Dear Tony,

I still am kind of hesitant to call you dad sometimes, even though we both know that it's perfectly fine, and that you wouldn't call me out on it. So I'm gonna go on and call you that for the rest of this letter, okay?

Dad, why did you have to do that? You left us all behind, always the hero, sacrificing yourself. Were you out of your damn mind when you took those stones? You had to be. Although you've always had that dash of crazyness. And you have always been ready to sacrifice yourself. I just wish you didn't do it, because then you would still be with us.

I wish we'd have had more time together, I really do. And I wish Morgan wouldn't have to grow up only with her mother there, even though I know Pepper will kill it at raising her by herself. She's the best mom. And you are the best dad.

I know that (or, at least I feel like), you had your doubts about becoming a dad, with the whole thing about your own dad not being the best one and you not having the best role model to become one yourself, but let me tell you that you are the dorkiest, sassiest, funniest, most caring dad ever. And sometimes a bit reckless and stupid, but that makes you even funnier. And you are loving, and protective of the ones you love, and you pay attention to details and you try to make everything the right way, even if you don't know yourself sometimes what's right and what's wrong.

You learned from your mistakes, because you are oh so smart, and you redeemed yourself. And you became a hero. The greatest one there ever was or will be, if you ask me.

I could go on and on talking about everything I love about you (or that I dislike about you), but that would only be to never let go of you. And the truth is, that I will never. For as long as I'll feel you with me, I will know that you are there. I know you are.

You are amazing. And I just want to be like you. Thank you for accepting me in your life, and letting me become part of the family. Thank you for letting me be your kid, and thank you for being my dad when I needed one.

Steve fans who didn't like Endgame: what would have been the perfect way to end the movie?

I'm asking because I actually liked the ending because he stayed alive and got his Happy Ending. I knew Cevans' contract was ending so until the end I really thought they would kill him, and was so relieved they didn't.

So I wonder if the people who didn't like his storyline in Endgame would have preferred if he had died?

I would recommend this movie to my friends. I would rewatch this movie.

I love how proud Herb is to say he's a dishwasher. He was cute telling Rodney. He was also cute at his smile when getting new parts from Bigweld. I love how creative this whole world looks. A lot of this is creative engineering genius. The crosstown express seems fun. Someone make it into a 4D ride. All the jokes are so intelligent, funny, and creative.

Omg at Tammy Cotterpin's yearbook intro.

I support Bigweld and Aunt Fanny.

I wonder how Ratchet managed to take over after Bigweld though. I need a prequel.

This is like a Pixar film before Pixar became what it is. This movie is like are all these small random scenes necessary for the plot?? but then you love all those scenes anyway.

The arriving at Robot City being like Times Square or Hollywood was amusing.

What an impeccable VA cast.

It just occurred to me how strongly the Avengers: Infinity War + Engame plots ring of Dragon Ball Z, and I am VERY bothered:

* Arms race of increasing power in a very short time.

* “He went to their planet and slaughtered millions!”

* The final victory winds up being easy — one side is suddenly just too powerful for the other, and once they get the opportunity to make use of that, it’s an instant game-over.

* “All that for a drop of blood.”

* Different entities are scrambling to assemble a full set of half-a-dozen rocks, at which point they get a wish.

* “Oh god, we don’t have Dragon Balls anymore!”

* Time travel shenanigans to undo an apocalypse — based on confusing, nonsensical mechanics.

* “I tried to wish them back, I really did!”

* “Multiverse theory’s a bitch.”

* Protagonist is a dumbass who somehow both causes and resolves pretty much every problem.

* “The useless one” being sent to an alien planet with a smart, well-equipped female friend of theirs with colored hair to help assemble all the rocks, but they meet a weird-looking space Nazi who gives them the bad news that one of them is going to have to die to get the job done.

* There’s a power-hungry non-human short antihero with lots of hair who’s DISGUSTINGLY prideful, annoyed at all times, and forced to begrudgingly stay on earth for a while in the aftermath of scrambling for the Power Rocks.

* “I’m going to hijack your time machine and use it to get to a reality where it’s easy to get the Keys to Ultimate Power.”

* With every Key to Ultimate Power he acquires, he becomes harder to stop.

The worst part is that i had sm faith in this show

I DID TOO! Episode three was my favorite and I really enjoyed it and now I feel like I can't even watch that on its own because I know they're leading up to some weird romance that no one wants.

My main gripes with the episode is this romance between Loki and Sylvie, and how EVERY m/f friendship has to be romantic. And to force that heterosexuality on the characters (and it IS forced - they've spent one episode together and magically switched from a sibling esque relationship to a flirty one, not to mention THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON) is... not the win for bisexuality the writers think it is.

But I'm also so furious Marvel hasn't learned its lesson about deaths with no finality. I WAS sad to see Mobius go - I think any audience member should have been even if they don't like the character. Mobius is one of the integral parts of the show and he's incredibly entertaining. Owen Wilson's chemistry with Tom Hiddleston is insane.

...But then I see Loki get zapped with one of the pruners too, and instantly, we know all deaths are therefore irrelevant. Just like we knew all the characters who got snapped in Engame would be fine because they were all the Phase 2 Marvel characters, we know Loki will be fine because it's his show (by extension, we know Mobius will be fine, because he 'died' the same way). I'm so tired of Marvel doing these deaths ultimately mean nothing. What is the point? Seriously. It's boring.

Finally, and admittedly, this is pretty small, I did not enjoy the theme of Loki being a narcissist in the episode. I feel like all my readers know at this point I'm pretty tough on Loki as a character, and I write a lot of stories surrounding his flaws. However, I've never once felt like Loki is a narcissist, and this is coming from someone who gets shit on a lot for being so harsh on him. He's insecure! That's part of where all the grandiose notions about ruling and glorious purpose come from, it's overcompensation. I don't think Loki feels like he's better than those around him: more deserving, sure. But that's not the same.

Anyway I'm here for B-15 and B-15 only. Anyone else can leave I don't even care
