Although puzzled, he still obediently gave Hua Cheng his hand. Hua Cheng gently grasped his hand and held it in his palm, his other hand hovering over like he was putting something on him.

Xie Lian held his breath for a moment. Soon after, he raised his hand, curious.

“This is?”

On the third finger of his left hand was a very thin red string, and it was Hua Cheng who had personally tied it on him. This red string also extended out, long and ceaselessly connecting with the red string knotted around Hua Cheng’s finger.

Hua Cheng raised his own hand and showed him the tiny red butterfly knot that was now identical on both their fingers. He smiled.

“Now we’re joined together.”

Hearing this, Xie Lian could feel his face grow hot. Maybe he was a little too self-conscious; he hurriedly rubbed his face, scared that Hua Cheng might notice his heart was beating faster than normal. He smiled back.

“Is this some sort of a spell?”

“En.” Hua Cheng straightened his expression somewhat and dropped his hand. “Even though we won’t be separating voluntarily, but just in case. This string won’t break, and won’t grow shorter. If the string doesn’t break, then it means the person on the other end is alright. Unless the person is no more, otherwise, this string will for sure lead to the other.”

“What do you mean ‘no more’?” Xie Lian asked.

“Dead, or dissipated,” Hua Cheng explained.

there was an art and handicraft type fair at the metro station today they have it like every month and there are soooo many paintings and posters and mangas and bookmarks and like funko pop figures of all of these😭😭😭 and you know this week i'm going to the book fair too there will be a lot of all this DO YOU WANT SOMETHING I'LL GET IT FOR YOU it's so cheap here this one book stall owner knows me last year he gave me 3 books for 150 😭

Hey y’all! I’m shifting into fanfic mode more and more. I’ve been writing more... just not finishing editing and posting it, lmao...

So to help me out, I’d love to give you guys full reign, to send me any hc’s you have!!

They can be about any character - or mix of them - I write for, and can be about anything; be that angst hc’s, smutty thoughts, fluffy hc’s, or just sending me “imagine: xyz”.

Long thoughts about a scenario, a quick sentence abt a hc you see as fact, or it can be the opposite, where you send in an example, and I’ll answer which character I think most fits with whatever hc/scenario/etc you’ve asked!

It could be yandere fruity four ideas, feelings on what stobin x reader would be like at family video, headcanons on how someone reacts to reader being sick, literally any headcanons, ideas, or any thought you guys have, you have full reign to share! And I’ll be responding with my own little ideas (and hopefully some blurbs bc I’d love to get a lot of them out) too!
