Seeing as I’ve been sent some aphobic hate speech (if you’re an aphobe why are you looking at content made by asexuals? Honestly, idiot) here’s me continueing my shit
Being aspec is 1000% valid, and if anyone says anything else they should be eaten alive and also burnt at the stake simultaneously.
Being aspec does not make you any less queer
Being heterosexual aromantic is valid and doesn’t make you less queer
Being heteromantic asexual is valid and doesn’t make you less queer
Being heterosexual heteromantic agender is valid and doesn’t make you less queer
Being oriented aroace doenst make you any less aroace and is VALID AS HELL
Being split attraction is valid

All my awesome Cupioromantic/ Cupiosexual peeps out here!! I'm writing a lil smthing with an all a spec cast of charcters ( cause I'm aspec and well I do what I want) And I don't know too much about Cupioromantisism or being Cupiosexual cause I'm not myself so I was hoping y'all could help me write a more authentic charcter. You could just reply in the comments of this post or dm me personally. I know this stuff is personal and everyone's experience is going to be different but any amount of info would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!!

Hi! I sent you an ask a while ago about how ur blog encouraged me to talk with my best friend and soulmate about our relationship and we formally established that we’re on a qpp. I’m not expecting you to remember it but I wanted to share with you yesterday it was our first anniversary! Like, I want to share it with you because me discovering your blog has definitely been an important part of the process and has been truly positive to me <3. We’ve been feeling this beautiful bond from way before but it’s been so nice to put a name to it, it feels more acknowledged somehow, make us more confident on that our feelings are real.
Also, I see you get asks or comments from time to time about aro/ace worries if they’re gonna be loved. Just want to say to anyone who could be reading this, my partner is aroace and I’m allo and I love them infinite and wouldn’t change our relationship for anything, nor do I wish it was different. Aroace people are perfect and I’m sorry society has made you think otherwise.
Hi, Anon! Oh my goodness, congrats on your first anniversary together with your queerplatonic partner!
It means so much to me that something on this blog has helped you discover more about who you are and what kind of connection you want with your queerplatonic partner. <3
And thank you for the reassurance you're providing, too. It's so important to hear that from fellow aspec people. It helps me to hear it, even though I say it a lot, too, so thank you. I'm so, so happy for you!!!

Welcome to the Aspec Blog!
Aspec is a combined term for "aromantic spectrum" and "asexual spectrum." It is an umbrella term for the collective ace and aro community!
This is a blog that is inclusive of all forms of asexuality and aromanticism. We allow "culture is" asks, confessions and questions.
Posts will be tagged as:
#aspec culture is - for culture posts
#aspec confessions - for confessionals
#aspec advice - for asks requesting advice
#aspec questioning - for asks questioning their aspec orientation
#aspec positivity - positivity posts about aspecs
#aphobia - posts discussing aphobia
#reblog - reblogged posts
#discourse - discourse posts
Things NOT allowed on this blog:
Sex negativity. (Not the same as sex-repulsion!)
Kink-shaming.
Kink at pride discourse.
Anti-sex work rhetoric/whorephobia.
Shaming relationships.
Conflating of asexuality and hyposexuality. (Asexuals can enjoy sex if we want to! Vent posts about sex-repulsion are fine so long as you're not implying sex is inherently bad, or that other asexuals can't enjoy sex.)
Victim-blaming/shaming unhealthy & abusive relationship dynamics... (Also implying that only allos experience intimate partner violence/domestic abuse.)
Negativity against microlabels.
This is not an exhaustive list. Any asks considered to be bigoted or offensive will be discarded in the trash. Aphobic asks will be burned in the garbage with the rest as well. 🖤
The Moderator:
I use He/They pronouns & you can just refer to me as Mod A. I'm a two-spirited sex-positive oriented aroace and an adult. I'm a physically & mentally disabled mixed-race Native American.

Daily reminder that I'm Aro and I love Ace people and Aspec exclusionists are just as bad as homophobes
Seriously! Just as bad!
Glad we cleared that up!

I hate how oddly sexualized breasts are, and how oddly sexualized bedrooms are, and I hate how anything not inherently sexual gets sexualized, it was hot outside and me and my boyfriend were watching his friend repair his truck at my house and I had a shirt off and only my binder on since yk it was hot out, and the other guys also had their shirts off and it was considered fine, but when me and my boyfriend went to go relax in the ac in my room I changed from my binder to a sports bra cause my ribs hurt and kept a shirt off cause I was still sweating a lot and really hot, and my mom came in complaining about how I need to wear a shirt and how it's weird to wear only a bra in a bedroom with your significant other even though she knows I'm ace and she thinks it's weird since he isn't ace and I have breasts and bedrooms are sexualized, why is it okay to not have a shirt as one assigned gender and not the other, why are certain environments more sexualized than others, it makes no sense especially since we weren't doing anything sexual, neither me nor him made it weird, but my mom was making a huge deal out of having tits in a bedroom
maybe it's cause I'm autistic or maybe cause I'm asexual but I think the oversexualization of literally everything is weird

If this post gets:
100 notes I'll explain my gender to my friends and tell them my pronouns
500 notes I'll explain my romantic orientation to my friends (they think I'm aroace, I just identify as ace) ✓
1000 notes I'll come out to my sibling (they're agender, I know they'll support me)
10 000 notes I'll come out to my sister (she has pronouns in her discord bio, it'll be fine)
100 000 notes I'll tell my best friend I love her
1 000 000 notes I'll come out to my homophobic, transphobic conservative Christan family that I live with (they still talk to my agender sibling, so it'll just be very awkward for the next few years...)

Hold on I’ve got a hunch so basically almost every “what’s your sexuality/label” post I see ends with bi and ace in second and first so
Reblog for bigger sample size

ASEXUAL PSA!!!🖤🤍💜
The queen, Keke herself, interviewed Yasmin Benoit on her new podcast! Yasmin is an asexual activist that has achieved so much and won many LGBTQIA+ awards.
Yasmin is an amazing aspec leader and I’m so glad so many more people will learn about asexuality through this interview! So thankful that KeKe and her team chose to bring up asexuality as one of their first topics for their new podcast. I rarely feel represented so it makes me very happy💜💜💜
….unfortunately I can’t give a review because I don’t have Amazon music, but I will figure out a way! Link is below!!⬇️

like their hair
their clothes
their shoes
their earrings
sometimes even their voices
