god i hate being on blood thinners dude. every minor bump to the head has me getting paranoid and I have to go to the ER for a CT scan just to make sure i don't have a delayed brain bleed, not to mention my increased risk of concussion. like. fuckin come on maaaan

regardless I bumped the top of my head early this morning on the wall while in bed and i woke up, got an ice pack, went back to sleep. but waking up for work now it still *kinda* hurts, and ughehhughhrhggh. I think im gonna call my hematologist and ask her what she wants me to do, bc regardless, i work at a hospital so I could just go to the ER and get a scan quick. it's just such a paaaaain!! plus! it would be outing me to any of the ER registration staff! again!:)

i'm personally in the mode where i'm kind of grateful there's a lot of cards i haven't managed to get yet/lots of reading to do. i JUST managed to get atmospherics when it was on rotation and i've gotten exactly one of the railway cards (Marius) while pulling for anniversary so even if the future cards are. well. not exactly to my taste, i still have plenty to read. (ive actually been so busy i havent read new chap or anniversary cards or anyone's personal chap 4 sob)

that’s unironically such a smart way to play tot. less worry that way, haha. honestly if i were like 10% less insane about this game, i’d just keep up with global and that’s it :,)

it’s interesting because now that i finally have the time (these past few months have been hectic and i’ve been behind on everything myself) i actually did a very intense game of catching up with artem’s cn server SRs and SSRs bc of the new anniversary ssr. bc honestly? i thought i was missing something since i hated it so much? like there must have been something to build up to it. but imo... there really wasn’t? any story cards of his were very in line with the others and even had points contradicting the second anniversary card. so odd.

so long story short, this is good news. what i’m saying is you have a whole year ahead of you with some very nice card stories in store!! even if this game is going to a place not exactly to our tastes, there are some lovely stories to come before then and i hope we both enjoy them when they come ^_^

ok i've had a very stressful week so if you don't want to hear me venting skip the rest of this post!

so, the other day someone rammed their car into the side of mine while i was driving. which was scary. and wrecked my car. i am very mad about it (though it could have been worse; no one was hurt, it was the other guy's fault and he admitted it and his insurance covered everything (almost), and we didn't have to call the cops, and i was able to limp my car home).

then i had to spend 30 min on the phone with his insurance, then wait for a call back, then another hour on the phone while we got a rental car set up for the next day. ok good i handled it.

then the next day rental place never called me, i called them and waited on hold for over 30 min waiting to speak with someone, was never able to get through. it was the weekend, i assumed that the place had changed its hours or something was closed. ok. i'll try again tuesday. (monday was new years)

tuesday i spent multiple hours on phone over multiple phone calls with multiple rental locations all telling me that they couldnt get me the car reserved for me and that [other place] needed to do it. (first i called the person who was overseeing my claim, as i had been told to tell them if i had questions. they said they would make some calls and if i still hadnt gotten a car by wednesday to call them back)

tuesday ends. no car. im starting to get really scared because i need to drive myself to hospital for a procedure thurs morning, and i need to leave at 6:30am to get there in time. i can't reschedule and the buses dont run then and i dont have anyone i can ask for a ride.

i spend wednesday morning (from 8-11) alternating on the phone, crying, and crying while on the phone, which is mortifying. i do end up getting a car which is good.

now i have a rental for my appt thurs, which is a relief, but it does mean i'm driving A Car That Is Not Mine, which is awful. the sightlines are different and the seat is different and the car smells weird and i dont understand the heat vent controls. and the radio turns on every time i turn on the car which startles me every time. also the motor is so loud and i am worried something is wrong? so that's stressful.

so i left my gps in my car when the tow truck came and the guy was super nice and noticed and asked if i forgot to take it out and i panicked and said no its fine, which was the wrong answer, but i couldnt go back and change my mind becuase when someone asks me an unexpected question i always panic and say the wrong thing, unless i say the right thing and then second guess myself and correct to the wrong thing.

so now i spend the night worrying about not having my gps. hopefully it'll be ok getting tho the hospital because i go there all the time but i dont know how i'll find the mechanic shop...? (this is a problem for later i havent had to deal with it yet so im trying to to worry about it)

anyway. today is thurday, i go to hospital, give myself and extra 20 min to get there becasue i get lost constantly even with gps. i can't drive and navigate at the same time. so i go, but i get on the highway going north instead of south, even though i know how to get there AND i wrote down the directions just in case. it takes me 10 minutes of driving to realize this, and then i have to turn around, and now im only barely on time, and being late is the worst. so i am flustered from driving a weird car and going the wrong way and being late and so i accidentally take the turn to the employee lot instead of the regular lot and i realize right after i make the turn but there is a string of cars behind me and i cant back up and i dont know what to do so i go forward to the gate and i cant get in obviosuly.

so i get out of the car, panicing, and ask for help from the car behind me and they show me how to hit the intercom but no one pics up and their are so many cars waiting and finally the employee behind me scans me it with her card and i drive through to the exit so i can come back in to the regular lot and I CANT GET OUT without an employee badge either. so i have to wait until another employee comes along and willl badge me out and then i have to go back tothe street and loop back around and park and come in, then i went tothe main desk to tell them what happened to make sure someone is there to answer the intercom in case the people who helped me are now stuck and she was weird and mean and told me that i wasnt allowed in the employee parking and it wasnt my business and not to worry about it.

anyway i had my procedure and now im home and dont have to do anything else.

(in conclusion: why it took me nearly 40 years to discover i was autistic i have no idea haha)

My brain does this awesome thing during the semester, where I just don't sleep for days at a time.

I mean, it's great productivity wise, but holy shit does it make real life not feel real. I've gotten through almost 2000 words of this paper I'm working, but I know today will be weird af.

Like, I'm pretty weird as it is, but add sleep deprivation to that, and it's a whole new level of weird. And I have my weekly video call with my family in 5.5hrs so I gotta keep my shit together. Then I have my last day at my internship, but like, not a whole lot of brain power is needed there. Because I'm a foreigner who doesn't actually speak the language, none of the kids that attend the youth centre want to talk to me in English. So I literally spend the afternoon playing card games and hanging out with the other social workers.

I'm hoping I get some sleep tonight tho, Im getting tattooed on Thursday morning, and my pain threshold is shitass when I haven't slept 🫠

Important stuff: I only have 42 days left in Germany! This has gone so quickly! I feel like I only just arrived, and now I finish the semester next week. If I can get thru all my finals before Christmas though I will have 33 glorious days of travelling and doing whatever the fuck I want. At this point Im spending Christmas in my flat alone but I'm 100% with that. Then Im off to Berlin for new years! Im so excited. Then I havent planned the rest yet but I will mostly travel around by train and see as much as I can before flying home late next month.

So they barely qualified for that European league thing but dont look too good in there own league, maybe Kasper should of checked out this club more thoroughly before going there and not relied on there name being a sign. 😩

To be fair I can’t complain about Milan they won most of their matches and were never going to win all 38 so thats perfectly okay. They even played well and won today but I just had to watch back some parts of the match to make sure I didn’t imagine that. 😆😆 Especially at the beginning of each half they looked a bit asleep but I guess Bologna were just bad. But I really dont get why they buy so many players for positions that already have 2 or 3 options, what do they need 50 defenders for they should get someone who can cover for the midfield back pair, I already dont like how Sandro is playing the 90 minutes every match even when he doesn’t appear fully fit altho maybe I’m just over protective when it comes to him, or not maybe thats 100% the case. 😅😅 But he already missed the first match because of an injury and ofcourse I want him on the pitch as much as possible but would be almost okay with him sitting out some matches over the season because he also looks so outrageously pretty watching in his sexy smartass glasses. 😍😍 Not too many tho, he can always coach Milan in sth like 20 years and look handsome on the sideline then. 🙂💕

So far with Nice I've gotten three red cards, only one clean sheet and MANY near heart attacks watching.. seeing the second leg of the play-offs for the Conference League nearly had me in tears. I almost died when Beka Beka scored that second one, I was so happy I couldn't believe my own two eyes had seen that with my own two eyes. Leicester has also kept on clowning.. the one match that they apparently did decently wasn't even televised so I didn't get to see Iversen, my other Danish keeper roll, defend penalties 😭😭😭

I have to watch Milan back later tonight yesterday I kept up with the scores only and was tickled to see they scored twice one for my own child and one for the big French Daddy, love that for Oli 😌 SANDRO LOOKED AMAZING IN THOSE GLASSES AND I DIE ON THE HILL THAT HE SHOULD *ALWAYS* WEAR THEM!! i programmed for way longer than expected (~5 hours) but the good news is that i have gotten a ton down. the downside is that 11pm is too late to be finishing and it's likely going to make it hard to fall asleep. ah well. gonna do my best and play some games and clear the brain in the brief time b4 bed

im really jazzed, though, that i still havent fallen into a deep dark hole trying to make this battle system in unity. i certainly don't think im doing it the best, but i am proud with how it's turning out so far. ive gotten past various stages i feared would be something i wouldnt really get past.

so far, though, we got us a nice battle board you can move around that generates itself based on a template (so every tile state can be customized & the player + enemies & obstacles can be placed wherever u want), the battlefield can move itself into a range of configurations (and everything on it!), we got tiles that support a number of different states and present themselves according from a nice lil tile atlas, the player/enemies can have whatever abilities you & so far are triggering themselves + animations without issue, the abilities themselves are talking nice to everything on the field (i.e. the thing that triggered them & whatever they may hit), the abilities themselves can stand on their own or be generated from cards, the cards can be added/removed/sorted into folders and used to trigger abilities, and over all this we got a nice top-level battle field manager! the battle manager tracks the health of everything and change the battle states (i.e. start pause choose ends fight end, though things reliant on new ui (like card selection) are yet to actually exist), as well as some helpful other things. i made the bones of a targeting system, and uhhh. god. probably more things. but that's certainly a laundry list of what i've done so far that's gotten pretty well fleshed out

this was a good week !!!!!!!!!! like it was a v normal week but my mental health has been good !!!!!!!!!

id say wednesday and thursday were quite eh but the rest was good.

nothing special happened on monday.

on tueday i had missed a bit of band practice since it clashed w my theory class. if i had known band practice started at 9:30 and not 10:30 like it said on the timeable i wouldve just skipped theory lol anyways came half an hour late to practice but we didnt have a drummer anyways so we practiced wo drums.

i also got my new pfp for my student card sent in on tuesday so i finally got a new one thats way better than the old/first one. ive been struggling to get good pics for it for a whileeeee but now i have an alright one woopwoop

wednesday! quite eh! we had an interesting lecture and it did inspire me in some ways or another. the highlight though was the concert in the evening. me, l and s went to see it since me and ls friends were in one of the three mini concerts. they were doing backing vocals!! theirs was the last of the three and it was the best one in my opinion. they did rock so it was more entertaining to watch than the slow songs that both of the first two ones had. also! loml was performing and i didnt know so i was pleasantly surprised haha

i dont remember shit from thursday but it wasnt good.

fridayyyyy! i didnt meet up w anyone. my mom was working in the evening so i offered to go grocery shopping and so i did and then i watched queendom 2.

on saturday t had their bday party for their 18th. the theme was to dress up as something beginning w the letter t so i dressed up as a 2014 tumblr girl lol the fault in our stars as a handheld accessory and all. my mom had apparently sent a pic to my sister and she immediately got what i was dressed as haha i was dressed a thief, m was dressed as a tiger and t was dressed as tommi lalli.

i had alcohol for the first time. ive tasted it a few times before but i had my first full drink of it. it was a small glass of champagne. it was alright ig? nothing id buy for my own pleasure lol

we also bleached my hair at the party. well, ‘bleached’, i had accidentally gotten lightener and not bleach... it did lighten it up a lot though so when i used the bleach i got after stopping by the store on my way home it looked really good. i bleached my eyebrows for the first time and i really like the results!!!11!!1!!1

i had planned to meet up w l and her friend group in the evening to go out to eat but since i needed to bleach my hair last minute i didnt really have time to so me and my mom stopped by mcdonalds (omg did the el maco hit differently) and had that before bleaching my hair. i wouldnt have been able to arrive in time for the meetup. m later asked to hang out and i considered it but ended up not going. i stayed home and ended up stanning nine.i during the three hours i spent on youtube, i listened to their debut album a few days ago and fell in love w their sound bc they have brought back the sound ive been missing for so long. id describe it as like,,, seventeen and early the boyz kind of sound??? its so good. i havent learned all the members fully yet bc im so bad at remembering names but im getting there lol i was so glad to see edward avila had made a video w them since hes one of my fav youtubers !!!!!!! anyways, atm seowon, joohyung and minjun are a lot on my mind. i have no idea who my bias will be though or if ill even ever get one since i tend to not get biases very easily but ya!!!!! im a mine.i now!!!!!!!

anyways, the reason i specified i spent three (3) hours on yt is bc l messaged me and asked if i wanted to join them and her friends in town for a bit and after having rested for a bit i thought it would be fun so i did. we didnt do a lot but now that ive had my first official alcoholic drink i didnt mind asking for a sip from ls drink. it tasted like shit though lol

today i slept in. i had an alarm for inkigayo but i ended up going back to sleep bc i had already apparently missed some and i was so tired. i got up around 1:30 in the afternoon, had lunch/dinner and also snacked on some chips while watching minhyuk and hyungwon on inssaoppa. ive been really obsessed w those videos and im always so excited when a new ones released. then i did math homework while watching kpop stuff.

I got a job offer earlier this week and did a quick reading about it, and the cards in my outcome position were a little bit ROUGH. That said, I really do want to leave my current job. I also was reading in a rush, and sometimes when I’m not in the right headspace, or if I’m asking silly questions, I feel like my deck will troll me on purpose. So I’m questioning whether to try a new reading, or to really dig into the reading I already did...

there are currently 46 event cards in total! 47 if you consider grim’s singular card an event card or not.

the number of all cards currently in the game are a steady and staunch *inputs numbers into spreadsheet*

174 cards in total!

lilia vanrouge has the highest number of SRs, at a whopping FIVE (Lab + Robe + Masterchef + SM + rerun Groom)

actually, all diasomnia event cards so far are only SRs. all of four of those guys have nothing but event SRs

while we’re on that note, trey currently has the highest amount of R cards because the twst devs have decided he apparently doesn’t deserve rights or something. he has FOUR R cardstwo event Rs. twst why have you done my man dirty like this. you havent inflicted this on anyone else yet.

to no one’s surprise, Heartslabyul has the largest amount of cards for a dorm! they all come together at a lovely and healthy 41!

the next largest is Diasomnia with 27. 27. would you look at that difference

the dorm with the least amount of cards is Ignihyde, which im sure surprises no one. Ignihyde currently has 15 cards to its name, probably getting bumped up to 16 once chapter 6 is done with, and they release idia’s dorm card

the highest amount of cards to any one character’s name is currently 9 cards! (which is achieved by getting both your dorm uniform and birthday card + three event cards)
