As someone who ships Buddie like forever but has also observed mostly for 5 years, in regards to FF and even on here, here's what I noticed.

When it came to Anna no one could initially get over her abilism in regards to Christopher and you know what fair because that was hard for me too. I honestly don't think Eddie would have gotten over it either even if she was "so pretty". So initial bias is hard to overcome and I think it translated into FF even to this day. TBH the show and Ryan's acting choices also didn't help endear her or make her more then one dimensional. I mean he'll they had Carla call out Eddie's heart to him before he was even shot. So for me what little was she observing to be like dude your not into her. But also she knows a certain someone very well and sees that certain someone with Eddie all the time you know.

When it comes to Taylor I think initial bias still comes in. I think most people observed her as the petty bitchy best gal pal every gay guy needs. But then they had to put them in a relationship and really ruin her because yes she was toxic to Buck. Of course he wasn't innocent, he self destructed after his boyfriend dumped him, kissed a coworker, invited her to move in. Yes not a good look!! However she was more calculated you know.

Anyways let's just hope everyone treats these actresses nice please!!

I was talking more about seeing posts and stuff here and Twitter, because those comments are still floating around.

Nut yes in regards to fic, Ana in particular was SUCH a blank slate and the little we DID see was her ableism and that breakup with her touching Eddie who is very much in a "this is crossing boundaries, don't touch me" stance so it's easy for fic writers to dial up the drama and make a big, fun, telenovela storyline with her being off the rails, or a more grounded story with her faults dialed up just a bit for the *drama*.

For Tay Kay though it never made sense to me because we DID see exactly who she is on multiple occasions and none of that ever made sense as something Buck would want to pursue after 2x06 (even 2x08 with him complaining to BOBBY of all people?! about how interesting she was has ALWAYS rubbed me the wrong way but I think it's because they didn't quite anticipate how strongly the audience would react to her actions against Bobby so they put in the ending in 2x08 with Ali instead). "petty bitchy best gal pal every gay guy needs" but DOES anyone need that? I've SEEN petty, bitchy best gal pals! Look at Rosa from B99! She was not afraid to call Jake out, but she was never genuinely MEAN about it or specifically tried to hurt him when she called him out as a way to prop herself up. I will NEVER understand fics acting like that woman has ever given a flying fuck about a single person other than herself in order to make her Buck's bestie when the show HAS all these amazing, strong female AND male characters that Buck ALREADY knows, and ALREADY seeks advice from, and who aren't afraid to call him out, but gently and with love and in a way that respects that he struggles with RSD and how that affects how he perceives what people are saying. It's not always done perfectly by his friends and family but it IS always done with love.

As for any of the cast in ANY capacity, there is no need to be rude to any of them, ever? I do NOT like MW, or GW, or AK for personal reasons. And as such, I wipe their existence from my mind, and don't look at what they are doing or saying because I simply do not care. DO NOT bring your drama about a show's choices to the people being paid to act out what they are told to. (You absolutely can and should call out things like, oh IDK, constantly going out for Latina characters while not being Latina, or making/liking homophobic comments etc but those are their personal choices not about the things their characters are doing)

— Rosa fucking Diaz (everyone is awesome too especially Amy but Rosa carries an axe sooo)

2. Who is your least favorite character in 1?

— Honestly has to be Frank Dean, little cult washed asshole (Victor S. is an ass too)

3. What is your favorite episode of 4?

— Ohh tough one! I was going to say 2x05 because of Syd and Elena getting together but 2x08 "What Happened" takes the cake because of the flash backs and Elena's "you're the one missing out, not me" speech to Victor.

4. What is your favorite season of 5?

— Season 2, it introduces some fun characters and has fun points plus the baddies are funny and it deals with pregnant wynonna.

5. Who is your favorite couple in 3?

— Canon? Brainy and Nia. Overall? Supercorp.

6. Who is your favorite couple in 2?

— Peraltiago, but if not them I would have loved Amy and Rosa together.

7. What is your favorite episode in 1?

— Oh rough. Probably 2x13. I really love anything to do with Nico being a badass with the staff. Plus finding everything out and tying it together was long waited.

8. What is your favorite episode of 5?

— Have to cheat, 2x10 and 3x03 (Nicole in hospital and aftermath of Dolls dying) I really like the emotion and the tone of the episodes, they are more focused on the connection between the characters instead of kicking bad guy ass, which is cool too.

9. what is your favorite season of 2?

— uhhhhh…. the one in season six where Jake and Rosa were working a case and were losing their minds and she kept getting wild hairdos from Jocelyn. And the sexual assault episode.

10. How long have you watched 1?

— Two years, got Hulu when season 1 came out.

11. How did you become interested in 3?

— …… Katie McGrath...…. (I really like Merlin and Slasher S1 OKAY!?)

12. Who is your favorite actor in 4?

— Omg I love most of the cast, I'd say a fourway between Ariela/Lyrica/Ginny/Britt but I guess if I have to choose, Ariela takes the cake.

13. Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5?

— 2. I've touched on this but Brooklyn 99 is one of the only shows I watch that I genuinely can just enjoy, and they touch on a lot of important issues too and depict healthy friend/relationships.

14. Which show have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3?

— 3. Runaways season 3 isn't even out yet and SG is going on season five. Then again I skipped a lot of season 2 and a few in 3 and 4. Sg still wins though I think.

15. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be?

— Elena, I would love to be that much of an activist instead of doing what little I do.

16. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work?

— no but I'd like to see Elena ship Supercorp and get Kara and Lena together by the end of the epidsode. Or at least get Lena out of the closet.

17. Pair two characters in 1 that would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple:

— I love that Gertchase isn't a typical pairing. But I guess (literally 5 mins later and I'm still thinking) Xavin and Gert? Tina and Catherine?

18. Overall, which story has the better storyline, 3 or 5?

— 5. WEarp has stayed pretty consistant where Sg goes with season to season, and lets not forget the whole "plot, what plot?" situation with SG season 2.

19. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4?

— 2. NO! Badow bow da bow ba ba badow bow ba daow! -> *clapping and aggressively head banging* ONE DAYATATIME ... DUN! I guess, overall better opening sequence is B99, but better theme music I guess is ODAAT because it has actual lyrics. This hurt to answer.

1. Who is your favorite character in 2?  Almost definitely Betty Cooper! I love her growth since season one and the fact that she is a very human character. I love my cute lil Betts. Lili is a stunning actress that wows me in every single episode. My close second is Mr sassy himself, Jughead Jones. 

2. Who is your least favorite character in 1? Now, this is a hard one. Eve was really pissing my off for the majority of season 4, but I don’t really hate her. So...Dan. I really really don’t like Dan. He’s just not the greatest person.

3. What is your favorite episode of 4? Lets start this by saying..I love Criminal Minds. Iv’e probably seen every episode at least twice. My fav episode is actually a two part-er. ( 6x17, 6x18) They’re called Valhalla, and Lauren. Without getting in to extreme detail, they’re about Agent Prentiss’ undercover operation from before she was in the BAU. 

4. What is you’re favorite season of 5? I’ll be the first to say it, Glee isn’t the best show, but I watched it with my sister years back so I still have a special place in my heart for it. As for favorite season, I would go with two. There was moderately less insane plot twists and the musical numbers were great. The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Iv’e Had the Time of My Life, Heads Will Roll/Thriller, Losing My Religion, Valerie, When I get You Alone...okay I’ll stop.

5. Who is your favorite couple in 3? Peraltiago, no questions asked

6. Who is your favorite couple in 2? Bughead!!! Without a single doubt.

7. What is your favorite episode of 1? I binged the entire thing in a few weeks with my sister, so everything blurred together, but I really loved the alternate dimension episode, (3x26, Once Upon A Time) seeing how everything would be different was really cool. Also, the season 4 finale was heartbreaking.

8. What is your favorite episode of 5? The Quarterback episode (5x03) is really sad and one of the greats, but my favorite is probably either The Break Up, 4x04, or Never Been Kissed, 2x06

9. What is your favorite season of 2? I always say 1 when I get asked this. I really like the vibe of season one and it was just so..intriguing. However, I also really like the craziness of season 2. The breakup/striptease/mad world episode (House of the Devil, 2x08) will forever be one of my favs. 

10. How long have you watched 1? Seriously only about 2 maybe 3 weeks. It was recommended to me by friends, my brother, and some lovely ladies on Discord were screaming about it. I’m finished with it, and honestly don’t know how I’m gonna wait for season 5. 

11. How did you become interested in 3? My Tumblr was full of gifs from B99 and I didn't know what it was. I saw that it was a sitcom cop show so I tried it out, and a few weeks later, I had watched the entire thing. 

12. Who is your favorite actor in 4? i really like Shemar Moore simply because he can be the big bad agent but also give stellar emotional scenes, but Matthew Gray Gubler is the level of strange that I aspire to be. 

13. Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5? Jeez man, hard questions here. I would have to go with my Riverdale babies. 

14. Which have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3? So, I did the math..cause I’m like that, and there are a lot more episodes of B99 than Lucifer, so I’d go with Brooklyn 99. 

15. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be? Um... probably Prentiss. I’d honestly love to be in a BAU unit, and maybe I will, cause it’s part of the plan. I love her personality. 

16. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work? Honestly, yea. I can see there being a string of murders and Captain Ray calling in for help. I would be a hilarious juxtaposition of dark and gloomy and sitcom. 

17. Pair two characters in 1 who would make and unlikely but strangely okay couple? Lucifer and Ella being friends is unlikely simply because of their personalities, but I love them. As for couples, I’s love to see interaction between Ella and Maze. I just really love Ella. 

18. Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5? Almost definitely 3. I’ll take a sitcom cop show over Glee anyday, (Most days, okay)

19. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4? Riverdale doesn’t really have theme music? But the opening credit sound bite is really cool. Criminal Minds has the opening song, but I’ll go with Riverdale for this one.

when you started watching the Magicians: s4, i only started a few weeks ago and made it my life’s and insomnia’s mission to catch up as quickly as i could. it was on my list for ages. and then i got lightly nudged into it by two different people and i’m not even mad lol

favorite season (so far): i like aspects of them all, but season 3 is my favorite for all the characters, season 4 has been shaping up to be pretty iconic tho

favorite female character(s): margo and fen. i do like them all, for what they bring to the table, but i would murder for margo and fen

favorite male character(s): eliot and quentin, it’s the strangest thing but i love them all as well, even Josh who on any other show would drive me nuts, but it’s the first show i don’t outright despise a main character. be the penny solidified my love for penny, and todd’s character growth over the 4 seasons has been oddly enjoyable?? he makes me laugh a lot, so there’s that.

if you were a magician, what would be your discipline? (i.e. your specialty,options here) definitely physical magic, i don’t think i’d do very well at the other ones

which of the main characters would you best get along with? probably Josh or Eliot, both of them would be super fun and super relaxed and that’s my slow jam

which of the main characters do you relate to most? probably Quentin, cos of the mental health stuff. or Eliot cos the booze lol. a little bit of Margo too because i can be snarky af

favorite unlikable character/villain: as much as i want him outta Eliot as soon as, i really have enjoyed The Monster. it’s given Hale some brilliant scenes. i definitely want Eliot back though lol

favorite pairing(s): quentin/eliot, josh/margo surprisingly lol, fen/margo, kady/penny/julia in all forms, i love love love q and eliot and margo’s friendship, josh interacting with julia and fen has been really interesting but i think i’d prefer it as a friendship too

favorite episode(s): 1x03, 1x11, 2x05, 2x08, 3x04 because penny and because of the last like 5 minutes of the episode lol, 3x05, 3x09 but mostly cos of under pressure (and this is coming from me, the hater of musical eps on a non-musical show lol), 3x13, 4x02, 4x05, 4x07 (it was nice to get some good fen content. i was well fed after that)

top 3 fandoms outside magicians: robron (it comes and goes lately cos fandom is so boring to me rn :\), b99, TUA. i’ve got so so many fandoms i dip my toes in tho. too much for my own good XD

dream job: anything where i can travel and write about it. i’d just like to experience places outside of the US for once

what one thing do you wish people knew about you? that i’m fucking awful at starting conversations. i’m notoriously bad at making the first move, in relationships and in friendships. i’m never bugged by being sent shit or having people excitedly yelling at me about fandom stuff, but i’m really awful at starting those convos myself. i’ve made some genuinely lovely friends tho and and and i’ve gotten so much inspiration from other fans, and i love making things for people. so i am trying to be better about starting conversations lol
