuck under the gas pedal, as you tried to pull it out you took your eyes off the road and 💥 BAM 💥 you where hit by a large grocer truck.
•Opening your eyes to a red wasteland, the bright flash of lights and the smell of brimstone flood your senses. Looking down to try and gather your bearings you notice your whole body wasn’t (skn/tn) anymore… it was marble grey?
“Where… where am I?” I mumbled under my breath, trying to gather my surroundings, a bright flashing catches my eyes, a gigantic neon sign in the sky gives me my anwser…
“Welcome to Hell!!!”
“Hell…. I’M DEAD?!!!!” I groaned out through barred teeth and stood to my feet, looking around I saw definite signs, this was Hell alright. A blood red sky, fires everywhere, little sinners running around stabbing and shooting one another.
“ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME, ALL MY WORK, MY SHOPPING EMPIRE, MY CLOSET, MY AWARDS, MY EVERYTHING, RAAAAAAHHH!!!” In my anger I grabbed the nearest sinner and threw them to the ground, putting my foot between their shoulder blades and grabbing their arms.
“You’re gonna tell me right now, what the hell is going on, WHY AM I DEAD AND HERE-” I shouted in their ear, seeing blood come out… oh shit I probably burst their ear drum… oh well, I’ve done that plenty of times to my assistants.
“D-d-do you mean, like in hell, or or just this area?” They questioned nervously. To be fair they were a scrawny little thing…
“What in the-“ I paused to look around, then referred back to this little shit “actually HELL are you talking about?”
“W-w-well, you must, *gulp* you must be new here, huh?” It asked with a weary smile and a weak little laugh, probably trying to ease the tension. “Well, down… down here, we uh, we have overlords who- who rule certain areas, we’re in Ms.Leefolt’s t-t-t-territory right now, I mean, our king Lucifer, Lucifer and Lilith Morningstar rule all of hell…”
“Well, that certainly is… intresting.” I smirk and stand up, releasing his arms but not letting my foot off his back. “So these, overlords… are they appointed by your king, or born into or something?” I question with a sharp red nail in between my teeth, thinking…
“No, no ma’am just, just anyone who’s ballsy enough to, to, take over enough territory and have enough demons- sell them their souls in exchange for something. Umm- if it’s not too much of a bother, could you let me go… I- I can feel my ribs crushing under me…” it started wheezing out and trying to get a hand under its chest to place a barrier between their chest and the ground.
“Hm, well if that’s all true, I can’t let some little thing like you going around gossiping about me.” I growled looking down at this freak… pressing my heel into his spine harder.
“No! No please, I won’t say a thing I promise!! Just let me go, please… pleas-“
SPLAT-
“Whoops, my bad, I slipped.” I reasoned, pulling my now bloody leg out of his torso.
“Ohh, eeeeeew eweweweweweweeew, I’ve got bits of his, ugh, lung on my heels.” Flicking away the bits of organ from my shoes, I take a breath and another look around but this time in a planning sense. Overlords huh, well, I’ll just have to see how much this ‘miss leefolt’ likes the taste of arsenic, I wonder when the last time she had a homemade pie was….
• So of course to establish some dominance in my new living arrangement, I gutted that bitch from the inside out. I took her territory, her power, her souls, even her manor. When I went to her office to kill her I found the deed to her house and all the contracts of sinners who gave her their souls in a pretty shittily hidden safe.
• I mean, I had to work so hard to build my life up just for a stupid grocer to end it all, so this is fine… right?
• The years go by and the world changes, you became one of the most powerful and influential overlords in hell, re-establishing your power once held on earth to a business in hell. Rosie and Velvet quickly becoming your closest friends, Velvet in a more business sense and Rosie being your go to gossip gal. Both of you having elegant and refined tastes. You and Husk became friends over talking shit in a casino one night, and remained friends after his downfall. He talks to you about this, radio demon, from time to time but you haven’t heard much of him
Little do you know he knows almost everything about you~
• Your walking around Cannibal Town one day waiting for Rosie to finish a meeting, watching children run around and little carts selling all kinds of body related snacks.
I lost a bit of my sense of surrounding and almost tripped on a kid running around with his friend throwing a head back and fourth.
"Jerermy! Stop playing with your lunch and apologize to that nice lady you almost ran into."
"Sorry miss, I didn't mean too." He said looking down at the head ashamedly, then offering me a piece of the cheek. "Would you like some of this face? It's really good." He looked up at me with an excited look. "Oh thank you, but I'm waiting for lunch with my friend, I'll go to the butcher and get some though, it looks really good." I smiled my pointy teeth at him, patted his head and motioned him back to his mother, she waved to me and I nodded my head back, thinking it was time for Rosie to be done by now.
"My my, with your reputation of anger issues I would assume you would tear that poor child into bits upon realization." A staticky voice spoke behind me, tilting my head back but not my body as I don't know who it is. I look him up and down, his outfit and cane/staff thingy give off quite the powerful impression. "My, mhm, reputation?" I pester raising my eyebrow.
"Ah-hahahaha, My name's Alastor, its quite a pleasure to finally meet you in person." He introduced reaching for the back of my hand to place a kiss. Him saying his name reminded me, I too finally recognized the name. "Oh, Rosie has told me much about you." The radio demon, his names been brought up many times around cannibal town since he frequented their shops and small town locals.
"Oh yes, Rosie is one of my dearest friends" He replied linking our elbows and started walking towards the shop. "Mine as well, she is quite the darling, so let me ask you now, where you just standing there when I got to the park, or where you going to follow me in silence since I left the emporium~" He didn't stutter in his step but my revelation made the air feel a bit more, weary on his side. Reaching into my hand purse I grabbed my lipstick and hand mirror and paused my walk to apply a touch more. Looking just past my lips in the reflection I saw his eyes in the back corner snap to my down, then back up to my eyes with a tight smile. "Well, are you coming? I know Rosie hates to be kept waiting." I snapped it shut and outreached my elbow waiting for him to link his so that we could start the traverse back to Rosie's.
• After our little group luncheon with Rosie, Alastor and you didn't verbally indicate that you were closer in any sense. But physically you swayed like two tree's. Brushing branches back and fourth with the breeze, restless and apart yet labeled as "together"
• You started doing weekly business deals, him acquiring land and souls for you, and all he asked in returns is he uses that land and those souls as he pleases. Which honestly isn't a lot. When he pulls people or their shadows to come help at the hotel- their mostly your people but he always sends them back to whence they came.
• He likes to pretend he doesn't necessarily care for being around you, however he's always looking for time you two can be together, or even thinking of each other. On his radio show he'll mention new shopping, eating, entertainment locations on your turf. He knows you listen when your able to. Sometimes he uses his power to let his station be the only one playing where ever you are. In the car, in a shopping store, you could be sitting in the bathroom and it would get to the point where you can hear it from the vents. Making you roll your eyes and finish your business so you could get to your office to listen to the radio.
• Truth be told... you where falling to his whims as well. Alastor didn't necessarily have "territory" but many places in one area he had influence in and quite often frequented. When you had rips or damage to your very expensive very delicacy clothing you would walk with him to the seamstress, and afterwards you would often get tea or lunch together. Maybe he knows a good diner or two and ya’ll will sit there and eat, then get a milkshake (mostly bc you wanted one, he just indulges to make you happy though he doesn’t care for the cold sweet taste) and drink it through two straws, awwwwwwwwwwwwe!!
• When either of you knew of prestigious events happening around you invite the other to be your plus one. You go shop together to find outfits for the occasion. You started attending overlord meetings together, with yourself sat on the opposite side of Rosie, sending each other glances and touches under the table whenever Rosie wasn't looking or walked away for a brief moment. At the events you stay close together and often stand away from the crowd, whispering and gossiping together, allowing yourself a to drink silly, little do you know how well he can hold his liquor and often will be the one making sure YOU get home. Sometimes you wake up still dressed, like the gentleman he is, and sometimes you’ll wake up in some red pajama set…. Like the gentleman he is, he’s not gonna let you sleep in an uncomfortable outfit. But he’s respectful about it.
• He often send subliminal messages through your radio to help you fall asleep, to push you to coming to see him, to maybe just stay in your town if he knew something really bad was going on outside. His favorite to do is when your falling asleep he’ll play the calmest songs from his time to comfort you as you drift off.
• When he officially asked to court you he compared you to the beautiful crimson of the sky, saying your cheeks where more bright and delightful to gaze at then the morning sky, when it was particularly bright. All kinds of poetic gestures, sending crows to your windows, sending your gifts of bodies with knives in them, and the knives had small notes left for you on some quote from a book you like. Now how he knows those are your favorite books are beyond you…. you don’t talk about your books much but, maybe he’s seen you reading it at some random point in time? Who knows, not you.
• He’s all in all not a bad partner, of course when you want to go out he usually goes along with what you want to do but if there’s something he refuses to do, his claws are sinking into your arms to keep you from dragging him to do it.
• His smile is genuine around you and you adore when he lets you pet his ears~ he’s not that intimate early on in the relationship but when your just sitting on a couch or watching the sun set from somewhere and you just reach over and pet his ears, he is putty in your hands, physically he keeps his compose fairly well but inside he’s willing to do anything to keep you touching his ears, telling himself he would sell YOU his soul if it meant you wouldn’t stop, petting his ears and helping him groom his antlers, don’t even get me started on the tail… oh wait he’s already got something going on with that… well darn… hopefully you will keep accepting his caring actions rather than push them away.
——-STOP reading here if you don’t want to get into the more “story line” of this idea, if you want more of a story KEEP READING——-
• One night some sinner had gotten into your liquor stash and drank himself ditzy, you chased him into an ally way, looking to end his fucking life. Most of those where gifts from clients that most likely had aphrodisiacs and at the time where trying to get down your pants, but he drank from one of the few special bottles Alastor had gifted you and you went ballistic. You ended up catching him and killing him, and taking a tip from Rosie and ripped some of his limbs off, letting yourself indulge in the taste of warm, liquor filled blood. When you came too you realized you didn't know where you had chased him. Now covered in blood, liquor, rain, mud and whatever mess you stepped in on your way over. Seeing the iluminating lights of the sign for the Hazbin Hotel, your only thought was to try and get to Alastor.
*knock knock knock*
*creeeeeeeeeeeeeeek*
"Oh! Oh my gosh, hi! Come in Come in. " An ecstatic girl ushered you inside, making a towel appear seemingly out of nowhere and helping you dry off. "I'm Charlie, whats your name?"
"Oh, how rude of me" I respond trying to shake off my chills, my nose starts to get a bit runny. "Uhm I'm Y/N, I don't mean to sound intrusive- uh is Alastor here?" I ask hesitantly, not wanting to just barge in but after the night I've had I wasn't in too much of a mood for pleasantries.
"Oh yes! Here, why don't you sit at the bar, have some tea or water or something and I'll run up to his radio tower." She sat me down at a bar stool and walked away. The bartender was turned around already whipping me up something.
"So he's got you wrapped up here huh?" I inquired with a smirk, resting my hands under my chin and trying to keep a little composure. His wings ruffled a little bit before he reached for my favorite hell made brand of brandy, my cotten candy brandy, I'm not one for sweets but I love the zing it gives you. The kind where you loose your vision for a good 7 seconds.
"You haven't usually been one to be a stranger, what gives?" Husk asked turning around handing me my drink and a bowl of pretzels.
"Well when I saw you weren't at your usual gambling tables I didn't think to question it, thought you where maybe getting more chips... ooooor hooking up in the chip room.... ooooor selling even MORE of your soul, if that's even possible, maybe like your wings or your feathers or, like your body as a human shield in the next extermination, never thought you'd be here slinging drinks." I shrugged swirling my drinks around the glass before taking a sip.
Before he could respond he took a bit of a step back and growled really low and deep in his throat.
"Ah yes well he owed me a favor and since I took an investment in this hotel I needed a little work on it done." Alastor came up behind me with a warm towel wrapping it around my shoulders as the one Charlie gave me was wrapped around my waist keeping my legs warm... unfortunatly the sinner got caught at a bad time, I was in the middle of 'me time' before bed and was in my good silk nighty. Glad I walked to my office with my fuzzy robe and ballet slippers. I feel really warm and fuzzy, my heads all….. comfy now… is that static coming from Alast-
"Oh deerest your all wet, would you like to come up and I can help you clean up." He asked you shaking the towel on your shoulders helping you sit up. "Oh yes please" you responded looking at him with sad tired eyes.
-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-
I took a sip of the warm tea Alastor had made me and laid back in the bath, taking it all in. I WAS just planning a quiet evening in at home, maybe snack on some treats I got in the Gluttony ring, watch some hells soap operas. Now I’m here, in my beau’s bathroom, relaxing… maybe I can convince him to let me up to his radio tower to listen to his late night show live, oh that would be fun. I wonder what it looks like up there? I’ve only ever seen his actual town house… a little ways away from town-
*CRASH *
“What the fuck?!” I sat up so fast I almost slipped, sitting on my butt… in the tub…. Shit did he spike my tea?
“Alastor? Is everything okay?” I asked loudly. Standing up carefully keeping three points of contact with the tub and the floor. I reached for a different robe he had given me, a soft red fluffy one, with (what I hope is faux ) fur along the collar and wrists.
Walking towards the bathroom door very carefully I cautiously reached for the shiny silver handle. Telling myself it’s okay but feeling a sense of dread in the pit of my stomach, and the handle was the top of the pit…
“Alastor?” I called out again, once more not getting an answer, bringing my hands to my mouth when I heard a large thump out there, trying to keeping my composure… oh what the hell they know I’m here already. I went to turn the handle what the door got pushed in, had I been able to see what happened I would’ve seen Alastor in his demonic form and it probably would’ve scared the actual shit outta me… but NOPE
I went to open the door when it got pushed open and a bright blue flash covered all of my vision and made me feel… kinda tried… but I’m awake, almost like I’m not in my body… it’s… really hard……. To keep my….. keep my eyes …………………………….………open…….
• You collapsed to the floor slowly breathing, in a trance, feeling some sharper claws pick you up bridal style, if you weren’t so dazed out you would see Alastor frozen in time… like a paused TV… unable to get to you, or subdue your captor. You still had enough conscience to hear a muffled voice talking to a phone~
“Yeah we got her… foil chains worke—“
“Get her ba-“
“…. Longer you take the quicker……….. flasher wears-“
• Last thing you could remember hearing before completing falling out was a radio scramble in your brain, the sound going from a hollow scraggly to a tight scraggle- like turning the tv in between stations………
:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:
AN: WELLLLL WHAT DID YA THINK???? Did you skip to down here or did you read the WHOLE thing. I really hope ya’ll like this, I’m so excited to make part 2, and maybe 3 or 4 depending on how far this goes.
Thank you to anyone who reads this and interacts in any way shape or form!!! Even if it’s just reading :) HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY AND REMEMBER
REALITY IS AN ILLUSION, THE UNIVERSE IS A HOLOGRAM BUY GOLD BYYYYYYEEEEEE
Don’t Fall In Love With Me (Yet)
Pairing: Trafalgar Law x reader
A/N: lalalalala i love law😇 i actually wrote about twice as much as what’s here to begin with, but i felt like it was too long for one post, so i might upload it as a second part later if anyone wants that! as always ty for the love, and i hope you enjoy! (did i write this instead of finishing part 3 of my Zoro mini series? perchance. (that will be up soon though!))
Part 2
It’s a day like any other on board the Thousand Sunny- calm waters, music, occasional shouting, and just one abnormality. Law, captain of the Heart Pirates, is a guest on board the Strawhat Crew’s ship in the aftermath of Dressrosa. And despite their hospitality, he finds practically everything about life on board their ship to be draining…
Every potentially quiet moment is interrupted by the crew’s shenanigans.
For starters: the cook and swordsman argue over every little thing, and most of their arguments escalate into fights. The navigator is actually a petty thief or a con-artist at best, and her double, the sniper, takes it upon himself to cause dangerous explosions at least once a day. The musician is an incredibly loud pervert, though the shipwright is somehow even louder and more dramatic. The archeologist is alright- she’s quiet, but Law finds her constant observation more eery than comforting. And the captain is still somehow convinced that his doctor could be used as a source of “emergency food.” Then there’s you; the one who brings whatever you’re working on at the time up to the deck so you can work in the sunlight, wears your weapons like they’re accessories, who only takes breaks from working to visit with your nakama, and always offers a charming smile when you catch Law staring… which happens multiple times in the course of the day.
Law is often irritated, rigid, and cold- so different from your own optimistic and nonchalant demeanor. At breakfast, he doesn’t talk much. Just eats his meal and thanks Sanji before excusing himself to go pour over anatomy books from the ship’s library. He does so for hours, not once joining the Strawhat Crew on deck or even taking time to explore the ship on his own. Nami frequents the library, as well, but she’s taken to drawing maps in her room or on deck since their guests arrival. When night begins to settle overhead, he may return to the kitchen for a cup of coffee, before going right back to his work.
At first, one might have been inclined to think Law didn’t like y/n at all. They can often see his gaze trained on them form from the corner of their eye, but chooses to ignore it sometimes and address it with a smile others. He almost never speaks to them if possible, only offering a nod or a mumbled response to whatever they says. But, he goes out of his way to sit by them at mealtimes and to find himself in the same narrow hallways as them, so that their arms brush. Those are the moments he obsesses over in his mind while he dozes off from his textbooks- the feel of their skin against his, and their kind acknowledgements- always void of harsh judgment.
It’s not just the lack of cruelty in essentially eveything they do, to Law; it’s the presence of love. Love for their nakama, their work, people and places they barely know, even him. He doesn’t recall ever having met someone so full of love that goes beyond superficial kindness- because they can be sarcastic and moody at times- besides perhaps Corazon.
And to y/n, there’s just something about Law that peaks their interests. Maybe it’s the feeling of having someone new around, or something even more indescribable and foreign to the pirate.
Zoro is asleep in the men’s cabin tonight, so y/n is keeping watch. It’s the usual arrangement for the 2 night owls of the crew- when Zoro has truly exhausted his body, he sleeps below deck with the others, and y/n has no trouble staying up through the night.
They turn on some quiet music on their speaker, a must have for any music lover. For a while, they just watch the sea and sky. Nights at sea are like a blackout. But, there is no need for light with strong eyesight and the even stronger moon and starlight.
So it’s no surprise that they see, just out of the corner of their peripheral vision, the top of a white and black speckled hat bobbing up and down as it moves toward the kitchen. Y/n’s eyes widen ever so slightly and their breath catches in their throat. The guest makes them feel silly, in a way, for not being able to discern their own feelings toward him, nor his toward them. They get so caught up in their thoughts about him that eventually they give up. Y/n shakes their head, mentally chastising themself for even being embarrassed or flustered in the first place. And with that confidence boost, they decide to go talk to him.
Next thing they know, y/n is standing before the kitchen door with no plan in mind for what they’re going to say to their crew’s ally. They open the door, but he doesn’t look up from the coffee brewing on the stove.
Y/n clears their throat to announce their presence, and Law whips his head around to see who it is. They offer a friendly smile and a little wave.
“Hi.” They speak softly, as if afraid to break the peace of the night.
A beat passes with no response from Law. Internally, he wishes they hadn’t walked in on him at this moment. The light from the overhead lamp catches in their eyes, and he feels entirely too seen. Not in the way he feels seen by someone like Robin, though, whose constant observation makes him feel uncomfortable; like one wrong move and he’ll have hell to pay for. No; y/n sees him and he’s scared that he might start spewing nonsense to avoid revealing his feelings. And suddenly his cheeks are on fire, and everything is quiet, and all he can focus on is the stars in their eyes that he tries so desperately to look away from.
They tilt their head, likely in concern, and he pulls himself out of his thoughts to mumble, “Hey.”
“Cant sleep?” y/n questions, their starry eyes (as described by Law) flickering over the coffee pot on the counter and back to him.
Law shrugs, then pulls his hat lower over his eyes to hopefully hide his warm face. “I wasn’t trying to sleep.”
“Hm…” they hum in response, “Want to keep watch with me then? If you aren’t busy.”
He thinks they’re just being friendly, like always. When they first met, Law was confused. It made no sense for someone so mild mannered to have a bounty of well over 500 million (now almost double that amount in the time that’s passed), though he didn’t doubt that looks could be deceiving. But even in the midst of battle, of which the two had been in several together, they refused to take kill shots or anything of the sort. So he was still unsure of how they had earned such an impressive reward for their capture. Still, they clearly had a high regard for life, and he had come to learn that they truly were just that kind hearted, not to mention witty and generous. And judging by the “Sora: Warrior of The Sea” sticker he’d noticed on small a journal they carried, which was one amongst many; a bit of a nerd, too. All of these things and more had made Law secretly impartial to them. Or at least, those were the reasons he has listed in his mind to make sense of these feelings.
So he nodded, much to their surprise, and mumbled again “Sure.”
The curve of their smile opens up into a grin, and y/n leaves while fully expecting Law to follow (whenever his coffee was ready.) Which, he does.
“Fall in Nashville”
Tumblr media
Summary: Julien invites you to a cabin for a second date with Phoebe and Lucy
Content: f!reader, fluff, forced proximity
(for the julien girlies/me)
pt 2 “Now I’m Covered in You” is out!!
Julien invited you to this cabin with her friends Lucy and Pheobe. You met her earlier that month and never thought you’d be spending weekends with her.
You arrived close to four, your stomach in knots the whole drive. In all honestly, you two hadn’t even kissed. This would be your second date, and you hoped the three of them didn’t plan on sacrificing you in the forest.
Earlier that week, you asked Julien about the dress code for the weekend. She laughed as she thought you were joking. You laughed along with her as you didn’t get your question answered. Guess go for a fall in Nashville.
Pulling into the driveway, you saw two other cars there as well. Julien came out waving at you as you parked, waving back as you hopped out.
“Hey,” she said with a smile forming on her face. She looks gorgeous. Her hair recently cut to shoulder length, her face dotted with pale freckles, and she wore black jeans, a white cuffed tee, and an amber-colored flannel, with a hair tie on her wrist. This woman. “I’m glad you made it.”
You felt your heart skip as she hugged you. You couldn’t believe how good it felt in her arms.
“Thanks for inviting me up here,” you replied, feeling a bit nervous, you broke the hug as she got your stuff from the back.
As you walked up to the house, you were completely mesmerized by her, glancing over more than you should. Fantasizing this becoming your future.
“So what do you think of the place so far? Pretty nice right?” She asked as she approached the door, stopping to keep the conversation for a moment.
“It’s really special Jay, I see the appeal,” you say, and it’s true. It all screamed Julien to you.
“I’m happy you’re here,” she said, putting her empty hand on your arm. A jolt of electricity ran through you as it only lasted a few moments before she opened the door.
Stepping inside, you were greeted by Lucy and Pheobe, who were laughing about something as you came in. Their welcoming nature made you feel like you had known them forever.
As the night went on, the four of you laughed and felt the hours slip away like minutes. It was nearly seven, and Lucy and Pheobe insisted on getting wine and snacks. They groaned realizing they’d have to go out to get some.
You were lying on the floor, legs relaxing against the couch and arms sitting on your stomach. Julien sat upright beside you, messing with your hair periodically.
Lucy stood at the door waiting as Pheobe grabbed her keys from the kitchen, “We’ll only be out for 7 minutes tops.” She tells us.
Right as Lucy was about to shut the door, “No fucking before that!” Pheobe calls out, followed by her and Lucy laughing.
And just like that, it was only you and Julien.
Your excitement peaked as Julien looked down at you with soft eyes. “I’m really glad I invited you,” she said, still messing with your hair.
You felt your face heat up from the feeling, “I’m really glad I came. They seem great by the way,” you beam up at her.
You start to hold her wrist, she flinches slightly as you rub your thumb against her skin. Julien's eyes dart to your hand and back to you. Her face matched the same red tint as yours.
The silence became palpable. A moment passed before she started to move down to you, which was poorly timed as you attempted to pull yourself up and accidentally bumped heads. “Fuck!” you wince, letting her go and holding your head.
Julien threw her head back, groaning from the pain.
You sat up and flung your hands onto Julien. “Shit Julien, are you okay?” You asked her. She kept her eyes shut, furrowing her brows. Did you fucking concuss Julien Baker?
Your hands found their way to the sides of her face, reiterating the same question, concern rushing through you.
“Yeah, I’m fine. Don’t worry about it,” Julien answered breathlessly, laughing it off, a small smile appearing as she moved her hands over yours. Her eyes opened, noticing your concerned expression.
For a moment, you two just looked at each other. The tension grew as she ran her thumb over your hand. She glanced down at your lips and then met your gaze again. Julien leaned forward and kissed you, tangling her hands through your hair.
After a while, you pulled away to look at her. It was like seeing her for the first time again. The knotting in your stomach faded and was replaced with contentment.
“I really like you, Jay,” you confess.
Julien beamed, “I really like you too,” she replied and kissed you again.
Julien eventually pulled away, smiling as she got up to put a record on. She returned and sat behind you, wrapping her arms around you. The two of you filled the silence with conversations about music and stories from adolescence.
Pheobe and Lucy came back with snacks in hand, seeing you two cuddling and talking. They didn’t seem surprised, exchanging a look as Pheobe set her keys on the counter.
“Did we walk in on something?” Lucy asked, giggling at the circumstance.
You laughed at her comment, sinking deeper into Julien's arms, feeling shy about the situation. Julien, on the other hand, seemed unfazed and laughed along.
Phoebe walked over to you tarot deck in hand, ‘Y/n do you want a reading?”
You nodded as you were curious. Julien stayed behind you as Pheobe and Lucy sat across from you two.
Phoebe was telling you about your future and what to expect, with cards like the Two of Cups and Ace of Wands laid out, Lucy egging on the reading as she went.
Lucy chimes in, “I knew it! You and JB!”
You felt your face heat up, Julien looks down at you, a comforting smile on her face.
“It’s not for sure, but there is a possible relationship, possible,” Phoebe added.
As Pheobe continued, you became more aware of Julien's presence, her breath against your neck, her arms tightening around you, the feeling dominating you as you attempted to listen to Pheobe.
You grin, but the excitement mixes with anxiety as you only recently met Julien. But the possibility of a relationship made your heart race.
Lucy left to bring the snacks and wine, and Phoebe started the put her cards away, “So how are you feeling about it? Helpful at all?” Phoebe asked, wanting to know if she had crossed any lines.
“No no, I liked it. Thanks,” you smiled, zoning out focusing on what the reading said.
Phoebe got up, Julien could hear them talking in the kitchen. She looked down at you and noticed you spacing out.
Julien left a kiss on your cheek, “It doesn’t mean anything. I still mean what I said,” she whispered to you, leaving another kiss, “Do you?”
You turn to face her, feeling the warmth from her breath on your skin, “Yeah, of course I do.” You respond, kissing Julien and moving your hand to her face. “Who else would bring me to this cabin?”
Golden thoughts (ln4)
Tumblr media
______________________________________________ Lando Norris x fem!sprinter!reader
word count: 1.7k
part: 1/? part one, part 2, part three, part four
warnings: not too much, alcohol consumption/intoxication, badly translated French, mention of STI,
a/n: Sooo, here’s my first fic. It’s just a short set-the-scene sorta thing but I’m going to see (hopefully) about turning it into a small series. Don’t really have high hopes for it and I’m still getting in the swing of writing so it’s probably not going to be great but fuck it kinda mentality here. Feedback is much appreciated:)
You were friends with the Leclerc brothers. Of course you were aware of that.
You were aware of what they did for a living, and all the guys who also did it with them. You had always been an F1 fan, but to you they had always just been Charles and Arthur.
Growing up neighbours and family friends in Monaco meant you saw a side of the Leclerc brothers that no one else did.
You watched and supported them as they rose up and they did the same for your sprinting career, but there was always an unspoken agreement.
The agreement was simple; you kept the work part of your lives separated. When you spent time together, it was as the kids who became friends all those years ago, never as the athletes you had all become.
 Arthur nor Charles invited you to races, introduced you to friends from the track or mentioned your name in public in a attempt to keep your relationship the way it had always been, and you did the same, avoiding the F1 world completely. This of course, included not becoming friends with other drivers.
And definitely not dating them.
So when you walked down the sprawling staircase of your hotel to find Arthur, Charles, Carlos, and Lando seated in the lobby, you thought you were free to slip by them unbothered.
Somehow you had all ended up in the same city for the week, your championship Track meet and their race set miraculously on the same dates. Until now though, you had thought you wouldn’t even see them.
Dressed in black nike shorts and a matching sports bra with an oversized zip up slung on, you were headed to the track. In your opinion, the best way to get over jet lag was to get in a solid warm-up and good few sprints.
This is why when Arthur calls your name and waves you over, it takes you a second to process you’re actually the one he’s talking to.
Your face must have confusion written all over it when you walk over because when Charles makes eye contact with you he chuckles before talking.
 “I know it’s not usually how we do things, but I figured we could maybe change it up tonight? We’ve been friends for longer then I can remember and you haven’t even met Carlos yet.”
Slowly you nod, still processing why the brothers would so blatantly uncover the friendship you’ve all so carefully protected. After a second of soul searching, you decide to take the change as a positive.
“You get 5 minutes. I was heading to the track.”
Arthur snorts. “Oh vraiment ? Quelle surprise” “oh really? What a surprise there.”
Rolling your eyes, you motion for him to scoot over. Arthur grins at you before making room on the couch.
“Well, Carlos, Lando, this is Y/N. Y/N, Lando and Carlos.”
Lando grins, “Where’ve you been hiding her mate?”
Charles smacks him on the back of his head and he whimpers like it actually hurt, sending Charles and Carlos into fits of laughter .
They boys seem nice enough, but you’re not sure how to handle yourself in front of them. You don’t want to embarrass yourself or the Leclercs, but also don’t want to treat them like mere drivers instead of people.
You pick up the glass of water beside you that’s sweating cold beads of water.
“So what do you do?” A Spanish accent breaks the silence.
You don’t hesitate to answer the question the same you you have been since you got sick of it years ago. “I wrestle dinosaurs”
Your sarcasm is met only with raised brows instead of laughter. Lando is the only one to smirk into his drink before looking up at you, smiling through thick lashes.
You’d be lying if you said he wasn’t attractive.
They all were, with strong necks, veiny hands and sharp jawlines, but something was different about Lando. His bright eyes, bouncy curls and curving smile gave off an attractive boyish charm, but his broad shoulders, biceps and muscled stomach couldn’t be described as anything but hot.
You realize too late that you’ve been looking at him for a second longer then you should’ve as everyone shifts awkwardly. Arthur bumps your arm, giving you a pointed look laced with… jealousy? before continuing to nurse his bottle of beer.
As conversation starts again, Lando leans across the table between you and slyly whispers “it’s okay, I’ve been checking you out too.”
You feel blood rise in your cheeks and glare at him as he leans back into his seat, shooting a cheeky grin at you before resuming his chat with Carlos.
You really couldn’t decide whether you thought he was hot, cute, or annoying, before deciding that he was all three combined. He kept a steady stream of cute but sassy comments and couldn’t seem to respond to anything that happened in a relatively regular fashion.
It didn’t help that he announced everything was on him, meaning you would be dealing with at least one hammered Monegasque later that night.
Your “five minutes” turned into ten turned into twenty before you gave up on the idea of getting to the track. You found yourself enjoying the easy conversation and sense of comfort that always washed over you when you were with the Leclercs.
The topic flowed between pets, the looming threat of rain and random facts of favourite colours and foods before most of them guys reach their third or fourth drink. The volume and pointlessness of the conversation increased drastically as everyone passes from being tipsy into being quite drunk.
You and lando, who also didn’t have any alcohol, stayed quiet as stories are exchanged that could get everyone in serious trouble with PR officers.
“Hey Y/N, if you found out you would die at midnight, what would you do tonight?” The words come out of Charles mouth with a lilt as he giggles.
“What would you do Charles?”
It’s easy to dodge the question seeing as everyone is almost pass out drunk, but Lando narrows his eyes at you like you were hiding something by not answering the question. You roll your eyes at him and turn away just in time to hear Charles say “I would text every single guy on the grid from a anonymous number and tell them their partner tested positive for an STI.” Carlos’ jaw drops, lando chokes on his water, Arthur giggles and Charles cackles like he just made the best joke in the world.
                                   ~
When Arthur’s eyelids start dropping and putting together sentences is no longer within his capabilities, you decide it’s time for him to go.
“Thanks for the great time tonight, but I think this boy is going to have to call it.”
Carlos and Charles, not quite as hammered as the younger boy, look your way.
“My brother has dug himself quite a grave hasn’t he?” Charles giggles and leans into Carlos, “we should probably leave too.”
The Spaniard nods and looks pointedly at Lando, who sighs before muttering something about driving them. The 3 boys stand up, stretch and leave with drunken waves in your direction.
“Come on bub, let’s stand up.” Using the nickname from your childhood, you tug lightly on Arthur’s arm, willing him to follow you. He sways on his feet, grounding himself with a hand on your shoulder that moves to cup your chin.
 “Tu es très belle Y/N.” “you are very beautiful”
You can smell the alcohol on his breath and see exactly how flushed his cheeks are.
Fighting the urge to roll your eyes, you lead Arthur to his car. You’ve done this enough to know that when the flirting begins and the English is gone, you have max 15 minutes until he passes out.
The ding of the hotel elevator makes Arthur cover his ears and groan. He’s relying heavily on you to stay upright and it takes much longer then it should to drag him down the hall to his room, fish the keycard out of a pocket and get him lying on his bed.
He blacks out the second you turn off the lights and you shut the door as quietly as you can, content knowing he has fresh water, a bucket, and his phone beside him.
“Jesus Lando, oh my god!” The smiling Brit stands silently across from you like he was straight out of some messed up horror scene.
“Did Carlos and Charles make it ok?”
He nods to the room next to Arthur’s, “They’re in there and they’re fine. Charles is a puker but Carlos isn’t that drunk and they like taking care of each other.”
You sense from the way he says it that there’s more to unpack there but decide to leave it for another time.
“How adorable.”
 Lando says nothing so you move past him and start heading towards the elevator. When you turn back, he’s still there, waiting at the door.
“Do you make a habit of listening outside your friends hotel rooms or- ?” You give him a questioning smile.
“It’s my room too. I just- “ he sighs. “I really hate being around drunk people. I mean they’re my friends and all but being the only sober one in a room full of incoherent people makes me feel so gross. Bad memories and stuff. I don’t know.“
He blushes and looks around uncomfortably.
You soften when you hear the tone of his voice and how awkward he looks talking about it. Before you can think about it, words are leaving your mouth that you never thought would.
“You could come to my place if you want.”
You say it like you offer things like that all the time, instead of the truth, which would be that you never invite people to your room, not even friends. You spend a lot of time alone, enjoying your own presence more than you should, and hating the feeling of relying on other people.
Being alone a lot and having that be enough made your life a lot easier.
Landos blush deepens and you meets your eyes shyly. “Yeah, that’d be nice.” He smiles at you, showing all his teeth. You didn’t even dare to admit that it makes you feel warm inside. “Thank you. Y/N”
"Why do you hate me??"
Katsuki Bakugou x reader
author's note: not sure what this is but it came to me and it seemed cool so, here you go.
ALSO don't be shy to like or comment if you liked it, or if it should or should not have part 2. Okay now go read it bye -vee<3
---------------------------------------------------
Shit! She caught me staring again...fuckfuckfuckfuck why is she getting closer FUCK! Look away! LOOK AWAY CMON IT'S NOT THAT HARD FUCKING SHIT! was what was going on inside Katsuki's head. And for a good reason too. The girl he hated (read: liked asf) was rapidly approaching him.
But...she looked...angry? Huh—
"Listen here!" She said 5 meters away from him, yelling. That caught him off guard, he's not gonna lie.
"Huh-" he tried to say something but before he could she cut him off, not only with words but by getting in his face too.
"I don't know what you got going on inside your little head, but if you think you can just stare like you wanna start a fight at me, or even my friends we're gonna have a problem buddy" she was now doing that thing where you put your point finger against someone chest while yelling at them.
Katsuki could barely get what was happening, with her being this close to him, he was starting to blush and was flustered. He doesn't know what is this supposed to mean because he never expirienced this in his 17 years of life. Is he going to get sick? What was going on??
"Hello??? Are you even listening or are you really that much of a jerk everybody's talking you are?" She looked at him wide eye waiting for his answer.
When she noticed his reddening in face, she misunderstood it, and thought he was getting angry and wanted to yell but was holding back.
"Don't hold back on me! Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I can't fight!" She yelled.
He was blown. He didn't know what to say. She just looked so...hot, all angry. A stark contrast to her faint smiles at lunch with her friends, or when she did silly things while thinking nobody was watching her, but what can he do when he literally lives two houses apart hers, so he has to go behind her because he doesn't wanna talk to her(he's scared)?
"Hun, let's just go, you won't get anywhere with this..." her best friend tried to stop potential fight.
"NO! He's being an absolute asshole, and a total bitch! Why is he always acting like he's better! You LITERALLY told me people were scared of him. WHY? He can't even answer my questions..." She rolled her eyes at last sentence and just turned around.
"Forget this shit. When you're actually not being a total pussy, contact me to solve this once and for all." She looked at him over her shoulder and then walked away with her friends.
What. The. Actual. FUCK?
The group of people cleared pretty fast, due to Katsuki's "angry" appearance, scared a little.
While he just stood there.
"Hey bro, what was that all about?" Ejirou Kirishima, his best friend approached asking worried what his best friend might have done now.
"Ejirou...I think I'm in love" Katsuki said, out of breath, not even knowing how, or why those words came out.
"...well I called it"
"Shut the fuck up" Katsuki grumbled while those two walked to arcade to have a serious talk about what next step is.
writers note: this is really old and bad like seriously . also im left on delivered really not cool😓💔
Tumblr media
You never were a fan of walking home after sunset. You had to follow your intuition because in the dim light of moon you could barely see where you are.
Eventually, after a few months of stress, something had to happen. And here you were, surrounded by a few boys your age. You had a few shots - you weren't drunk, but definitely not... completely aware of what's happening. You decided it's an excellent idea to talk back.
They exchanged glances as you challenged them, as if communicating telepathically. You could feel something shift in the air, tension rising, despite their lack of visible anger. What exactly you said to provoke them, you couldn't remember.
Suddenly, in a flash of movement, one of them grabbed your arm, spinning you around to face them. Your vision was blurred as everything happened too fast. He pressed a cold object against your forehead. The other boys smiled.
"What do you think it is?" He asked calmly, as you struggled to focus your eyes.
In your state of mild intoxication, your vision and balance began to fail you. You closed your eyes tighter, hoping the world would stop spinning. You leaned heavily on the boy holding you in place, and he laughed coldly.
"She's drunk." He announced to the others.
You felt yourself begin to slide to the floor, but he held you up. You tried to break free but could barely stand, not only because of the alcohol, but all the sensations.
Another boy chuckled, as if he just told them a hilarious joke. The one holding your arm tightened his grip, as the second one moved behind you. They were whispering to eachother.
"What should we do with her?" He asked, snickering to himself.
"A drunk girl alone at night? Hmm. There's millions things we could do." His friend replied, his voice low and menacing.
You hestitated for a moment but decided to say something. "Let me go." You spoke carefully.
You heard their cruel laughter, the way they looked at you like a helpless animal.
"Not going to happen, sweetheart." The boy holding you replied. He grabbed you by the hair, tugging your head back, causing your neck to arch uncomfortably. Just then, you could feel something cold on your throat. "That's up to us. That pretty little mouth of yours has gotten itself into a bit of trouble." He added, his voice low and predatory.
You struggled to free yourself, but he was stronger than you expected. You let yourself be pulled close to the boy who first spoke.
"Now don't go struggling so much, cutie." He whispered. "You'll ruin your makeup, and that just won't do."
And then, one more person came. She, because it was a female (even though she looked masculine and it wasn't so obvious at first, when your vision was still fuzzy), seemed to surprise even your attackers.
"What are you guys doing?" She scoffed, smoke blew out of her mouth as she spoke.
The grip on your body loosened. "Oh, look who missed us. Hey, Williams." The boy ignored her question, clearly knowing the girl.
The girl's presence stunned the boys into momentary submission. They quickly regained their composure, exchanging a look with eachother before turning back to you.
"I was just about to teach this little one a lesson." The first boy replied. "Can't have her walking the streets, alone and drunk, while she's all dressed up. She needs to be taught humility."
The second boy smirked. "You need to be careful, sweetie." He said, squeezing your shoulder. "There are creeps like us out there, and-"
"Shut the fuck up." You hissed, cutting him off as the female's presence made you finally able to speak up. "Let me go, damnit!"
They backed up at your outburst, clearly surprised. They exchanged glances with eachother, as if unsure about who should react. The first boy spoke up first, with a sneer.
"Oh, she can talk again." He scoffed, as the second boy laughed. He leaned in close to you, his voice low.
"What did you say, whore?" He grinned, his tone cold and menacing.
'Williams' rolled her eyes and came right in front of you. "So, I get you don't know them." She looked at you before turning her attention to your attackers. She extended her hand in a 'come here' gesture. "Give me her."
Someone pushed you slightly backwards, out of her reach.
"Fucking sadists." You murmured, hoping the girl will find a way to convince them somehow.
She quickly took a little bag from her backpack and tossed it to one of them. It was too dark to see what it is, but you could guess - weed.
The second boy caught the bag and opened it, peering inside, before a smile spread across his face. He shared a look with the first boy.
"I think she's good." He spoke up, as the first boy nodded. They released your hands, looking to the girl.
"You're the boss, Williams, you're always the boss." One of them muttered.
The boys turned to head back the way they came, as 'Williams' stood there, looking at you. Her expression remained stern and unforgiving.
"You should get someone to walk you home next time." She said, her tone neutral.
Behind her, the boys' laughter could be heard as they walked away.
"I don't need a bodyguard." You huffed, but deep down you felt a lot of sympathy for the girl. She may be weird - having weed in her backpack and knowing those disgusting boys, but she probably saved you, after all.
She watched you for a moment, as if debating whether to say more. She turned to leave, but stopped.
"Your makeup is smudged." She said, her tone remained neutral.
She stepped towards you and brushed her fingers across your face, using her thumb to wipe away some smudged makeup under your eye.
She pulled her hands away, inspecting your features. "Jesus, you poor thing. Wait, you have a cut on your neck." She noted, before pulling a tissue out of her pocket.
Then, she gently pressed a tissue to the cut on your neck, as the light from the street lamp illuminated your face. She looked to you, her expression concerned, as you felt your heartbeat quicken in your chest.
"Does it hurt?" Her tone turned to a more soft and caring one.
You didn't answer, too surprised by the sudden change of her appearance.
She took your hands, inspecting the red, fresh bruises on your wrists, as if noticing them for the first time.
"You don't have anyone, do you?"
There was silence for a moment, as the two of you stared at eachother. Suddenly, the girl's expression changed, an idea occurring to her.
"Come on." She said abruptly, her voice firm, as she reached for your hand. "I've got somewhere you can crash at." She pulled you forward, walking down the dark street. "You can fix yourself up back at my place."
You allowed yourself to be led forward, following behind her as she walked. At first, you felt uneasy about trusting a stranger. You never met this girl, yet here you were, following her into the night.
As you walked, she glanced back at you periodically, as if making sure you were alright. Sometimes she'd ask some questions, like your name, age, or just tried to build a conversation. You found out her name is Ellie and she knows the boys because of her weed business.
After a while, the two of you arrived at a small, unassuming apartment.
"Ladies first." She smirked, as she unlocked the door with a small key. She beckoned for you to walk inside.
You stepped in, as Ellie shut the door behind you. The apartment was dark, but you could tell it was spacious. The layout was open, with everything on the same floor, including the living area, kitchen, and a set of stairs that led to the upper floor.
She sighed, removing her shoes, as she sat down on the couch in the living area. She reached into her backpack, pulling out a joint. Taking it apart, she began to roll it back, more neatly.
You remained silent, feeling uneasy and out-of-place. You had no idea what to expect from this girl, and had no choice but to trust her, considering your situation.
She looked at you, noticing your expression. "Relax, doll. You're safer here than you were out on the street. You smoke?" She asked, her tone remained neutral.
You sat down on a chair nearby, as Ellie lit the joint, taking a few long drags. She held her breath for a moment, before breathing out a plume of smoke. You didn't manage to answer before she passed it to you.
"Just to settle your nerves." She explained. "I'm not about to hurt you. Or do anything to you."
You took the joint, taking a tentative puff, as the strong smell of pot filled the room. Almost immediately, a feeling of calm washed over you, as your muscles relaxed and your mind cleared.
You watched Ellie smoke, her eyes closed as she breathed in the smoke deeply. There was something oddly calming about her, as if her presence was enough to put you at ease.
"How often do you walk around like that?" She asked after a few moments of passing the joint back and forth.
You took another puff, letting the smoke fill your lungs. For a moment, you felt a bit light-headed as the drug began taking its effect. You glanced at Ellie, who had her eyes closed, smoking with one hand while she cleaned up the table with the other.
"Often enough." You said, and she nodded, as if understanding something.
"You're lucky I ran into you." She smirked, exhaling some smoke. She looked over at you directly, her eyes searching.
She took a long drag, and held the smoke deep in her lungs before slowly letting it out. You noticed her eyes barely left you. She sat there, in silence, observing you, as you both passed the joint between each other.
Finally, after a long moment of silence, she spoke up again.
"Why do you do it?" She asked, as she took another drag. "Walk alone at night after a few drinks. You live in a city like this. It's dangerous, no?" She shook her head, seeming puzzled.
You took a long drag on the joint, as you considered her question. It wasn't something you often thought about, but the more you thought, the more confused you became.
"I think-" you started before stopping. "I'm not sure, actually." You admitted with a sigh. "Maybe I just like being alone, or something."
She nodded, as if to accept your answer.
"I don't think you do, though." She said, still observing you.
You passed the joint back to her, thinking about her question. It wasn't your nature to question your own actions, or why you did things. It was rare that you could even make sense of your own thoughts, let alone explain them to someone else.
But Ellie had her doubts. She was perceptive, and you didn't know what to make of it. The more time you spent in her company, the more her eyes searched you.
"What makes you say that?" You asked, curious.
Ellie took a moment to respond. She leaned back into the couch, taking a drag of the blunt.
"Your makeup." She shrugged, like it was obvious. "It looks like it's been done to impress someone."
Her tone was neutral, as if it was a simple observation. To her, that's what makeup was for. You, on the other hand, felt uncomfortable by how accurate she was.
You felt yourself flush as Ellie spoke. Your makeup was an attempt at impressing someone. Not someone specific, really, but someone. Anyone. You wanted people to notice you.
"You have me figured out, huh?" You said, with a slight laugh.
"It's only obvious, if you take the time to look." She took another drag of the joint, watching you intently as the smoke filled her lungs.
She stood up and disappeared in a bathroom for a few seconds, before coming back with something to disinfect the little wound on your neck you already forgot about. Ellie's action took you aback. Here she was, a stranger smoking weed with you in the middle of the night, yet she was still offering you little gestures of concern.
She returned to the living area, with cotton swabs and disinfectant. She placed the swabs on a small table next to the couch, then knelt beside you, as you sat on the armchair.
Her eyes studied you as she cleaned the wound on your neck, being extra careful not to touch the surrounding area more than necessary. After a few moments, she removed her hands and sat back on the couch, her eyes never leaving you.
"Better?" She asked, her voice soft and calm as ever.
You nodded. The small wound on your neck hadn't bothered you much, but having it taken care of was pleasant. She've even been gentle and careful about it. She was still in your presence, sitting on the couch, watching you with steady, unmoving eyes.
"Thank you." You said, still feeling the warmth of the joint in your body.
You spent a lot of time just talking, realizing you got a lot in common and even if not, you respected each others differences.
You cleared your throat, feeling that you should probably be home now. You'd been with Ellie for some time, and the late hour coupled with the effects of the joint had you feeling slightly disoriented.
"I probably should be going... I need to get some sleep." You said, your tone apologetic as you cleared your throat again.
"Yeah, I suppose you probably should." She replied, as she stood back up. "Need any help to get home?" She raised an eyebrow, looking at you intently.
Hers eyebrow remained raised as she waited for your reply. You felt uneasy, not sure how to respond.
The joint had left you mildly disoriented, the late hour taking its toll as well. You were also still unfamiliar with her intentions, despite having spent two hours in her company.
"Actually, can I take the offer?" You replied, hesitantly. "I'd love some company walking home."
Ellie looked at you for a moment longer before nodding, with a slight smile. You could tell she expected and wanted you to say that.
"You didn't bring a jacket?" She asked, an expression of mild concern on her face. You shook your head, unsure of what to say.
"Alright, give me a minute." She said, as she walked to her bedroom. She returned a few moments later, a hoodie in her hands. "Take this, it's cold outside." She instructed, as she handed it to you. You took the thick-looking hoodie, pulling it on, as Williams looked you over.
She smirked as she watched you pull it on, the sleeves reaching down to just under the ends of your fingers.
It was nearly midnight as the two of you stepped outside her apartment, walking down the silent street. She was on higher alert than ever, constantly scanning her surroundings as the two of you walked. Her eyes didn't leave the darkness, but every now and then, she'd sneak a quick glance at you.
You headed towards a quiet part of town.
You reached your house, standing on the sidewalk. The effects of the joint had worn off, and your exhaustion suddenly hit you full force.
"Thank you." You said to Ellie, not sure what else to say. "Will you be fine, though?" You added. "You know, going all the way back, alone."
Ellie's expression remained neutral, as if she was used to walking home alone, even at the late hour.
"I'll be fine." She reassuringly smiled at you. "Go get some rest, you look tired."
She took a step towards you, as if about to lean in and hug you. After a moment's hesitation, she leaned forwards and did so, pushing a small bag into your hand before pulling away.
She turned around and started heading off in the other direction. "Sleep well!"
You watched her until she was out of view. Then, you headed inside.
Of course her little gift was weed but that was just an excuse to leave you a message. With a black marker she wrote her number and a note under it - 'if you'll ever need someone to walk you home again'. She must do it while going into the bedroom, to take her hoodie.
Shit, her hoodie!
You looked down at the oversized but comfortable and warm cloth.
At least I have an excuse to text her, you thought.
And you knew she did it on purpose.
RadioStatic!!!
After pitching the “business deal” to Alastor and him truining it down Vox still want to be professional so he went in to shake Alastors hand.
When Alastor accepted the hand shake he pulled Vox into a hug and traced the word /love you/ on his back with his index finger. Vox pushed him away because he thought he was getting pranked on getting laughed at.
But when he looked into Alastors eyes he saw pain and even tho that deer was smiling it didn’t match his eyes at all. But before he could even say anything Alastor walked out of building.
A month later of not seeing Alastor Vox gained the courage to look over the security cameras in the office he pitch his idea to Alastor in. That camera in the corner had a good angle of Alastors face and Vox was completely surprised to see that Alastor didn’t mess up the camera quality.
Vox continuing, to watch the pitch go down again saw that ever time he mentioned Val Alastor gave a sour look but Vox was to excited to even notice that look and the more he kepted mentioning him the more Alastor looked mad.
At the end the pitch when he said no and Vox got pulled into the hug he saw that Alastor traced something on him. What was that? He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and began copying what Alastor wrote on him back when it done he realized what it said /love you/ HOLY SHIT!
Alastor loved him! He loves him to! But as he continued watching the security footage, he was just how heartbroken his deer was when he walked away from him and out the room.
He paused the video because right after Alastor left he broke down crying and he doesn’t want to see that again.
But he kepted wondering, and thinking “if Alastor loves me then why did he turn down my offer?” As he kepted replaying the footage over and over and over and over again he realized that if Valentino wasn’t mentioned at all throughout the how meeting then maybe Alastor would have agreed!
If he didn’t have Valentino then he would still have his deer! Why does he need that moth again? For money? Alastor have a million dollar smile! What good is that moth again? He doesn’t want him anymore he wants his deer! He knows exactly who’s at fault with taking his beautiful singing deer from him and
Ohhhhhhhhhhh he needs his revenge
"Mind, heart, and body." (Law x Reader!)
Tumblr media
Description: It was a rough and stormy night on the Polar Tang. You were a new recruit on the Heart Pirates. Law let you join the crew because he knew the amount of power you held and.. well.. beauty too. Eventually one of the thunder strikes woke you up. Making you head over sleepily to Law’s room, falling asleep on his bed. Then what happened? That’s just for Law and you to know..
Side Notes: Hello my wonderful loves!! Please enjoy this fic, I spent most of my day fixing this up for you all. <3 (Probably spelling mistakes + My requests should be open!)
Consider following..?
(づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ
~~~
It was another rough night on the Polar Tang, waves crashed against the ship which indicated a thunderstorm. You had just recently joined the Heart Pirates and Law had chosen you because of your amazing fighting skills and maybe your looks too..
The thunder and lighting grew louder and stronger, half asleep you wondered if the ship was really going to be okay with this many waves and chaos.
You could hear the screams and yells of the harsh ocean wind against the small, glass window over your bed. Another ‘bang’ sound came from the outside thunder, this made your eyes snap open.
You wanted to hold something. You were actually feeling scared over something so simple.
Then you noticed a small light seeping from under your door, the same light you saw before you slept.
Law’s room.
You assumed that Law being Law.. was still awake, and that he was working on whatever Law works on at this time of night. Probably studying some medical books or what not.
So, you decided to sit up on your bed and walk over to this room. You weren’t really thinking straight because of your sudden awakening from the thunder.
You knocked on his door and didn’t hear anything.
So you just decided to barge in.
“L-law.. you in here..?” you said scratching your eyes slightly, standing in his doorway, scanning the room.
You saw Law on this chair, head deep into his work.
Law turned around on his chair and stared at you in shock.
“E-eh y/n-ya..? What are you doing this late in here..?” Then it hit him like a pile of bricks, you were in his room, at this time of night, alone.
He felt a small burning sensation creep up on him. He was blushing.
“I dunno.. I was sleeping and then the thunder woke me up..” you stared at him innocently.
You began walking towards his bed and plopped on it, still dizzy from waking up and walking abruptly to his room.
“Y/n.. y-you shouldn’t be in here..” he looked down on you, wide eyed.
“I know but.. It’s scary..” you mumbled and began getting comfortable in his bed.
Law shut his medical book, pushed his chair in place and walked closer to you.
“I’m taking you back.” he said firmly.
He didn't want you to get him wrong.. He’d love to sleep with you in his bed but.. There was something about it.. He couldn’t commit to it.
Then he placed his hands under you and lifted you up from his bed, your feet dangling in the air and your head in his chest.
As he walked to your room, he opened the door and placed you gently on your bed and shut the blinds of the small window, his body hanging over you.
Then you, in your sleep, grabbed his clothing. This pulling movement from you made him stumble and fall on you. Not hard enough to wake you up though.
At this point he was completely bright red and hopeful you didn't wake up to see him in this state. He slowly got up from his position, careful to not wake you up.
“Law…” you said his name in a quiet and adorable voice.
His attention snapped to you.
“I want my good night kiss..” you smiled with your eyes still shut.
Law was speechless.
He was stuck in between following your request or completely ignoring you and walking out. However, at that moment he knew that if he didn’t follow up on what you asked so kindly for, he wouldn’t be able to stop thinking about you.
So, he slowly leaned in.. he was still contemplating what to do. But this mind, heart, and body were all fighting and racing a million miles an hour.
But then..
He kissed you.
Your tender lips collided with his, it was a solid second but for Law it felt like forever. Then he pulled back, seeing your face smiling unconsciously in delight.
He decided to see himself out before this escalated.. meaning that he wouldn’t be able to hold himself back from continuing if he looked at you longer.
He slowly walked out of the room and shut the door. He was smiling, this mouth going from ear-to-ear and blushing like a mad man.
He’d never really got to experience this feeling.
Then Law entered this room and also shut the door, he laid on his bed and was happy, proud, relieved, and worried.
Now why worried you ask?
Well, let’s just say he’d have lots of explaining to do the next morning..
~~~
The End~
Thank you so, so much for reading my fic and have a wonderful day! <3
something angsty tonight for steve x sinclair!reader. no descriptions of hair, skin tone, or body type however. up to interpretation. season!one steve vibes.
part 02
౨ৎ
“this was a mistake..”
steve awoke from the sound of his own voice with a trembling start, shooting up from the frigid comfort of his bedsheets as he choked on his own gasp. salty tears began to burn within the corners of his twin black eyes, causing the sun kissed boy to wince painfully at the ache of his broken nose, wearily coming to in the dim outdoor pool lighting that seeped into his dark bedroom.
he hadn’t meant it. he really hadn’t.
he was such an idiot.
weighted flakes of ivory delicately fluttered down to the thin layer of snow currently blanketing the small town of hawkins. the warm, multi-coloured lights that decorated the outside of the sinclair home twinkled throughout the washed lavender night sky, contributing to the neighbourhood’s holiday cheer. inside, frank sinatra’s “merry little christmas” echoed throughout the home as the record spun along the glossy sage turn table in the downstairs den. mrs. sinclair was currently abusing the family video copy of dirty dancing for the fourth time that week while mr. sinclair was on a business trip in tokyo, a glass of white wine in her soft grasp. the crackle of lucas’s walkie talkie echoed throughout the upstairs hallway from his open bedroom, dustin’s lispy voice excitedly talking about their plans for christmas break that started the day after tomorrow. erica’s voice echoed from the study down the hall, gossiping with tina about the students in their fifth grade class.
you usually loved the romantic atmosphere of hawkins in the wintertime. each shop along downtown’s strip sparkled from the glow of their christmas lights, while each lamppost was decorated with a wreath or large red bows. the rush of skipping class to sled down the vast hills near the trailer park, the freezing satisfaction of seeing your snow angel’s reflection. drinking hot cocoa after skating across the icy lake, cuddling up by the fire as billie holiday soothingly serenaded you in her alto pitched voice. then, all of a sudden, george michael brought you to your feet, causing you to giggle and tumble to the floor with your friends as the lot of you tripped over your dance moves, landing in front of the half decorated christmas tree in heaps of tangled limbs and laughter.
however, you were currently cuddled in your soft cream coloured pyjama set, soaking into the small semblance of warmth that your light pink sheets and duvet provided. your makeup bled into your pillowcases as you thought about what steve had said to you earlier that day at school, a wave of embarrassment and nausea coursing through you once more, causing you to half-choke on the tears that dripped down your throat, straining to be silent.
you didn’t want anybody to hear you.
steve trembled on your door step, unbeknownst to you, clutching onto a bouquet of roses he had managed to snag from the mini mart on his way to your home just before the shop had closed. his light grey jacket did nothing to protect him from the icy chill of winter in hawkins, the tears by his eyes stinging with each whip of below zero air. shakily, his bruised fingers managed to ring the doorbell, gulping when he heard your mother’s slippered footsteps echo from the other side of the door. fuck, he should have expected this-
“steve? oh my- honey, what happened-?” steve felt more than embarrassed in front of your mother at that moment in time. you hadn’t even told her what happened. were you even home? he simply sniffled, pinching his nose unconsciously to prevent himself from sobbing, hissing once he remembered what had happened to it. “steve, my love, come in-“ steve avoided the elder woman’s kind eyes- so akin to yours, as she pulled his limp body into the doorway, a shiver crawling up his spine when the heat of the sinclair home hit his icy cheeks, causing them to flush a vibrant shade of red. “sweethea-?” your mother sounded confused, hesitant even, her kind voice tilted to the staircase. the elder boy at the door kept his sore gaze glued onto his nikes, noticing the speckles of blood there from when he had been punched.
“what are you doing here?” it wasn’t until he had heard your soprano voice that steve’s head unconsciously snapped up to look at you, stood at the middle of the staircase. his fail safe expression softened at the smudged mascara and messy lipstick stain that riddled your doll like features. your plush lips parted with a gasp, with concern, almost as if you had forgotten that you said you were done with him earlier this afternoon.
that you hated him.
to be fair, he hated himself too.
“m-mom, c-could you please grab the first-aid kit?” your usually bubbly and airy voice was now raspy, sore, as if you had been sobbing the whole afternoon, stuttering like you were scared of him now. steve quickly averted his gaze back to his shoes as your mother looked between you both, roses limp within his grasp as they practically kissed the floor. your mother cleared her throat lightly without a word, mumbling a “my gosh” under her breath as she quickly climbed up the stairs to retrieve the kit.
he followed your bunny slippers to the kitchen, wordlessly sitting down at the kitchen table as you prepared a wash cloth sacrifice. steve winced as your mother half-carelessly plopped the kit onto the wooden table top next to his cellophane wrapped apology, immediately giving you a kiss on the head as she murmured something into your ear that he couldn’t make out.
steve felt sick.
once your mother had left the kitchen, dirty dancing raised in volume as it played from the living room at the opposite end of the house. you carefully sat atop the table in front of him, and steve felt the blood pound through his ear drums, breath hitching as your manicured hand gently cupped his chin, as if he were made of glass, as if you didn’t hate him like you promised you did, tilting it up so he would look at you.
your doe eyes watched him carefully for a moment, studying him, almost reluctantly which caused the pit in his stomach to deepen, before you raised the worn washcloth to his face, pausing as if silently communicating “this will sting.”
and steve hoped that his expression whispered back. “i deserve it.”
unfortunately, the weighted silence between you two couldn’t have prepared him for the searing pain that bloomed from the middle of his face, grunting out a wince as you quickly pulled back, apologetic. as if any of this had been your fault.
jesus, what was wrong with him?
“i-i’m sorry.” steve finally broke, finally being able to look you in the eye. he hated the sight of crystal beginning to blur your wide pupils, sniffling as he grabbed your hand with both of his bruised ones before you could pull away, engulfing it as he held it to his chest, wheezing. “i’m so fucking sorry, angel. please-“ finally, the dam broke, his guilt finally bubbling over as he sobbed unabashedly, his long chestnut locks forming paint strokes over his eyes as he held your hand to his mouth, placing kiss after kiss onto your knuckles as he weeped. “i didn’t mean it-“
warm tears free fell from your waterline, burning against the soft skin of your cheeks that had been rubbed raw with denial after denial after denial, stinging on the way down as mascara clumped your lashes. you sniffle, an awful, wet sound filling the kitchen that you would have giggled embarrassedly at had you not been so hurt by the boy in front of you. how could he have done what he did today if he loved you? how could he have spoken to you that way?
“steve-“ you whimper, hoping that your family couldn’t hear you over their collective noise, hoping they wouldn’t walk in to see your resolve breaking beneath steve’s heartbreaking gaze. your voice fell into a pleading whisper. “steve, please let go-“
“no!” steve gasped, desperately falling to his knees along the tile with a screech of his chair, wrapping his strong arms around your calves, nearly skin to skin as his cheek pressed into your knees, staining your cream lounge pants with wet scarlet. “please, baby. i’ll do anything. please- please don’t let me go, please.” you realized then that your delicate fingers were threaded through steve’s silky strands, instinctive. you heard him sniffle, whispering heartbreakingly under his breath as he hugged your lower half tightly, as if you’d disappear beneath his fingertips. “please don’t leave, please don’t leave, please don’t leave..”
you bit your bottom lip harshly, the metallic taste of blood filling your mouth as you watched the boy you love break in front of you. the sight of his beautiful face blotched with plum, burgundy, and olive made your heart weep. you pushed your trembling fingers through his hair, lightly scratching behind his ears as your thumbs rubbed his temples. instantly he shuddered, broad shoulders practically dropping to the floor as he relaxed under your touch, arms however only tightening around you. “stevie, baby,” he whimpered at the nickname, fearing the worst as your soprano voice sweetened, nearly replicating the tone you had used when you first met him all those months ago, kind and angelic. “you gotta get up for me. i need to clean you up-“
“no.” steve’s bambi gaze glimmered with tears, rubbed raw as shades of pink peaked through the whites of his eyes when he stared up at you. “no, please. i deserve it. baby, i deserve it, please just- just say you didn’t mean it when you said you hated me.” steve whimpered as he pleaded. “please.” his bass voice was two octaves higher as he begged without shame. as if impressing everyone at school today suddenly hadn’t mattered to him, as if he had taken a moment to consider whether or not he would undeservingly punish you when he did what he did. as long as he was protected, as long as he was respected, as long as he was king steve by the end of it.
you didn’t answer, instead swallowing the lump in your throat as you quietly pulled your fingers from his hair, holding your hands out of his reach as he fruitlessly attempted to grasp onto them. “say what carol said wasn’t true.” steve’s expression fell at your whisper, paling when he remembered carol’s cackling, her taunting, her tattling. steve turned his gaze to the kitchen stove, running a large hand over his mouth as he sighed helplessly, missing the way you bit back a sob. your mother stood in the doorway behind steve as she gazed at you with a type of sympathy only a woman who had lived it would, clenching her fists nervously but determinedly as she interrupted for both of your sake’s.
“i think you should go home now, steven.”
babymaking with predaking woooo‼️‼️
nsfw!!
Tumblr media
Yall another part to this is locked n loaded so just let me know if i should continue it lmao
Predaking had been acting very odd as of late. It wasnt exactly unpleasant, just strange. He was much more possessive, way more touchy with you, especially your stomach, and he was in the nest more often than not. His loud snoring echoed throughout your shared cave, it was charming in a way, when you weren’t the one sleeping beside him every night.
You carefully stepped into the soft nest he had created just for the two of you. After abandoning the Nemesis, Predaking wasted no time finding a home for the two of you to take refuge in.
Once you were fully in the nest you would lie down beside him, spooning him, or atleast attempting to; the size difference being humorous.
Carefully, you wrapped your servos and pedes around his large, surprisingly tense frame. His intakes hitching almost instantly at this, almost flinching. You were surprised at this, as he was usually a very deep sleeper.
“Apologies, my king, did I wake you?” You questioned with a sympathetic tone.
“..indeed.” He gruffly replied.
“Sorry.”
He pushes himself up from the comfy warmth of the nest, turning to face you, his optics practically glowed in the dark depths of he cave. “It’s forgiven, my Conjunx. Do not fret.” He grumbled, resting his servos on your waist, and pulling you in closer; he was very…warm. In return you would nod with a soft smile. His chassis deeply rumbled against you.
“I take it you slept well, yeah?” You questioned, lightly tracing his sharp, spiky frame.
He again would flinch at your affectionate touches, this of course being concerning for you. You hesitated before eventually speaking up on his strange behavior.
“Predaking, are you…well?” You questioned.
His glowing orange optics widened at this, staring deep into yours. He only continued to shake.
“Predaking..?”
You asked for the second time, this time reaching to rest a servo on his faceplate, softly caressing, you gasped and instinctively yanked your hand away…he was burning hot.
You quickly regained your composure before exclaiming, “Predaking, you are on fire..! Are you ill?”
His dilated optics were trained on you, watching your every movement, he seemed almost in a trance. Once he snapped out of it, he quickly responded. “No, no! I am, healthy…i am..just…”
He took a deep, shaky intake before continuing, yet he sounded almost…in pain. “I am…am simply-“ He deeply gasped, his frame going ridged. “Frag, frag frag..!”
A heavy, hot pang of need traveled through him, it was irresistible, he couldn’t keep his composure.
He whimpered out, his grip on your waist tightening. “I need you. I..I must. It has been much too long-!” Your optics widen at his words. “Predaking, what are you talking about?” He suddenly mounted you, sitting between your thighs; making you gasp.
“A heir.” He growled. You felt energon rush to your faceplates. “Wh-what?! King, what has gotten into you?” He leans down, a predatory gaze locked onto you as he positions his mandibles right beside your audial.
“Who am i, Predaking, to deny my programming, my instincts, and us; of a heir?” He questions.
“Oh…” You would understandingly reply. It makes sense now, his unusual behavior, it was his heat, his natural instinct to reproduce. He deeply sighs.
“Though, i would never go against my mate’s wishes. I beg, will you please, allow me the honor of sparking you?”
Lust fogged his processor, he continued, though barely audible.
“My mate…such a beautiful family we could have, cant you imagine..?”
He propped your helm up with a sharp digit, making you look into his gorgeous, glowing orange optics; love-filled, yet desperate.
“Please.” He begged
You gasped as soft thrusts could be felt against your modesty panel, causing your pedes to be pushed farther apart, and Predakings labored pants clouding your mind. Your spark was pounding, it was all so sudden…
“Of..of course, Predaking. I would be honored to.” You whispered.
He purred in delight, lightly rubbing his helm against yours; “Yes, yes…thank you, my mate.” He lightly smiles, his half lidded optics staring deep into yours.
“I can assure you, you will not be disappointed, my dearest.”
He presses his helm against yours, grabbing your thighs and pulling you closer, positioning him perfectly against your sensitive plating. He was drooling at this point, completely drunk on the euphoric idea of filling you completely, until he is all you can think of. Resting a heavy, caring servo against your tanks he continues to stare down at your sprawled out figure.
“I’m so eager, so very eager to fill you so impossibly deep, to knot you, my queen/king, until you can barely speak, we are going to make such lovely sparklings together..I cannot wait to see you carry my brood…”
