Can you make a system role for an alter that helps us deal with pain? Sometimes this is by fronting but also sometimes just by being there and comforting us

dear alters:
it's okay not to know everything about yourself. it's okay to know little to nothing about yourself. if the answer to "what is your name?", "how old are you?", "what kind of things do you like?" is just i don't know, that's alright.
you are conscious, you are real, you are important. you do not have to figure everything out right now. or soon. take your time. 🤍

You know what I hate about being an alter in a system? I only have so much time out in the body but I have so many hobbies. I can't read every book I want too or play every game I want too because the limited free time we have is split up between us. It's gonna take me forever to finish my reading backlog.

One of the most validating things you can do as a system is try to act like one of your alters, you will very quickly realize you can’t, because it’s just not you. So whenever you need a validation boost, turn on a camera so you can look back on it, and then pick one of your alters and pretend to be them for a few minutes. It’ll look stiff and awkward and not quite right. Because it’s not them.
This tip has been from Apollo. Goodnight people’s

Imposter Syndrom
A comic about fictives who feel the same as their source, yet not similar enough to it at the same time
Of course, many fictives may not see themselves as their source at all, and that's okay! This post is just about those of us who do see ourselves as our source, but also struggle to cope with the differences we have from our source selves Many times fictives lack the physical, mental, and other skills that their source may have had. Perhaps as a fictive you don't identify with the same gender, sex, or sexual orientation as your source. Hell, maybe you just even like a different flavor of cupcake to them. Whatever the case may be, this post is a reminder that you don't have to try to be exactly like your source. You're free to be your own individual person; no one will see you as less. And if they do? Then that's their own problem. You're not just based off a fictional character, you're an actual person with your own set of traits and capabilities. Don't look down on them because they may not be exactly the same as you hoped. Enjoy what makes you unique
