The second day of fasting is always the hardest for me and this time around is worse than normal. My head is pounding and I’m on the verge of throwing up.
I just have to breathe through the next couple hours of work and then I can take something and hopefully sleep through this.

I’m Evelyn, and I’m going on the ABC diet. I am going to be constantly forcing myself on diets because I am too fucking sick of myself. I have had Bulimia for 10 months, and gaining and losing the same 10 lbs is just annoying at this point. So, i’m changing. I’m done with all of that now. I hate my period. Hate hate hate it. My stomach is so upset and bloated. And today when I woke up I felt about 15 pounds heavier compared to yesterday. I was shaking when I stepped on the scale. It said 162.7 like yesterday so I guess it’s not too bad given the situation with my stomach.
Only had dinner yesterday and walked about 21k steps so I was fucking expecting a loss but fine, maybe tomorrow.
It’s now 6:55am here, make up is done and I just cracked open my morning monster.
